The *Worst* Dry Cleaners. I paid in cash, and not one of my ten garments were cleaned - worse, they were ruined. 'Did someone just forget to dry clean them?' I asked on the phone at home, assuming the best. Traveling 30 minutes back, they agreed: stained, wrinkled. Then, it got worse: my favorite chiffon dress looked bleached. Dark spots on my crumpled silk dresses. More stains than when I brought them all in?! The man who worked there agreed: more stained. He then proceeded to call the worst man in the universe: the Outsourced Dry Cleaning Man. The ODCM was told how terrible my clothes looked. The ODCM insisted that he speak to me directly on speaker phone: 'WHO ARE YOU? I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHO YOU ARE!' ODCM screamed. What? Conversation via speaker phone went on and on, for 20 minutes. 'I'VE DRY CLEANED FOR 30 YEARS!' That's right: I stood there while the man held the phone in front of my face for ODCM to yell at me or refer to me as 'lo fan' the entire time, *not OK* especially when I know what that means. All the while, I repeatedly said I needed the conversation to end, I needed a refund, and I needed to go. At 25 minutes, ODCM tried to negotitate. 'Maybe we can give you half of your money back. How's $28?' 'Keep your money,' I said, leaving the time-suck of the universe. Hundreds of dollars of clothing gone. The Worst. read more

This mom and pop shop is a small bare bone dry cleaning shop that also does alterations. Facing the beach, or as the street numbers increase, the shop is on the right hand side of the street. There is pretty much no parking (other than 2 spots closer to 30th). I went in with a bunch of stuff. $7 per basic pants hem (no folds/cuffs) $28 per suit jacket alteration $15 per suit pants waist alteration $3ish per piece of dry cleaning. I walked in, not knowing exactly how long my inseam was, so they helped me measure it out without any issue. They "consulted" by telling me what was do-able and what was not do-able, and I brought another jacket that I wanted more fitted, but he said, it's best not to alter that one because it fits just right. When I was yelping other tailors in the area, the average price for hemming was $10. These prices are extremely reasonable. There is a 5% discount for paying in cash. Credit card minimum is $15. Open on weekends The service was super friendly and helpful. They have my repeat business. I'll report back when I get all my clothes back. read more

Unless you want your precious clothes TORN TO SHREDS . . . STAY FAR, FAR AWAAAAAAY! A few years ago, this was a great place for dry cleaning. Ever since it underwent a change of ownership, it has been crappy ever since. The new owners refuse to stand by their work and have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Exhibit A: I dropped off my dad's suit for dry cleaning. When I got it back, I discovered that the back of it was BURNED. When I brought this to their attention, they claimed that it was already like that. I'm pretty sure I would have noticed if the suit were SCORCHED. He normally wears that suit to his job as a computer engineer, so unless there were open flames at his office and his back caught fire without his realizing it, the burn was caused by none other than "Finest" Dry Cleaning. Exhibit B: Foolishly giving the new owners a second chance, I returned with my dress pants from Ann Taylor. When I got them back, the clasps were completely torn off the pants, and the fabric was shredded! Seeing as how the pants were only worn once and in perfect condition, I showed the damage to the owners. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they quickly denied having anything to do with the damage and blamed me for it, claiming that I must have worn them too much. They made me pay the full price for the dry cleaning and said they would not fix the damage unless I paid extra! They refused to take responsibility for the botched dry cleaning, telling me that their dry cleaning is done "at your own risk" and with "no guarantees." They made a perfectly good pair of pants completely unwearable. Well, maybe I could wear the ripped pants with my dad's burnt jacket. That way, I can sport the "dayum- fool" look from head to toe. If I had to describe how much they cared about their customers, it would be somewhere between zilch and diddly squat. In conclusion, burnt and ripped clothes? Ain't nobody got time fo' dat. read more

Horrible service, unprofessional, and incompetent. This dry cleaner did not clean my clothes. In fact, my clothes were dirtier upon return. Don't risk your valuable clothes with these people. CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! $3 per article, sometimes less. It cost me $15 to do nearly half a dozen pairs of pants. If you bring your clothes in before 4pm, you can have them back dry cleaned and pressed after 4pm the following day, even on a Sunday! They will do minor repairs for $1, which is either a good thing or a bad thing (I suppose you want quality when it comes to repairs?) If you live in the area, this is the place to go to. PS: They recently changed their hours, now they close at 6PM (in affect since February of this year). I once had to wait for them at 8:30AM to get my suits for work because I came late to get the day before. But that's a lesson learned. read more

Cheap and fast!! Friendly and reliable service! Quality work at an extremely reasonable price! Couldn't ask for more. Came here on a recommendation of a friend and can't imagine going anywhere else. I come here all the way from Daly City! I mainly use them for dry cleaning. My BF has also taken advantage of their alterations and is happy with their work. The wife and I use them exclusively for alterations and of course dry cleaning. Service is very good. If you can bust out some Chinese it helps, but they're very nice to everyone. Definitely recommend them to anyone. read more
