It has been a week since they opened, give them a break people! We finally made it and got a seat inside!! Expect delays because it's new in Camarillo. Most of us are bored with same breweries in Camarillo. Today, we went mid afternoon (Sunday) & we at the bar while we waited for our table. The staff & bartenders were dialed in. Our waiter was Eddy and he attentive, courteous, and spot on with our service. Eddy checked on us very frequently, even tho the restaurant was slammed. The manager, on site for Sunday afternoon , she was so great! The food was so delicious and we loved every bite. We definitely recommend this new to Camarillo restaurant. It is our favorite spot in Cam! read more

Wandered over for an early lunch - were there at 11:15A on a Friday. Place was half full and full by the time we departed. if you want to have any conversation at all - you must sit outside. The NOISE/MUSIC is cranked up WAY TOO LOUD! Actually blasting right over head too. Zero reason to have it that loud for a lunch time - ya, I get the evening vibe - totally unnecessary during lunch. We gave up talking (SCREAMING) and just ate. Tables are very close too. Food was fantastic - best coconut shrimp ever - and I try them everywhere. The flatbread pizza at the other table looked fantastic too. Again - you want to chat and enjoy your company - sit outside. read more

I had the pleasure of previewing Finney's over the weekend and have to say I was not disappointed!! Great food, great drinks, fantastic atmosphere and the doors open for the patio are a definite plus! Family friendly!! The staff are warm and friendly and attentive. read more

I love Finney's!! I went in the other night & sat at the bar and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I tried the Nashville sliders & the margarita flight and WOW! So good!! Also their outdoor fire pit is so cute! I can't wait to go back, highly recommend!! read more

Wouldn't choose Girl's Night here again. The closing staff were clearing out guests swiftly, starting well over an hour before closing. (Last call 8:45 + change of ambiance to rush the crowd) A few of my friends and I were excited to catch up over a couple drinks and food this past Wednesday, meeting at 8pm. Closing time is 10pm. At around 8:45, our lovely server (she was excellent) awkwardly came to our table as we are just sipping on what ended up being our only beverage due to her stating "the bar is having me do LAST CALL".... At 8:45?! Sheeeesh. She seemed reluctant to relay this message, likely knowing how absurd it was. Between 9 and 9:30, the lights changed, TVs went off, music came off... making my friends and I feel rushed and awkward while we were trying to be present with each other catching up. My friends and I are all bartenders and servers that were dining there that evening, and we were beside ourselves with how the staff was treating the guests. I am sad I will not get that time back with my friends due to an uncomfortable environment. What should have been two hours of comfortable dining, 2 drinks each, apps etc, ended up being one round of drinks over an awkward pizza and leaving feeling unwanted and certainly unappreciated by the closing staff... not to mention our server missed out on what would have been a larger tip with a larger tab. Tis a shame. I like your food and drink selection, however would not choose girls night here again. read more

Just had a wonderful meal at Finney's in Camarillo. Have to mention the warm and friendly hostess Jeannette. It was busy when we arrived, with a 30 minute wait. Jeanette was thoughtful enough to direct us to a lovely patio area to wait while we enjoyed our drinks. Jeannette was also the one to direct us to our table and was smiling and very sweet and pleasant. Dinner was delicious, waiter and runners were great and Dalton the manager was very attentive and kind. Will definitely return! 5 stars tonight read more

We just ate here at Finney's Crafthouse. "Fantastic" service was perfect. The "drinks" were great I had a Buffalo Trace on rocks (good serving), my wife had a "smokeshow" really enjoyed it. We had an appetizer coconut shrimp really good and hot. Great place. read more

Can't order by phone. Can't order from online on the weekends. This is inconvenient. You are forced to come in and order for take out. This is the first time I have experienced such ridiculous order policies. Must be a crazy corporate rule. Hope they consider this review as a critical data point to change their policy. read more

This place makes a pepperoni pizza that is the bomb. I'm not even a pizza fan but this is the best crust and most flavorful pepperoni I have ever had. What a fun place to eat drink and hang with nice people read more

Service was fast, food was delicious and the drinks were made with fresh fruit instead of sugary syrups which I love.

AWFUL server. My daughters were drinking their lemonades and one noticed she needed a refill. She walked up (why she needed to walk to our server is a red flag itself) and asked VERY POLITELY for a refill. The server was talking and showing the table next to us how to pay on the tablet and told my daughter "I will help you in a moment". Excuse me? No. After she was done she came over and asked what my daughter needed and I told her that my daughter used her manners and said "excuse me" to get her attention and she proceeded to tell me "I did notice she used her manners. However I was helping another table at the moment she came up." and gave what I know was a fake apology. She brought her the refill and I had to check if it was actually lemonade and not water or mainly ice, which it was not, the only "kudos" I will give our server. When I was a server I treated everyone with respect and fairly. Why our server felt the need to ignore my daughter when she was talking and "helping out" other guests is beyond unprofessional. TEACH YOUR WAIT STAFF TO TREAT PEOPLE OF ALL AGES FAIRLY !!! This is why I stick with the Ventura location. read more

