I've been here twice. The first time in August for scheduled maintenance, and I thought it was fine. This week I was having an issue. And I wanted a battery test. They couldn't replicate my issue. The guy at the counter was pretty dismissive. Whatever. He said the battery failed, and they wanted to sell me a new one for $541 dollars. (LOL). He also said I needed a new air filter (though I'd just had scheduled maintenance). I declined. He also said I needed new tires and quoted $2,500 for 4 tires for a Crosstrek (HELL NO). I drove straight to costco. I was told I didn't need new tires for a year, and quoted $850 for 4 tires. The following day I took the car to my mechanic for a battery ($150) and about the issue. He also couldn't duplicate it, but was much more engaged in helping me diagnose it. He also said I didn't need new tires for about a year AND said the air filter was clean as a whistle. That was my last time going to Fiesta for my maintenance. read more

I called this to ask about a warranty on the car battery that is a Subaru battery but because I bought the car through Carmax they told me they can't help me and that's after being transferred calls about 10times also them saying they would call me back. Funny thing, I went to the actual Subaru website and checked on a recall and magically my car has a recall and they have to fix and also I will be following up with Subaru corporate and the NMAG to see why I'm being denied service for a battery that is still under warranty. read more

My wife and I went into Fiesta Subaru today looking to test drive an Ascent that they had on the lot. Took a test drive and that was pleasant enough. We decided to run some numbers and had them appraise our 2019 Outback. Prior to going in I had requested an offer from Carmax and kept that in my back pocket for when it came time to negotiate. Sales rep came back with an offensively low offer. He was offering me $26k and the offer I had from Carmax was almost $33k. When I told him I had that offer from Carmax he was visibly upset and refused to offer me a penny more. On top of that, they are adding a $2,500 mark up over MSRP. Once we discussed the fact that I knew the car was worth a lot more than they were offering the sales rep was done talking to us and we were done talking with him. We drove up to Subaru of Santa Fe where they offered us $32k for our Subaru and sold us an Ascent at MSRP with no mark up. A 45 minutes drive meant almost $10k extra in my pocket. I have to wait a few weeks for my new car to come in, but I don't mind given the drastic difference in price. I'd be very weary of dealing with this dealership. I certainly won't be going back for any reason. read more

All of the sales people here are very polite and professional. It was an easy doing business with them. My only qualm is that they could know more about the vehicles they are selling. I was told that my vehicle had a timing belt and that it would need to be replaced very soon. I took it to two other shops outside of the Subaru dealership which told me that it did not have a timing belt, but a timing chain. Basically meaning I would never need to replace it. That would've been nice to know when I was purchasing the vehicle. Other than that everything was fantastic. My sales person, Jerry Janis, Was very cool and it was a pleasure doing business with him. read more

I recently went in to get my car serviced and while I was waiting right outside the building for my car to be finished I could hear the Manager Eric Locke and employee Patrick Johnson having a very private(shameful) conversation while they were taking a smoke break. They too were standing right outside the building where customers could see and hear them. At first it started with them talking like they were 2 dudes at a BBQ, saying F**k and S**t more times then I could count. Then they started talking about what bulls*t the Protests were, saying they were getting too much tv time. Patrick Johnson said how he thought the Peaceful unarmed protester recently shot downtown somehow deserved what he got. That the man who shot him was in the right. They go on to say they're getting their guns ready for what's coming next. I was so mad at what I heard, I walked up to the men and told them that was SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Eric apologized and Patrick couldn't even face me like a man, what a coward. I then went to the sales department to ask for a manger, when a very unfriendly man told me there was no manager on duty. I asked for a business card, at that point he passed me off to another man, he gave me a card and told me the manager could talk to me. I said "the other guy told me there was no manager on duty, now there is?". Mike Pierce the manager kept me waiting over 10 mins even though he heard every part of that conversation from the beginning. Finally he brings me back to his office and while I tell him what I overheard he's reading and signing documents. So disrespectful, all the while not wearing a mask. This is an awful establishment, if these people have these sad views thats one thing but they should NEVER discuss it where customers can overhear. I'll never be back again and I'll let everyone I can know the kind of people that work here. read more

My wife and I took delivery of our 2021 Subaru Forester yesterday and we would like to give a big shout out to the Fiesta team! First they provided the most competitive price quote "e price" to us. For example they were $3600 less than the quote from the other local Subaru dealer. Since this was during COVID they were able to do most everything over the phone and email. Jeff was terrific in keeping us up to date with the status of our delivery and making sure everything went well. When we arrived at the dealer, we got in our new forester took 15 minutes to sign the papers and then called Josh the finance guy. He walked out we handed him the paperwork, he handed us the keys. This was a complete touch less, non contact delivery. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the Fiesta staff. This is our third Subaru and I can guarantee when the time comes for our fourth we will be buying from Fiesta!! Thank you Mike, Jeff and Josh for a great customer experience. read more

This business doesn't care about it's customers, they only care about money. I've never been treated so poorly or defiantly by a business. I needed a tire repaired. Had to make an appointment for a week out. They said when I made the appointment they had the tire in stock. When I went in they had to search to see if they had it. They tried to give me a run around about it before saying they had one. Then started giving me a hard time when I asked if they would prorate the tire because the one that went flat I bought from them 6 months ago. I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere, where they got me in the next day (not a week). read more

I just had my car serviced here today. I can't say that they didn't do a good job with the service and were quick, but that's about the end of the good experience. I was originally quoted $920 (with tax) for a 30k mile service. At that point I had stated that I would change the air filter and cabin filter myself and there was no need to rotate the tires as they had just been rotated. After 50 minutes of working time I got my car and a bill for $840, with a total quoted labor cost of $440. This comes out to $530/hour. I understand that you pay for not only time but also expertise when getting your car serviced, but it seems a bit extreme to be charged that much in labor costs. I would consider shopping around town at the other Subaru dealership or certified shops if you need your vehicle serviced, even if you have an extended warranty from Subaru as Subaru will honor your warranty as long as you get your car serviced at a certified shop. read more

We were away from home and traveling through Albuquerque and needed an oil change and tire rotation on my 2020 Subaru Ascent. I called and they said I could use their "Express" service. I went mid-afternoon and requested the oil change and tire rotation and waited an hour and a half before I finally asked about it. In another 15 minutes they said it was ready. I was told they didn't do the tire rotation because they thought the best two tires were already on the front (why didn't they ask me about this?). Then on the print out of the results, the amount of treadwear on one section was totally different than another section. When I asked about this they reprinted it out for me so they'd match (gives you a lot of confidence)! They said they set the tire pressure to factory recommendations, but in reality, it was 3 lbs. more than what it says on the door panel and what other Subaru dealers use. Finally, the oil change ALONE cost me $92.23 compared to the normal $7X.XX charge for an oil change and tire rotation at other Subaru dealers. And the oil change took almost 2 hrs. Never got an estimate. When I questioned the charge all I got was silence. "Ripped Off". Never go there! After I got back home I called the office there and left a message with my return phone number--that was a week ago and still no reply. Avoid this place. read more
