No prices to let you compare brands and models of appliances - and no way to get prices without talking to an associate who were all "busy" with appointments, but were really standing around talking. Nice showroom and stuff - worst customer experience ever! Go for the nice selection , air condition and free coffee...but jot down product info and buy your stuff elsewhere. The sales people are - well - sales-y & sleazy...they ignore you if you don't look like you can/will buy something - even if the place is empty. After finally getting attention, I regrettably purchased a sink for my kitchen. Got it installed and looked great but started rusting after first day of use!!! Ferguson took no responsibility or ownership - just pointed fingers to me (i did something wrong during installation (?!?!)) and the manufacturer. They did not stand behind the product they sold....and I will never go back for that reason....neither should you give them your business. read more

The showroom is really nice. That being said the rudeness starts at the door. The receptionist was repeatedly rude while we are looking at fixtures. We were already being helped but once the salesperson walked away she came by and was very hostile towards us. Extremely snooty. Dear Ferguson owners. Their plumbing fixtures are nice but expensive. Good luck trying to get help when you step in. You should probably wear your nicest clothes and most expensive handbag so that someone will acknowledge you. My husband and i spent thousands here for our new house and regret it. We were sold toilets that were being discontinued and therefore would be near impossible to find parts for if it broke. Luckily my husband learned about this by doing online research. The store manager made a big deal about letting us change our order. Our salesperson hanne was nice at the beginning but became snooty after she got the sale. My husband contacted her often to ask questions and she always gave him attitude. One of our mirrors is already starting to rust and its only been 2 weeks. Lo and behold, ferguson is avoiding the issue. What a headache this whole ordeal has been. We shouldve went elsewhere. Hindsight is always 20/20. read more

I've been purchasing kitchen and bath items here since 2013 and have always been more than satisfied with the service. This past week I came in and received excellent service from a customer service rep., Chanelle. She helped me source the specific item that I needed, then helped me get the special order part as soon as possible. All along, she was quite helpful, followed through, and made sure I was satisfied. They are more expensive than other suppliers, but their products have lasted over the years and in the end are more than worth the cost. read more

I looked through reviews and I see many negative and positive ones mixed. From those reviews, I learned that I should make an appointment with the sales consultant instead of just walk-in. So I did make an appointment with Coleen. She was very nice and has a lot of knowledges. She was very patient to listen to my non perfect English! I'm so glad that I had her, and highly recommend her to someone who don't know what to do with bathroom fixtures and accessories. Also the front desk person was very friendly. I recently attempted to place a phone order for a part for which this place is the sole Hawaii distributor. The man who "helped" me promised to call back with the price and never did. As other reviewers mentioned, come here if you want to be completely ignored. Take your money for appliances somewhere else like a local company. As i was looking around the showroom, one of the salesperson makes eye contact with me, but never says 'hi' nor gave me a smile. Just walked on to wherever she was going in the store. Noone asked us if we wanted help. We came back a week later hoping to give them another chance, yet the same thing happened. Completely ignored. I went to ask the girl at the front if there was someone who could help me, and she said "no, they are all busy. Try making an appointment". Okay, bye. I guess they don't want to take our money as we were planning to purchase an entire kitchen -- stove, fridge, beer dispenser, stove range. Also, they seemed to be only focusing on the haole customers, not us asians. We do look young, but we have money to spend. read more

This place is awesome! I thought it was higher end (read: expensive) going in, but I wanted to check out everything that was available. They were able to meet my price points with quality bathroom fixtures. I made an appointment with Noah and he walked me through all the pieces I would need for my bathroom remodel. (Seriously - who can remember every single flange and cover plate?) I was skeptical about the cost as I had heard that Ferguson was pricy, but it was comparable to the big box stores. A piece arrived from the manufacturer scratched. Noah went above and beyond to make sure I quickly got a replacement and everything was working properly. You can buy a shower head anywhere, but no where else will give you this level of customer service. I'm headed back in a few weeks to pick out fixtures for my second bath renovation! read more

