Our family is hosting an exchange student from Spain and wanted to treat her to a Spanish meal for her 16th birthday. We decided to try Fideua after seeing the great reviews, crossed our fingers and hoped it would be authentic enough for our Spanish kiddo. I'm so glad we found this place. The restaurant location is tucked in a small center. The restaurant is cozy, inviting, has a great ambiance, tastefully decorated with so much thought and detail. The owners Farman and Barbara are friendly , inviting, and they cook everything from scratch. Their culinary passion breaks through in every bite and carefully dished plate. The flavors and presentation are perfection! This is not just a restaurant where you go to grab a quick meal- --This is an experience. We came on a Thursday and it was so nice to slow down the pace of our crazy busy lives, we chatted, enjoyed appetizers, exchanged stories and celebrated. Thank you for making Hannah's birthday special - a little taste of home, fun birthday songs, extra special birthday treats. This honestly felt more like going to families house for dinner than anything else. We will definitely be back to try more dishes! I saw another review mentioning if it's necessary to pre-order. The restaurant has a "walk in menu" with a good selection of dishes. The owners take pride in cooking fresh homemade meals and their seafood is fresh and high quality. We learned that the ox-tail takes about 5 hours to cook so I understand the reasoning behind it now. Looking forward to sea bass and oxtail next time! Went to Fideua for my sister's birthday celebration last night, the foods were amazing delicious, the lady boss gave us an apple cider for free because the alcohol license is in process. The boss was very nice, he explained the foods to us and even showed us how he cook in the kitchen. The restaurant made us felt very warm and relaxed and we can see the sphere through the window inside this nice restaurant! Strongly recommend. read more

My dad and I came here tonight because we've been wanting to try it for a while and we were overwhelmed with hospitality and really good food. Fideua is a small family owned hole in the wall by the sweetest couple who were so welcoming and gave us an overview of how their menu works. We were walkins today so the menu had a variety of paella and fideua along with some really good appetizers. We tried the squid ink seafood paella and the chicken and seafood fideua. We were blown away by the fresh and flavorful dishes presented to us. If you call 24 hours in advance, they will prepare a wide variety of authentic Spanish cuisine for you such as branzino, rock fish and more. We will definitely be back to try that later. The place and the ambience is intimate which makes it feel very special, the sphere view is a bonus! But more importantly, the food is amazing. Our dinner was all pre-ordered by my husband for our anniversary, everything met our expectations and more! The oxtail meat melts in your mouth. The authenticity of the paella took me back to our vacation in Barcelona. The different varieties of mantaditos were amazing as well. They also made sure that the brought our food out in increments, they basically spaced it out well and explained it to us to ensure we enjoyed everything individually and not overwhelmed our taste buds with all the flavors. For the amount of the foor we ordered,the price was well worth it! We will definitely come back when we are in town! It maybe a while, but I'll be looking forward to it! Chef Farman is one of those people that you are so excited to have met. I called and asked if he could accommodate our party of 12 to celebrate mother's 90th birthday. I felt as if I had just hired my own private party planner. Farmin and his wife went over the top, planning the menu, taking into account various food allergies and even went out and bought balloons, banners and napkins celebrating the 90th birthday. They arranged a 3 course meal, including some nuts/cheese to start. Paella was fantastic and the assorted desserts were over the top. The location is a nondescript strip mall a bit away from the action, but don't let that dissuade you. Inside white tablecloths and photos on the wall will transport you to Spain. Came here because a friend recommended and wanted to try Spanish cuisines off strip. Turns out I found a gem of a places. Nice interior decors that reminds you of Spain, plus you get a great view of the sphere off to the distance! Really enjoyed the machego appetizer, the cure meat isn't too salty and cheese isn't too sharp. Salad was wonderful, combination of curry sauce as dressing was rather unique. If you try the squid ink rice dish, I would recommend the olive oil and pepper dressing. The Fideua dish had noodles that were al dente, plus with unique flavors that combines well with the seafood ingredients, next time I would like to try different protein on the noodles. I called & preordered prior to our dinner reservation . Fahrman answered the call himself and I asked for his recommendations since it's our first time there. Once we got there we were seated within minutes. Only Fahrman & Barbara are running the whole restaurant but they were very efficienty. Once we were seated , we got some water and sparkling cider on the house since it's my husband's birthday, then we were served appetizers, main dish , desserts in a very timely manner. The Ox Tail Slow Cooked in Red Wine Sauce is FANTASTIC. It reminds me a little of the oxtail stew that is served in Basque restaurants, but it has thinner sauce. The sauce is extraordinary. And because it is slow cooked, the meat melts in your mouth. You have to order it 24 hours in advance, so plan ahead if you want to go to Food Heaven PS: The owners are really nice. read more
