I am extremely disappointed with the condition my vehicle was returned in after service. I brought it in for new tires, but it came back with noticeable scratches and rim damage that were not there before and now require professional repair. Within an hour of leaving, they claimed I must have hit a curb and caused the damage. When I pushed back, the explanation then shifted to calling it "normal wear and tear," which I strongly disagree with. I felt dismissed and rushed out, with Brian Freeman addressing the issue while the General Manager was not involved. Instead of taking responsibility, I was offered a paint pen and a small credit, with no real solution or sincere apology. This experience fell far below professional standards, and I would caution others to be mindful when bringing their vehicles here. Impressively, three of my rims were damaged during a routine tire service I paid about $1,269.86 for the privilege of getting my car back in worse condition than I left it. Updated on 5/22/2026 --- I had to get a second opinion on the alignment originally done at Fiesta Subaru on 5/13/2026 and it confirmed exactly what I suspected: the job wasn't done properly. The initial alignment left multiple measurements uneven and out of spec, including camber and toe, which can lead to poor handling and uneven tire wear. After having purchased my 21' Crosstrek at another Subaru dealer, I have been coming to Fiesta Subaru exclusively for the routine maintenance and occasional servicing. This last Friday after washing my car, a check engine light came on along with an Eyesight warning. Pulling the codes, it appeared that the Thermo Control Valve had failed. I immediately made an appointment (for the following week) via the MySubaru app, and then (freaking out a little that driving would damage my car) I headed straight over to Fiesta. Abrianna was amazing and professional from start to finish. She reassured me that driving the car would not cause any issues (as long as I paid attention to the temps), and then she said, "I have an opening right now, do you want to leave your car?" Long story shorter, she signed in my Trek, hooked me up with a loaner, and by Monday morning my Subie was fixed and back on the road!! And all covered under warranty!! I have had my older forester serviced here twice. The first time I thougtht my brakes might need adjusting - they recommended bleeding the brakes and a serpentine belt. I think the whole service was over $500 --- way much more than I expected. Still, I did return a year later because I had a shimmy vibration in my steering wheel. After the inspection the service writer told me I needed a new bearing on the driver side which was roughly $900. I wanted to get another option, but they wanted to charge me $178 for the inspection. REALLY??? So, I went ahead and had it done. Result, when I picked up the car, I was told that the shimmy still existed, and that I needed 4 new roters because they were all warped. Now, realize that upon the initial inspecition, I was told there were not brake issues. Aren't rotors part of the brake system????? How much? About $1300 for all four rotors. And, I have not had this done yet, so I continue to drive my car locally with a shimmy. Additionally, this lovely new service center building charges customer a 3% fee for use of a credit card. I wanted to pay cash and was told they don't accept cash. This place is so big and busy, with I think 5 service writers and sometimes lines of people waiting to talk to a service writer. Honestly, this is the worst Subaru dealship service I ever experienced and I have owned 3 foresters (2001, 2006, and 2013) that I have had serviced at Subaru dealerships. I wonder if the mechanics here actually are subaru trained mechanics. You never get to talk to them. You are not taken to the car lifts and shown what is wrong. I have been using Fiesta through 3 vehicles now and in the last 2 years service has slipped. Even stealing from us. They even literally forgot to put the oil in one of my cars and sent us on our way and when the car started smoking within moments of leaving I stopped and fortunately it didn't destroy our car and when we called in, they were cold and kind of nasty. We had been gone maybe 2 minutes but they were like we have to prove it was our fault and you are guilty until we say otherwise. We purchased a maintainence plan to cover oil and basic things and over and over they mess this up and we say we will fix it next time. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. Then we have to jump through hoops and ask for a specific person to fix their mess up. Like this time... Next time we go in we have to specifically ask for Gabrielle and hope she doesn't quit or forget about the mess up. This is not the first time they won't refund the money. My wife was trying to help out and thought the charge was for something else and it wasn't until I figured it out later that we had to chase them down. Also, on this most recent visit, they texted me while at work about a nail that wasn't leaking in my tire and wanted to repair it. I told the tech I could get it fixed free at Discount but to get me the price and if it wasn't too bad it might be more convienant. Who the heck charges 51 dollars for a plug. I told the tech it was too much, and they lied and said let me see what I can do in the text, but they never got back to me. I NEVER GAVE THEM THE GO AHEAD. They chose to fix it anyway and sprung the cost on my wife. They lied, cheated and stole from us. After many issues in 2 years, I believe I will have to change my loyalty because lying and stealing is too much. They obviously don't care about us and only want more money. They are constantly spamming and calling trying to get us to buy again and again with the typical car salesperson tactics. We literally bought 2 vehicles in 2024. One early and one late. Of course the deals are always in their favor. I get so tired of being harassed to buy more. This is not the Fiesta Subaru that worked hard, were friendly, kind, helpful and honest when they were at the old location. Back then I gladly gave them 5 stars and even recommended people too them. Prices of cars since Covid have gone crazy and when we realized we could get a Subaru for the same price as a Hyundai or Kia it was a no brainer. I have purchased two Subaru Outbacks (2020 and 2021) from this dealership. I have two major complaints: 1) the leather seats on the 2021 have separated from the seam on both the driver and passenger side, the vehicle has less than 20,000 miles. I was told by the dealership that yes, this was indeed an issue, but that the vehicle is out of warranty. This is clearly a manufacturer's issue and given the usage it should be fixed. The dealership said the cost will fall on me and I was told to contact Subaru of NA to see if they would help. Very poor customer service 2) There is a battery issue with my Subaru's if sitting for 4-5 weeks. The battery drains from an ongoing connection with the Starlink program. I have had to have two batteries replaced and was NEVER told about this issue with Subaru but told that while they would replace my battery, the next time was on me. This is a known issue with Subaru and customer service NEVER advised me of such and that the fix might need to be a trickle charger. Instead, they indicated that the next time the battery died, it was on me. Not acceptable in my opinion. read more

Purchased a 2024 Crosstrek and everything has been excellent....until now. Took it into the service department for oil change and "inspection" last week. The coolant flush/service was due so we opted to have that done too. Drove the car home and continuous and persistent hissing was noted and the air conditioner was no longer working (was working fine prior to drop off). Finally (after a week!!), got the vehicle into Fiesta's service department. They determined that the air conditioner compressor was damaged and that I must have done something for this to happen. The compressor worked prior to taking it the week before, they did their service, then it did not work. Told that it would cost me $1700 to fix. Absolutely not!!!! Attempted speaking to the service manager, Brian, about it.....absolutely pointless. He had no intention of talking to me or discussing anything (shuffling papers, not looking at me as I spoke, speaking to employees as I tried to speak). To top it off, he told me that I had no idea if the air conditioner was working prior to dropping the car off, because he was sure it wasn't warm enough to be running it! I asked for the director of service and he proceed to say " Im it, guess you are out of luck". I will never return to this dealership and will be rescinding my suggestions to my friends and family looking for a reputable Subaru dealership. read more

Rook in Subaru Ascent bc warnings werw popping up in the car's panel. 2 of 3 problems were suppose to have been fixed hut 10 minutes after leaving dealership. Aamw warnings came up. Question that pops into my mind is how long did they test drive it??? I've been here twice, great place and friendly staff. I went there with tire concern, they changed it out, I had them check tire sensors (got warning light) The tire was switched out with a new one, and I was told the sensors are all good. They just need time to re-Learn. I come back approximately 10 days later because the sensor lights have been on since day after I left . I was told I have a screw in my tire, I didn't see it myself and that one sensor is bad. I was then told they're gonna replace the tire, but they'll have to order the sensor cause they don't have them in stock Then they come to me and tell me they found a sensor and it's gonna be another 40 minutes to replace. Like I said, the staff is great and they're very friendly, but after four hours for the second day and more money than I was hoping or thought I was gonna have to spend. Now less than a week later, the tire sensor lights are right back on. So I called Lynn and Ruben tells me that his experience when one goes out they all go out and it's best to get them all replaced at the same time. Was just told to me the last time I was in there, no was it told me the first time I was there, no. The sensors run approximately $150 apiece plus