Small place with a locals-favorite vibe and tasty food…read more Having heard about the amazing biscuits and gravy at this spot, we stopped by a few hours before they closed, as we were nearing the end of a mini road trip to Post Falls. They graciously explained that with their kitchen capacity, they typically sell out of it quite early, and recommend ways to ensure I could get some in the future (order as early as possible.) The owners were so kind, and accommodated our lunch requests perfectly. It's a little too far from our neighborhood to become a regular favorite, but I will pop by if I end up in Newman Lake again and need a meal.