Being so far from the mainland planning a new construction or remodel has additional challenges. Getting the products on island and to the job site when needed saves the homeowner frustration and MONEY. Ferguson is my best resource for plumbing parts and fixtures. The website is easy to search for what I need so I shop there before I go in or call. So far they have been helpful and responsive. Yesterday I needed 2 Kohler fixtures but they only had 1 in stock. They found me a second fixture on the neighbor island and in minutes the order was placed to have it shipped direct to me at actual USPS cost and the receipt emailed shortly thereafter.I may have ended up with hair loss dealing with other retailers, waiting in line at "customer service" but instead Ivan's proactive service let me keep my hair and saved me in time and grief. read more

Their Showroom is Beautiful! Lots to look at with lots to offer (appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures). They have different brands that come in various price ranges to meet your budget. The showroom staff is knowledgable and helpful. I like to work with Donna, she offers excelent customer service. After waiting for thirty minutes during which the sales associate completely ignored us, we left and will likely never return. tried to buy a kohler bathtub from them which they quoted $1,100 including shipping. knowing that I can buy the exact same one at home depot for $438, I asked the sales rep if they can do better, but he gave some bs story that shipping a bathtub costs $400 from the mainland. both ferguson and home depot didn't have the tub in stock and needed to order it. keep in mind suggested retail is $724 and fergusons is the hawaii distributor for kohler. they must think people in hawaii are stupid. everytime I go to them wanting to buy something, I feel as though i'm being ripped off and go elsewhere. showroom is a great place to get ideas, but their prices are just plain robbery. for fixtures, I'd order from Amazon if you know what you want. best prices and free shipping. read more

I've driven been by and noted the parking lot is always mostly empty. I needed a range hood for my kitchen renovation so I thought I'd give them a try. After being greeted by a friendly receptionist and gorgeous showroom, the reason there didn't appear to be any customers was a mystery. Was this the best kept secret in all of Oahu? The mystery was soon solved after meeting with the sales associate. He wasn't helpful and didn't communicate well. I told him I had a concrete ceiling and he said I needed 8 feet of clearance above the hood. I still imagine he meant an 8 foot ceiling, but when questioned he stuck with 8 foot above hood idea. I might still have purchased, but they didn't have a hood in stock to see if I could make it work for my application. They also don't post any prices on what they do sell. The sales associate suggested I look online at their website for ideas. So, it's a store that stocks nothing, doesn't offer prices of what's theoretically available for order, and offers no technical information. I'm a regular Columbo figuring out why no customers are here. The new mystery is how they keep the doors open and lights on. read more

We were renovating our whole house when we needed to go to Ferguson Bath, Kitchen, and Lighting Gallery. We needed a bathroom sink, kitchen sink and lots of lighting. We also had an open budget. Upon entering we decided to look for the bathroom sink first. When we found one that we liked we had to search for someone to help us. We found a lady at her desk not helping anyone so we asked her for help. She looked at us in our shorts and tee shirt and agreed to assist us. When we showed her the sink we were interested in she said that one is expensive for you, you know. She said it implying that because of the way we looked we could not afford it. Wow!!! She was judging us by the way we were dressed even though we had an open budget and willing to spend whatever. I was shocked and quite speechless at her rudeness. I said "O really...well that's unfortunate since we have so much to spend." And we left and never returned. So uncool. read more

I bought a high-end refrigerator from Ferguson's Honolulu and had it delivered and installed by their employee, at a very high installation and delivery cost. Bad mistake: they left many black spots and stains on my beige carpet upon delivery and did not even offer to clean it; they did not connect the ice maker to the refrigerator properly (although I was charged for the hook-up) and left me with a new refrigerator that did not produce ice (the old one it replaced produced ice). When I talked to the manager about the problems I was simply told (1) he would talk to the installer about the delivery; and (2) because the refrigerator was delivered, it was now "warranty work" to "repair" the non-working ice maker. I called my plumber who came over and informed me that the connection was incorrect, he fixed it and my ice maker now works!! For the prices they charge, I would expect better servicing and follow up by Ferguson's, but lesson learned: I will not shop there again!! read more
