I never did figure out whether I was supposed to get a notification that my order was ready, so eventually I just went inside to check. Sure enough, it was ready. Easy enough, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind. Then I got home and opened everything, and THAT is when I became really impressed. I had included a note with my order that I planned to eat the salad the following day and asked that the wet ingredients be kept separate. They absolutely understood the assignment. Everything was packaged so thoughtfully. The Apple Pecan Salad was beautiful, incredibly fresh and substantial, with the ingredients carefully separated so it would keep. It wasn't some obligatory pile of greens tossed into a container. You could actually see the care that went into making it. The Smoked Salmon and Bacon sandwich was equally good. Fresh, generously filled and absolutely delicious. I ate half the sandwich and some of the salad and was completely satisfied. Between the two, I can easily get four meals out of what I ordered, which makes the value even better. And the cold brew? Wowzer. Robust and delicious! I think what impressed me most was simply the level of care. A sandwich and a salad aren't complicated foods, but doing simple food really well takes effort. Fresh produce, good ingredients, thoughtful preparation, paying attention to a customer's request, and putting out food that looks every bit as good as it tastes. I felt that in this order. I actually tipped 15% when I ordered because I was thinking, okay, this is basically grab-and-go. After I got home and ate the food, I wished I'd tipped 20%. It genuinely felt good spending my money here. This was visit number one, and they've already set the benchmark. I really hope they stay exactly like this, because what a find. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness and service made the experience less enjoyable. We've visited Mango Mango many times in the past and have generally enjoyed it, which made this visit particularly disappointing. Hopefully, the food quality, cleanliness, and service improve.

Service: I hosted a party of 13 and every interaction--from booking over the phone to the warm, attentive wait staff on the day--was exceptional. BYOB Perks: Yes, you can bring your own bubbly! The first two bottles are on the house, and each additional bottle comes with a modest $5 fee. We enjoyed eight bottles during our brunch, and the fee was absolutely worth it. They even kept our drinks perfectly chilled and offered a selection of juices to complement the prosecco. Food: The food was nothing short of spectacular. They were having a good time but because it's a small space, it intensified the noise level. At one point our waitress apologized for the noise. As for the food it was so-so. The Volcano Eggs had a similar issue; lots of bold flavors, but they didn't blend particularly well. The ricotta pancakes probably had the most potential. The pancakes themselves were delicious and, with real butter and maybe a light jam, could have been amazing. Instead, they were buried under a complicated sauce that overpowered them. I kept thinking: just let the food shine! A couple of other things took away from the experience. Each time the kitchen staff received a tip, there was loud yelling/celebrating from the kitchen. It happened about four times during our brunch and became excessive and disruptive. The suggested gratuity also starts at 19%, which felt a little off-putting given the already higher price point. Our waiter was very nice and provided good service. Just be aware that dining times seem to be fairly strict , once your allotted time is up, you definitely get the feeling that it's time to go. There are some genuinely good components here, and clearly a lot of creativity and thought goes into the menu. For us, though, simplifying the dishes and letting the quality ingredients speak for themselves would make a huge difference.

I almost always do not order iced drinks but because we were gonna sit and eat at the pool I needed something good. The mochi waffle was meh. Nothing spectacular. I was envisioning a bubble waffle but it was a mochi waffle and that's what I got. It was chewy but still crispy bc it was thin. I ordered it plain so I don't know how it would be with fruit. Overall I think I would come back. I would want to get the avocado toast the next time though. Or something with protein especially after working out.

We also love the vermicelli plates, summer and spring rolls, all the yummy drinks. My favorite so far is the ube coffee! The restaurant has limited seating inside with AC, but not to worry- they also have seating outside if needed. Also, you can call ahead to place a phone order if you want to take out or even order ahead so you don't need to wait in line. This is one of our go to places. Definitely recommend supporting and trying!