Great wings, great pizza, burgers are pretty average, fries aren't the best. service is great, but they have a weird weird rule, you can't phone order on weekends!? You're losing money. Have been to Finney's in Ventura and now at the new Camarillo location. The two of us sat outside in the back area. The decor is nice but our service that day was poor and the mushroom truffle pizza was horrible! The mushroom slices were way too thin (don't be cheap) and the truffle oil was bitter. I know what a mushroom truffle pizza is supposed to taste like. This pizza was not good. Truffle oil is supposed to be used sparingly, either they used too much or it was spoiled. Also the pizza was over cooked. My mate liked his food. I know they just opened but the staff and chefs need to sample the food on a regular basis. read more

Love this place. Go at least twice a month. My all time favorite items are the carnitas nachos and the chicken and waffle bites. Everything I've had here has been good. Service is always good, staff is friendly, and give good recommendations. Ambiance is a little loud as everyone is talking, but the outdoor area is very nice and you can keep kids entertained with cornhole or ping pong. Totally worth the sometimes long wait in my opinion. read more

We have been to this location several times since we moved to Camarillo. There is a hostess here who always makes us feel so welcome when we walk in the door. I would have written a review sooner, but I just found out tonight that her name is Sara. What an amazing young lady. OK here we go. Camarillo definitely needed one of these! I've been to a couple locations and this one is by far my favorite. The food is fantastic and they are constantly introducing something new and tweaking their menu. Overall, it seems like they've figured out the recipe for a good bar. The service is fantastic and even if you have to wait a while, there is corn hole and ping-pong in the back area. The atmosphere is amazing and I highly recommend this place. Definitely give the buffalo cauliflower a chance. Also, I have tried all of their burgers, and the Wagyu burger is by far the best! read more

Food is good but not great like it use to be at the location in Ventura. Prices went up also. Many restaurants seem to have the above since Covid and this is one of them. Still decent food, great service, and good vibe. I got the chicken and waffles and it was ok. Use to be a larger portion and the chicken use to be sandwiched by the waffle. Now it's a piece of chicken on top of a waffle, much smaller then a few years back. Tacos are still great 5 stars. Lots of beers on tap. They usually give a longer wait time then what it actually is so don't be discouraged. I was told 1 hour but was sat in 30 min. Solid 4-4 1/2 star spot. read more

Ok, look I don't drink beer so I guess I might have missed out on something. However, the Impossible Burger I had was outstanding. The food was all-around fantastic, the ambiance was fun, and the service is first-rate. We enjoyed ourselves very much. The only issue we had was the cost. It seemed a little bit overpriced. The food was excellent! We went with a big party. We ordered mostly all the appetizers and not one was disappointing. They were all delicious. I had the nachos carnitas and fully loaded tater tots and those were delicious! The cheeseburger roll was amazingly good! I had the watermelon Marg and the Blood Orange Marg and they were both excellent! Strong enough to where you still tasted the flavor! The ambiance was perfect for a warm day. We were seated outside in a perfect place! Thank you Finney's for making all this happen for us! It was a pre-wedding dinner. We're getting married Saturday! read more

Good food great beer backyard. They still have the training wheels on in-service and management but they're all nice.

First off, the music is LOUD. The music is so loud you can't hear the hostess. Like you can't hear across the table loud. You can't talk, and gotta holler loud. So everyone is talking loud on top of the loud music. And I don't see the reason why - there isn't a dance floor, and wasn't a late weekend night event. This was a weekday dinner crowd time. I have been to the Ventura one multiple times, and it is fine. We asked to sit outside, better, but still the volume of the music was distracting and uncomfortable. It was easier to stay on our phones, than try to talk. Got the margaritas flight. It was okay, just not my thing. It is pricey but to be fair it is about the equivalent of 2 drinks. Overall, the food was fine. Coconut shrimp was good, burger was good, and fries were average. Pass on the side ceaser. BBQ sauce is really good-lol. There is a tablet at the table - be warned it will charge you 3 dollars if you play any games on it! I didn't see any warning about the fee, but the server did take it right off when I mentioned it. So, really, if the music stays that loud, I probably wouldn't choose to go back on my own. Which is a bummer since I know I really like some of the beers. read more

Take your business somewhere else. I had been looking forward to visit Finney's. We finally go on 3/5/23 but we were disappointed to say the least and i wish a zero was available. Long wait for table AND food, poor customer service and not family friendly (older kids). We waited for a table for 1 hr, once seated (in a long table along with 2 other strangers next to us, literally, shoulder to shoulder), it took about 10 minutes to take our drink order, then another 20 minutes for dinner order PLUS another 40 to get our food. Food was good, but not worth it. Take your business somewhere else, Camarillo has so many other good restaurants with similar if not better, food, prices, drinks and definitely better customer service. We will not be returning. We went for lunch on a Saturday. The pros are that it's got great ambiance and the staff is very nice. I had their orange beer which was delicious. Chips and salsa also good. I got the grilled fish tacos and they were just ok. I didn't care for the semi soft shells. My husband had the chicken sandwich and said it was mediocre but the onion rings were good. I would say for sure go for the atmosphere and drinks. read more
