The service is very fast. Most of the people that orders this restaurant, do deliveries so the service is "as soon as you show up, we take care of you!". The waitress is super nice más kind, always paying attention in case we need something. We have come three times and order the gyro (photos attached). Was in the area and decided to get carry out today. Their food is good but the service is pretty bad. I walked up to the counter and there was one server -- as always -- attending to other seated customers. She kind of glared at me and didn't say "I'll be right with you" or "Just a second", -- she just glared at me. So then after a few seconds this elderly white haired man walked up to the counter and just glared at me as well. No "Hello - can I help you?", "Welcome", etc. Just stood there like a rock. So then the woman comes back and I order. The server speaks with a thick accent and her command of English isn't the best -- maybe that's part of the problem. The order was prepared quickly, the man brought it to me and the lady thanked me but it was just so awkward and rude. They don't even smile. I stopped here on my recent trip to Florida and I hit the jackpot with this gem. I ordered the Gyro with Greek Salad and the Bouyiourdi! I fell in love with the first bite... The gyro was so good and perfectly seasoned and the Greek Salad was authentic (just like the ones in Greece). The food was good. Nothing to write home about. Definitely not authentic Greek food. I had the Hummus as a starter and the Chicken Souvlaki Platter, along with a soda, for my meal. Requested some more tzatziki sauce for my souvlaki and was charged for it. Tip suggestions of 15, 20 and 25% on receipt are based on POST TAX amount. Service was a little slow, it took 10 minutes for the hummus. My meal was ready 5 minutes later but sat on the counter for about 5 minutes before it was served. The chicken was bordering on over cooked but edible. Plate too small for food, uncomfortable to eat from because it's too crowded. Total charge for 1 person including 20% tip: $34.42. The owner had an exchange of words with one of the waiters, in public - not appropriate. Final assessment: Walk, don't run, especially if you are looking for real authentic Greek Food. I have been going here now a minimum of 2 times a month for dinner. I think every since they added uber eats the turnover is a lot fresher for the food. You see a ton of people coming in to pick up for delivery. This makes the food for the restaurant not sitting around so much and more prepared to order. I think the quality here is great. read more

Coming from Germany just a couple of weeks ago , there we had Greek food all over because we missed specially Gyro so much here in the US. Originally wanted to grab some food at a nearby Grocery Store, but they let us down. So I decided we go to Fetta Republic. We came in and already had that authentic Greek Food Smell in our Nose. Waiter was very nice and greeted us, gave us the Card and was quick with the Drinks. We ordered the Chicken Gyro with French Fries and for the Kids a Side of Fries and Chicken with Fries. Food came quick and looked good. We actually had to snap a picture wich we usually don't do at all. Gyro was really well cooked, the Tzatziki Sauce was good in taste and texture and the Pita Bread was really yummy. The only reason why I only give 4 out of 5 Stars is that when the bill came I was a little schockend about the price of the side of Fries. While the Kids Chicken with Fries was $6, the side was $5. Maybe it's my Fault for not looking hard enough but i could not find it on the Menu. Overall the Experience was great and when ever we are in the Area we will definitely come back. Best falafel sandwich ever !!!! It's a little pricey for what you get which is $14-15 for a sandwich with a side of salad or fries . Yet however it is extremely worth it. The pita is the fluffiest and softest pita I've had. The tzaziki is just right and always fresh. They don't put too much tomatoes or onions to overpower your sandwich. Seriously recommend this place. I used to work across the street and I don't go anymore but just thinking about their food make my mouth water. read more

Besides the food always being delicious, the place is always clean and welcoming. Yesterday was no different the lentil soup was mouth watering, the grilled octopus salad so flavorful and the grilled eggplant had just the perfect amount of seasoning! OVERPRICED food. Chicken souvlaki (1skewer) with a tiny side of rice and a little pile of salad) was $23. The chicken was rubbery. Garbage food and way overpriced. And, the worst part also is when I was handed the check, there was a charge of a few dollars for "non cash" payment method. Not too many people carry cash these days. They will charge you extra for using a credit card. Our waitress never mentioned that nor did it say that anywhere on the menu that we could see it. I highly recommend staying away from this place unless you like getting ripped off by subpar food that's crazy overpriced. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. If you're in the area of Aventura just go to the mall and eat at Motek. Not the cheapest but much better food and they don't charge extra money for using a credit card to pay. One of the best Greek restaurants I've been too in a long time. We ordered lamb chops they were cooked perfectly. The service was great, restaurant clean and very inviting. Hidden gem alert!! This Greek joint is tucked away in one of the seemingly endless strip mall shopping complexes in Aventura. It's worth searching for though. I had their gyro pita with Greek fries as my meal. First off, the gyro meat is the real deal. Beef/lamb combo sliced right off the spit (as it should be). They put a lot of dill in their tzatiki sauce (which I love). This gyro was honestly one of the top 10 I've ever tried and I eat a lot of gyros. The fries were perfectly cooked and perfectly seasoned. Lastly, the feta cheese here is perfection. I don't know if they make it in house or what, it is so fresh and creamy. Wow, it's good.