labor so I think I'm just gonna disregard Ruben's suggestion that I get them all replaced and just carrying my tire gauge around because it's more accurate and honest than the responses that I get from fiesta Subaru service center . Don't hold this against all Subaru service shops because I've been to some in Texas that didn't charge excessive service fees and extremely long amount of waiting time. The excess fees, I'm talking about or replacing the tires that were under warranty both times and the sensor which Ruben says they all go out. But Ruben doesn't work on cars Ruben sits behind the counter. To be fair, Ruben was very friendly and tried to be helpful. He was not disrespectful by any means. I don't know what the issue is maybe it's your technicians aren't that skilled, but one thing is the wait times excessive and the fees for #Warranty work are in my opinion excessive . Preface this review with the following information: I have worked as an F&I manager with Subaru dealerships for over 18 years. I no longer do this work, which I truly enjoyed at several dealerships over the years. So I guess this could make me either an easy customer or a dreaded foe! But I am definitely qualified to provide a review based on Customer Service! josh Coleman was one of the easiest people to work with buying a car that I can think of - EVER! And I have worked with and trained 100's of car salesmen over the years! He was both a salesman and counselor and was so truly understanding as we worked through my dilemma - keep the awesome 2020 Subaru Forester I had or....get a new one! After finally coming to the conclusion I should keep it, Josh was totally fine with my decision and we agreed to stay in touch, etc. I service at Fiesta (where else?!!!) so checking in with him is super easy. After I thought my decision to keep the 2020 was a good one, I subsequently had a health issue which came up and and made me reconsider my decision both financially and for practical reasons. I already don't drive much at all, so any car will last me a really long time! So after reconsidering it and hoping not to drive Josh bonkers or to convince him that I was, I decided on a 2023 Forester Premium! Josh provided numbers which were agreeable to me, ordered an inbound Forester with a few added items I always like to get on my Foresters, and then let me know when it arrived. For the first time in a long time, due to scarcity, I was open to four colors - white, red, blue or green. On delivery day for my 2023 Cascade Green Silica 2023 Forester Premium, Josh introduced me to Abby Wheeler in Finance, who had everything set up, and once again, easy peasy, I was out in 30 minutes. That included our time bonding over Auto Finance (we are real talkers!) and meeting her adorable Puggle! Bonus on the resident pup, Abby! I live in CA and was trying to help my mother get a safer car as she is driving over 70+ miles weekly for chemotherapy and cancer treatments. I searched 3 states for the best deal on a Subaru Forester Sport including looking at the Costco program and other incentives. My past experience in purchasing vehicles has been mostly bad and I was bracing myself that this would be too. Well low and behold to my great surprise this did not happen here. Jeff Bierly responded to my online request for pricing very quickly. I explained the situation that my mother would be driving up the Santa Fe Opera hill (as we older NM'icans call it) on a weekly basis during potential snowstorms for cancer treatments. Jeff gave us the best pricing out of a 3 state radius. (CA, CO, and NM). He gave a fair value trade-in with her old car. We did basically did most of the transaction over the phone! Jeff then personally drove the Forester 1 1/2 hours to my mom's house, had the car disinfected, wore protective gear, and took extreme COVID safety measures knowing my mother's immune system was very compromised. He went over all the car features with her, stayed so my mother could drive the car around the neighborhood, and even parked the car in her garage for her. He then drover her old car back. I sincerely hope everyone who has car problems reconsiders ever going to fiesta Subaru to get it fixed Took our car to be serviced on April 11th, 2023. Was told there was a rear differential leak, they repaired it, along with the regular service. January 28th, 2024 Seems as though the rear differential drainage plug was not installed correctly, it blew up and caused the rear right axle to break, and seize up. Smoke and fluid was pouring out of the rear differential and we were stranded on the side of the road for several hours. Had to pay $400 to have it towed home. January 31st, 2024 Towed it to fiesta Subaru, they told us it was the rear axle and it needed to be replaced $1700 estimate February 1st, 2024 The service department calls, gives me a price, calls back an hour later to tell me that the rear differential is blown out and needs to be replaced, an extra $3000 dollars on top of the original quote. I ask him about the rear differential, and if it's possible that they didn't install the bolt correctly and that's why it blew off, he attempted to