Always a weird experience here. Soda machines are always broken, food is cold, and it's dirty inside. When you walk in no one acknowledges your presence. Once they finally do (after lingering in line as the only customer) they don't say anything and just stand in front of you expecting you to just say your order. One time I said, "Oh, HI" to see if I would get some sort of welcoming response or a "Hi, sorry for the wait" but received "what ya want?" Today the assistant manager assembled my bowl. She began to pack it up before I was finished. I only had rice, beyond meat, and salsa in my bowl at this point. She didn't even ask if I wanted anything else. Maybe it was her way of telling me I needed to go on a diet or something. Anyways, I said I still want to add onto my bowl and she seemed annoyed. Just overall weird. Also she kept stopping in the middle of prepping my bowl to talk to someone. Time is money hunny. read more

I don't know why this place has such bad reviews, it was pretty good. I got a burrito with chicken, rice, beans, veggies, corn, and this green sauce which was really good (spicy but good)!!! I got the new cholula chicken Mac n' cheese bowl. It was tasty -2 not too hot. Calorie-wise it was reasonable.

We've come to this location several times, and I'm not dying to go back any time soon. We initially had come for the grand opening, and everything was spot on, atmosphere, food and service. Next time I came by myself they were short staffed and out of a few things, telling patrons beans would take 45 mins to make, etc. They told someone else they were out of the salad taco shells and they left. I figured that was a one off experience but the following time I came trash was spilling over and they were severely short staffed. The girl at the counter was nice but complained that the morning staff hadn't prepped things so they had several items unavailable. The food is good for takeout Mexican. I love that guac and queso are free. But the last few times have not made me want to come back which is just too bad. Hoping they can turn around so they can stay in the area for a while. read more

Staff is so rude ordered a few bowls for me and my coworkers and i walk in and the girl slammed my bags of food on the counter and rolled her eyes when i had said i was here for my order and made it seem like i was a bother when i asked for some extra sour cream ... so rude only reason it's only star is for the food being decent. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My husband and I have been in this establishment many times but today was our last day we will ever enter. We purchased gift certificates from seize the deal and the cashier there told us that they no longer honor seize the deal. We then spoke to the manager on duty who then called the store manager. She said there was nothing she could do and that they stopped accepting them july 27th. This was not posted ANYWHERE in the store. Needless to say we walked out hungry and frustrated. Awful experience. I got a bowl and everything was dry and hard. 30 minutes after eating I got bad stomach pains and intestinal problems that almost ended in me going to the hospital. The service was okay, and the ambiance was okay. Would not go here again and it wasn't only this time. Tried to eat here at 1030. The store opened at 1030. The person preparing food wagged her finger at us and told us that they weren't open. We tried to confirm a 1030 opening, the two workers completely turned their backs and ignored us. Overall it was a pretty rude and base interaction. My whole family was very off put by this and will not patron this establishment. read more

We like their food, their many options, their fresh food and their location. We specially love their impossible meat and how generous they are with the portions of the food. Their tortilla bowls are really good and we like to eat at the patio when weather permits. All in all is a very nice Mexican restaurant. read more

Sometimes they don't follow doordash instructions, so it may be best to call and confirm they've seen them... but I honestly LIVE off their tortilla soup with extra impossible meat, half and half rice, and added diced onions!! Qdoba is usually my favorite place and always go for their amazing burritos and queso. The past few times i've been to this location I have been very disappointed and noticed a spiral downwards. There must be a new manager because the woman is incredibly rude and very cheap on the meat. I asked for more chicken in this quesadilla and told me I would have to pay more. The cleanliness of this restaurant is deplorable! 5:30 on Saturday night... only three tables taken in the entire establishment... and NOT ONE clean table to be found in the restaurant. The dirty tables, floor, and booths were a complete turn off. I don't know why they didn't hire enough people to keep it clean. We chose to eat there, and still nobody had went around with a wet rag. Tried it out last Thursday wasn't really busy. Being first time there I felt very rushed to order what I wanted. I ordered one item and was going to order a couple of more but the guy behind the counter just moved to the next guest in a split second. Ordered the steak burrito. Steak was cold and chewy and burrito was falling apart. Would have been nice if customers were asked if it was there first time there and how the process works. I've been getting food from here for a while and it's always been pretty filling but recently the amount of food you get is so small you barley get anything. It's very disappointing since to me it's always been way better then chipotle. If the serving size doesn't change I don't be coming back. Also the rice is always very undercooked. read more

Terrible tasting food not at all flattered by sloppy assembly. Tacos where gross and soggy with all the wrong flavors and the burrito felt like all filler no thriller. The young people behind the counter where VERY nice.... however....while they where filling out my order the manager rudely pointed at me and asked the staff " what's HE waiting for"? We choose to eat at this establishment on a Friday night, our families first time there. It was clean, busy, simply decorated. The line was wrapped around the restaurant. There was an assembly line service station, much like Chipotle. Not sure because they were all new staff, but the service was really slow, the manager seemed really frazzled, and choose to yell at her assembly staff in front of everyone, it was extremely awkward and I felt bad for the employees. I got to the front of the line and everything came to a stop. The manger who was originally at the head of the line getting your burrito wraps and or bowls walked away and started completing online orders.. I waited there for what seemed like ever until another staff member was available to help. We got 3 vegetarian bowls and chips with salsa. The way they assembled our food seemed sloppy and uncared for. I really felt like I was at Mc Donald's.. Our bowls were under portion, lifeless, tasteless and dry. The salsa was pure cut up tomatoes and maybe a sprig of cilantro somewhere in the cup. I will not return, I will drive to Chipotle read more

First time patron. Assembly line style Mexican much like Currito Burrito. Restaurant isn't configured well for assembly style food, with the entrance line and menu right next to tables. Tables were dirty and scuffed. For a brand new place that says a lot. My wife and I both got burritos and chips. My burrito had very little protein and too much beans and rice. The burrito broke when I unwrapped it. Everything was cool, dry, and salty. The chips were super salty. The steak and chicken were very dry and flavorless. The rice was cool. The protein was as well which is concerning because my wife and I both feel pretty awful after dining and digesting. Didn't finish the burrito had about half the wrap left over. We'd probably pay less and had hot food if we went to Taco Bell next to Burlington. It's basically the hipster taco bell. Calaveras on the wall won't bring me back, because the food was awful. read more

Restaurant is very clean, staff was friendly. This is my second visit and I do need to mention that they need to speed things up service was too slow. At least six people walked out behind me it seems that the bottleneck in the process is the register. This same event occurred when I previously came in as well. I've been a frequent customer, even with over a handful of poor experiences, but officially crosses this place off. I work late, so it's a 50/50 if they'll lock their door or put all the food away 30 mins to close. Today I was charged extra for asking for more dry cheese, no warning. I wish I took a photo to add to this review, trust me even after asking I left with was nothing more than a sprinkle. Do not order the cilantro and lime rice ( white rice) . Ordered a bowl and all i can taste is lime. Imagine if rice soaked in lime juice in a 1 to 1 ratio. Every bite was sour. And i had to get rid of it after the 3rd bite. Maybe next time ill try the yellow rice. read more

GREAT PLACE! I was driving to Newport and wanted to stop at Kappy's on the way down. Didn't know Qdoba was in this shopping Center so we stopped in for lunch. Food was great (I had 3 craft tacos, my friend had a burrito, we split guac and had margaritas) the environment / decor cool and the staff really helpful. This will definitely become a regular stop for us in the future. read more
