BUYER BEWARE!!! Just drove 4.5 hrs into ATL and decided to grab a bite before reaching my destination. Usually come to FIGO when I come to ATL but never again. Ordered pasta with sautéed shrimp, which I didn't receive the shrimp. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager Joe. Advised him of the situation and the first thing he says is "I have to review the cameras". Ummm ok. When I told him I ordered in store and it was 15 mins prior and gave him the order number 81, he said he still needs to check the cameras. Went to FIGO with the messed up food in hand to show him what I didn't receive on my order. He refused to look at the cameras. He didn't even look at the food to make sure. Then he told me I didn't tell him the order number and that I was speaking with Carlos (the man on the phone identified himself as Joe). He insisted I email the owner, Sandro for a refund. I demanded either my food fixed or a refund or I'd have to file a police report. Unacceptable. Not even an offer to remake the order that was messed up. He would not print a refund receipt. He ended up writing a note stating I'd be refunded but it would take 2-3 days. Crazy, it didn't take 2-3 days for them to take my money for an order they messed up, so we shall see! FIGO Pasta was figolicious!!! I ordered the penne with salmon sauce and as soon as that dish came out, my stomach and heart were swimming with emotions. But let me talk about the pre-carbohydrates that came out before that. Our waitress (I wish I remembered her name) brought out bakers' dozens of fresh dough, topped off w olive oil harvested from the vineyards of heaven. I was on the verge of dying from eating too much dough... then the pasta sealed the deal my gahd. The glistening sauce had a beautiful af marriage with the al dente pasta; it was a harmony of flavors in my mouth. We just returned because the kids wanted to see the robots, but now there are no robots, in fact there is nothing but a computer screen to interact with. Tastes good despite being too sweet. Linguine with smoked salmon and vodka sauce (4/5): creamy sauce with light tomato taste, exactly what I expected. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Brought my daughters here to enjoy what I remembered from years ago - a cute spot with tasty pasta. Now, it's terrible. There is zero human interaction. We put our order in the kiosk and when completed, got no immediate recognition of our order. I was concerned that our order even went through, and I tried to talk to human and got completely ignored. After about 10 minutes, I got a text message to Hyman, that our order it was received. It then took more than 30 minutes for our food to come out. You can guess it wasn't worth the wait. Skip this experience. Well, this was a really tough one for me. On the plus side, the food was really fresh and delicious, and the waitstaff were efficient, kind & attentive and I would have readily offered 5 stars for this part of my experience. So why the two stars, you ask? Well it was how the restaurant handled the Restaurant.com certificate which I purchased a few weeks ago and was the single inspiration for me visiting the restaurant. After ordering roughly $100.00 in food and drinks, I presented my legitimately purchased certificate which entitled me to $25.00 off of the bill. The manager on hand denied me using the certificate and indicated they were having some difficulties with this marketing plan. I was humiliated and embarrassed because I was with other people, and the restaurant choice this evening was my idea. So, FIGO owner/manager, if you read Yelp reviews, the way in which you handled this issue, which was not MY problem, became my problem. Very nice neighborhood spot. You go to the counter to order the type of homemade pasta + the sauce you want, and a server brings it to your table. It's tasty, fast and and inexpensive. So FIGO on the Westside has the worst customer service. I went to Google and typed in FIGO. The link at the top had the Buckhead/Westside location. When you click that link, the graphic on the right of the page shows the Buckhead/Westside location. When you click on the link for the first page og the site prominently displays that you are ordering from the Buckhead/Westside location. You are given a choice to pick up or set a pick up at a later time. I placed my order and got a receipt via email. When I went to pick up my order, I was told that it was not there because I placed the order with the Food Truck that was 7-8 miles away The lone employee in the shop told me that I needed to make sure that I placed my order correctly next time. I told her that everything during the ordering process showed that I was ordering at the Buckhead/Westside location. I was sitting in a cigar shop in the same shopping plaza as the restaurant. When I asked if the order can be transferred, I was told no. How about a refund? "No." This restaurant has done everything in its power to NOT have contact with its customers. The food is great, but the service is shitty. I USED to be a regular customer there. Unfortunately, this incident will have me ordering take out from the other restaurants in the area. The pecorino and lemon zest sauce was a little too candy tasting for us but the chicken was cooked to perfection and the appetizers or bruschetta and the mushroom and truffle oil toast we're very memorable. We were in the area and instead of going to Jinya went to Figo after remembering how good it was when we used to frequent the Little Five Points location years ago. This is not the same place. They basically turned it into a chipotle. They nickel and dime you for everything, even bread and oil. The food is NOT the same, the don't even have any dishes, only plastic and