Looks like they upgraded to a food truck since I last visited them. Churros were excellent like usual. They also have different order sets for the churros, but I only opted for 4 churros this time. Their schedule is posted on their social media and truck. Be sure to take a look at that before you make the trip out there.

YUM. Located near other food trucks so come here for dessert after you eat. Their churros are fried to perfection and good amount of cinnamon sugar. We got the sauce on the side but tbh u don't even need it. Delicious. Can't wait til our next churro!

Fercho's Churros is on the Via Arriba side of Paseo Grande & Via Arriba, basically around the corner from Ruben's Hibachi. Hours seem to on the weekends from 3-8. No decor. Just a banner on top reading "Fercho's Churros". Churros made fresh. Busy times will require waiting. Parking is wherever one can find a space. Bites: 6 pieces churros/$8. About 6" long. -Diameter adult thumb size. Smaller than churro carts. Crispy outer texture, similar innard texture-no mushiness. Dusted with cinnamon & sugar before serving. -2 sauces given. Choose a chocolate tasting one & a lite brown one-caramel or dulce le leche. Both on sweet side. 3rd one a white one-condensed milk?. -sauces definitely artisan made. Carts probably commercial fillings. *churros we're not infused with sauces. 5ish Worthy! Quantity: reasonable Quality: excellent!

Discovered this churro stand through a social media post and not even 12 hours later, I found myself a reason to visit the east bay. What a coincidence! I'm not entirely sure of the hours, but it seems like the stand is typically open afternoon to evening most days. This particular intersection seems to be a popular spot for food vendors in general and despite being relatively busy on a Saturday night, street parking was pretty reasonable. When we arrived, there was a decent sized line that moved a little slowly (probably felt slower because it was so cold out). The workers were moving non stop pumping out one fresh churro swirl after the other...and selling them faster than they produced - guaranteeing everyone got a fresh order! The menu is simple, straightforward and just the way I like it. They do one thing: churros. Orders of 6 or 12. Three syrup/sauce options, and a scoop of ice cream if you so choose. I didn't grow up eating churros, and I most certainly don't crave them that often. That said, this might very well be the best churro I've ever had! As mentioned above, they were cut and served fresh/hot. The cinnamon sugar also adhered perfectly to these churros evenly distributed throughout every bite. Typically, churros go down a little heavy, but these churros were so light! Definitely diet dangerous! Will definitely be finding more reasons to return!

Soooo good. Not sure what time they closed but they were sold out at 9pm. So glad we were able to snag a few before they sold out.

Taste amazing. Super friendly. I only had $14 but the lady said don't worry, pay it forward.

I assumed that the steak was going to be over cooked because it's not a typical hibatchi place and also because I'm ordering for delivery. I was very pleasantly surprised! Everything was cooked so nicely, even the shrimp were perfectly cooked! Usually shrimp is over cooked especially at hibatchi places but not this time! The sauces I got were yummy too! I got yummy yummy sauce and the garlic one, they were very flavorful! The packaging is also very well put together and high quality Tupperware. My food was still nice and hot! You can tell the owner/chef takes a lot of pride in his cooking :). Will definitely order again in the future!

They cook these over charcoal and the chicken is spatchcocked. (split in half) I was expecting for them to pull chicken off the grill but instead, they pulled them from a cooler. Evidently they cook them up and chop up into the strangest sized pieces and throw in coolers. I had no idea what we were eating. The half rack of ribs was all the gristel and cartilage cut off the ends. I received no bones and very little meat connected to the cartilage. So now they don't have anything to feed their dogs.

Most people were ordering to-go, but the set up is really nice if you want to eat there. The eatery offers a good amount of menu items and of course the specialty is Birria.