convince me that a thief must have loosened it and that's why it happened. Taking no responsibility for their shoddy work. I spoke to the manager, Jessica, the most condescending and rude "manager" I've ever met. She was no help. Told me that "yeah sometimes the mechanics don't put the bolts on tight enough, but it probably would've fallen out in the first 1000 miles or so". She was also very vague on saying what was actually wrong with the vehicle. She simply said that the rear differential was "broken", with no reasoning as to why except that she "doesn't know" Now the quote is $5300. I'm not even sure that the rear differential is even broken, or if they are just being dishonest. We will be taking it elsewhere to have it properly looked at. They don't stand by their work and offered no compensation or acknowledgment for almost causing us to die in what could have been a horrific accident. read more

However, Gabby, the Service Rep noted my very low mileage and said I could wait till my Outback had close to or 30,000 miles. I decided just to do the oil change. But I forgot to provide my Coupon for the free oil change. When I went to pick up my Outback Gabby said she used the Coupon and there was no cost to the Service today! I bought a car but it wasn't the car the sales person said it was. The deal was so messed up that they manager OFFERED to take the car back. Problem is, they won't return the cashiers check that I gave them for a down payment. I just want my cashiers check back and that's too hard. They won't even answer my emails of phone calls. I contacted Subaru Corp. and they said they sell the cars to dealers and it's up to the dealer after that so they don't care how their cars are sold. Nothing to disposed. Computer is a tool, not supply. They are ripping off customers. There is no place to park. Got a list of items requiring attention. Although the service adviser, Jair, was friendly and nice he relayed that the mechanic had said that the car needed more work--- a $3500, three-day repair job for something another Subaru mechanic said was not necessary. The second opinion mechanic's comment was "someone at the Fiesta dealership must have a boat payment coming up." A $300-500 valve cover gasket job would take care of the minor leak. There is no reason to pull the engine and to replace the drive chain in a car with only 100,000 miles." When I compared the prices I was charged to the prices posted online at Garcia Subaru I was further convinced Fiesta is considerably more expensive. We have a 2012 Subaru Forester XT which has exhibited only one problem over the years: it sometimes rejects gasoline. That's right... you can't fill the tank because the gas will just back up on you. First time, "fixed" under warranty. Second time cost us $1,400 bucks. Third time fixed under warranty because the previous "fix" was less than one year earlier. And then, the problem resurfaced a week after it was "fixed" for the third time. In other words, Fiesta couldn't diagnose the problem accurately and I have no idea what was being fixed the three times we took the car in. They tried to blame the problem on us overfilling the tank, but we don't do that. The last time, I called the service manager and told him the problem is still there, I don't know what you think you've been fixing, and how are you guys going to fix it this time? He made an appointment to take the car in and give us a loaner. The loaner is a must because we use this Subaru to haul stuff for our business. I showed up for the appointment and, sorry, we don't have a loaner for you. We'll call you when we do and we'll schedule the appointment. They never called, of course. Their mechanics steal stuff out of your car!!!! I just picked up my car from Fiesta Subaru. They had taken everything out of my center console and glove box and thrown it all over the car. Items were broken off my center console and there was a piece of my car sitting on the seat. No idea where it came from. Then I noticed, my change cubby was empty AND the side pocket on my driver door was empty. They weren't expensive items, but needed items. GONE. They steal and trash your car. I couldn't believe it! Fiesta Subaru installed a "new" battery in my 2015 Subaru Forester - for $265; but left the corroded wires attached. I didn't ask for a battery. This "new" battery completely failed in 7 weeks! I couldn't use my car for 5 days, couldn't pick up my Rx's, couldn't get groceries! I was stranded! I can't help wondering if A) Fiesta Subaru had a bunch of old batteries that were close to going bad, and was trying to add revenue to pay for their luxurious new building, or B) is just grossly incompetent, or C) takes advantage of women who aren't car savvy. Had a mysterious issue with the battery, left it for a few days to get tests. They said it was ready to be picked up so I went over, and they lost it. Someone stole my car right from the dealership. not only did they lose the car and claim no liability, but the car had issues still. I took it to a basic dealership and they took care of it. negligence, lack of professionalism, didn't take me seriously. read more