cardboard to eat out of. The desserts were completely inedible. I went ahead and ate but my friend went and asked for it to be heated up. The guy at the register said he'd just get him a new one and that one came out in under 10 minutes and was piping hot. There's only covered patio seating and everything is served in those to go foil plate things. We had to ask for cups of water. Figo is a great pasta place but this location itself is just not it. No wait staff, no one to answer questions, menu selection cut more than 50%, and plastic bowls, cups, and cutlery. We almost walked out before ordering. And a robot brings you your order. Sandro, if you still own this place, you should be ashamed of yourself. Atmosphere is a big fat ZERO! No wonder there were only two other families there. Husband's order of cappellini with funghi sauce had very little sauce and was dry. I had Main lobster ravioli with Pomodor sauce and it was great but could have used a couple of more ravioli. I left "not full" when in the past I had to get to go box. Food is still great tasting, but that is it. We were so disappointed we refused to buy dessert. I absolutely love this restaurant! It's been one of my favorites for almost 20 years now. The food is fresh and delicious. It's a step up from some of the fast food restaurants around here, and can be great for celebrating birthdays or catching up with friends. But it can also be a quick place for lunch. They have only been offering takeout recently, and I order a lot. I totally understand why, and I think it's wise for now. I miss eating there, but I hope they will reopen dining soon. My favorites are the ravioli, and the arugula salad with sea bass. Great desserts too--the key lime pie is fantastic! Their new location is a big improvement over the last. So, here's the thing.... A friend ushered me into Figo after hearing me lament about missing all of my favorite restaurants in LA. I had heard him blather on and on about Figos fresh pasta offerings, and was a bit skeptical, one bite of my freshly prepared corn and truffle oil ravioli and I was sold. I've got high standards, however, I'm not a food snob, I recognize fantastic food when I see it. My ravioli were cooked perfectly, not too mushy, with tons of bite, the tomatoes in the sauce were fresh, chunky, and fairly well seasoned. The day I attended it was snowing, so, the dinning area wasn't packed, so, I cant speak about that, however, it was nice, clean, well lit and comfortable. My dessert came out WHILE I was still eating. We were there on a Monday night which as with most restaurants is a very slow night. I cannot get over how bad the service was. The servers were nice enough but not at all on top of their game. We had been ordering takeout during Covid from Figo among other restaurants. On1/15/21 we ordered from the website for the Edgewood store. When I arrived to pickup the store was closed with no sign indicating where I should go. I called and was directed to the food truck on L5P. We ordered our food 6:12 and came 7:15 to pickup. Many others were waiting as three guys in a tiny kitchen worked frantically. After some time an employee came out with an order and took our names. One man who had been there before me, asked for an estimate of how much longer. The manager's response was breathtakingly inappropriate and rude. But no one else then dared ask questions. That man left without his order and likely cancelled the charge. We got out food at 7:45 (11/2 hours after ordering). It was no longer warm but still tepid. The problem of being too busy for the food truck kitchen with a rude manager should resolve itself quickly. Be warned. read more

I'm SO sad, where has our special Figo gone? It was a staple in our family for 15? plus years. The new location (at old de Palma's) is spacious, a nice covered patio and great parking, but it's clearly designed for take-out business. You sit down, scan QR code- which is very confusing because it asks if you want to pay extra basil, croutons, etc - hard to understand that it comes with those ingredients anyway. Everything is served all at once and in cardboard containers with a packet of plastic spoon, fork, knife, napkin. What happened to the pottery china and silver wear? Pay extra for their bread and olive oil. The pasta is still very good - but it felt like take out in dispossable containers. Wine was limited to Sauvignon Blanc, Prosecco, Cabernet half bottles. Save yourself! Go to the other locations! I will not be back to this Figo. Generally, I love Figos. I work near the Westside, and frequent that Figo location. The food is good, quick, and reasonably priced. But THIS Figo....gross. Restaurant was not clean and was very dingy. They did not have half of the food I ordered. Arugula salad? No arugula. Asked for a noodle type, they were 'out.' There is also no full bar here like the other locations, only a small selection of iffy wines. The sauce (arrabbiata, a personal fave) was not as flavorful and did not taste fresh. The pepper shakers were all empty, it took my fourth shaker to get any pepper. And the worst part: there was a random tin of roasted garlic on the counter, and in a last ditch attempt to eat something tasty I asked for some roasted garlic. What. A. Mistake. Apparently the tin of garlic on the counter was to "make the restaurant smell good" and they only had minced garlic (clearly not fresh). The waitress proceeded to bring me a small bowl of boiling oil with burned minced garlic (see picture). Not only is that a burn liability, it was disgusting looking and smelling. I usually order their lunch special which turns out to be a great deal. I always get questions about where I am eating whenever I post my FIGO meal on my social media sites.
