We had a great time. There was lots of variety, the food was fresh and the presentation was excellent. I enjoyed the sauce bar where you could mix and match your dipping sauces. You know, they had soy sauce and fish sauce and chili oil and crushed garlic, about 15 different ingredients in total, that you could mix up for your dipping sauce. They had a recipe chart for sauces that went well with different broths, kind of reminded me of Genghis Grill. I followed one of the recipes, the result was really good. Make sure you get your server to show you how to turn the different heating elements of the table on and off. Our server was friendly and helpful without hovering over our table. They had a little delivery robot to bring out the dishes, which I thought was a little gimmicky but my wife got a kick out of it. The ambiance was kind of Asian nightclubby - slick with dark walls and LED lights; but there was no loud music and conversation was easy. Overall we had a great time and we will be back. read more

This could have been a wonderful experience. We were a party of 5 seated in a rather large booth. Each place at the table had a hot pot heating unit available. Unfortunately 2 of the 6 units to heat the hot pots didn't work. There was one rather small grill for to cook bbq for our entire table. There are chilled food options (edamame, noodles, shrimp, imitation crab, veggies) moving on a conveyor belt, rotating past each table. You help yourself to these items. Proteins and appetizers are ordered from the server and delivered by a robot with big Blinking eyes. Hawaiian steak and bulgogi were pretty good. Everything else (spring rolls, gyoza, shrimp skewers) were just okay. The server didn't interact much or explain the process at all. A group at the booth behind us leaned over to ask us what to do. This is a new experience for my partner and I so everyone was very patient in explaining how to order, what to eat and encouraging to try something out of the comfort zone. We used to eat Korean bbq once a week but life's been so busy we haven't had time for the long drives. Fort Worth got a Korean bbq finally and we were excited. Sadly we won't be back. We skipped the hotpot and only did the bbq. The meat selection has a lot of options, but that's the only good thing about the meats. The meats are really fatty and low quality. They bring you small portions of meat (not enough for three people) unlike other places. Every time we ordered, we would ask for at least two portions of the meats we asked for and they would only come back with one every time. I asked for fish cakes multiple times and they would never bring them. I sat my tea at the edge of the table to indicate a refill was needed since they never came and asked or topped off. They took my cup and never brought it back. I had to ask twice. There are no overhead vents at the tables so the smoke goes in everyone's face. Kimchi wasn't good (that disappointed me more than anything) and there's no traditional sides. The train that brings food is fun like at other places, but the robot that brings food lost its novelty very quickly as it passed our table for the second time blasting its loud music. $160 wasted. read more

The food was amazing, and the staff were so nice. I wasn't a fan of the first soup base I picked and they were so nice about swapping it for a new one. The portions of meat were generous and anything I missed getting from my server I got from the handy conveyor belt. I will be going back and recommending this to anyone looking for a great new spot! Went to their first soft opening day on Friday, June 13. They were still busy adjusting to the new business. Some systems are not quite ready yet. They apologized and promised to get better at providing the service. The food (I only get the soups - not the BBQ) is very tasty and fresh. The hotpot soup is my preferred meal. The 'rotating food plates' (really fresh) were placed on the side of our seats, which made it easier for us to reach them. The atmosphere is modern and relaxing. I realize they are on a soft opening but this place REALLY SUX!!!! You cannot get what you want in the way you choose hot pot and/or BBQ. Example...I wanted both the hotpot and bbq but my wife only wanted bbq. They will not allow only one person to get both and the other person just one. The entire table must get all the same. If you get both hotpot and bbq it's $5 extra. The portions are ridicules! Usually only one thin slice of beef or pork on each try. More generous with the chicken. The second order took 30 minutes to reach the table. And I had to order it twice! The service was subpar. Very slow! Lots of employees walking around but nobody seemed to care about the customers. $71 for three people. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

I attended the soft opening today and while it was just as busy as I suspected, the food was great! Highlights: the waiting lounge is lovely and I love the gaming section. The food was great and I can't wait to come back to try some of the items I missed, specifically the korean bbq and tonkostu broth. I highly recommend the mushroom hot pot broth and the beef brisket, the udon noodles and gyoza were some of my other favorites! Loved the whole ambiance and vibe of this place, super fun! We had some issues with our table being overlooked but the manager/owner was extremely kind about it and made sure we had a good experience. Areas of improvement: the staff is wonderful and so nice but could definitely use more training on informing the guests how it works as the process getting food is a little confusing. I assume this will get better with time since all the staff is new. I also think there could have been more sushi selections given that they advertise all you can eat sushi but it kinda feels like an afterthought. There were also quite a few tables that weren't working for the korean bbq. The wait was long but again, I blame myself for going on opening day. Overall, I think they did a great job considering it was their first day open. I think many of the problems stated above will get fixed the longer they are open. I would recommend this place but probably in a week or two to give them time to work out some kinks. I absolutely will be returning! read more

This was my boyfriend and I's first time experiencing Korean bbq, and we told our serve this because we also wanted to know how everything worked and the process. The only good thing was the meat was delicious, the steak we cooked last would've been good if our server had asked us if we'd like our grill changed like we heard other servers asking their customers. Our food came out and we were missing one of the meats we ordered and our server didn't bring us tongs (so we couldn't cook our meat) and we waited 15 minutes before stopping another server to ask for tongs. Our server Roxan didn't come back by for at least 10 more minutes and asked if we wanted to order anything else before the kitchen closed, we asked when it closed and she said "Now". We weren't done giving her our order (3 small things) before she interrupted and said "It'll be out shortly.". As a former server of 12+ years I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe she's had a bad day and customers were treating her like crap. However I can't get over that this is a new restaurant and we clearly told her we've never been here or done Korean Bbq so we didn't know what we were doing and if she or the restaurant cares to build and keep clientele that was her opportunity to turn it up and be helpful and friendly. Because of this experience we will not be coming back. The owners/managers need to train their servers to be better customer service. If not this restaurant won't be open long. read more

So on the positive side, the restaurant is clean, interactive, fun. Rather confusing/overwhelming because the staff doesn't explain the process or options very well. Definitely need to focus on getting the staff trained to a better level. The food- some was very good (Hawaiian steak cooked on Korean grill, bulogi, the spring roll and gyoza. They also offer several broths for hot pots. I'm spoiled by Wabi House so wasn't a fan of the broths (miso, Tonkatsu were just blah. There is a sauce/sushi/fruit bar. Very vague directions on how much oils/ spice/chili oil: sesame oil etc. there's no list of suggesyedvsm amounts so we just did our thing. Sushi selection was very boring . Now the lil robot with the cats eyes was cool. The food was didlivered to the table by robot boy. Only problem here is he only brought half our order, doesn't speak and then disappeared again. So I will wait a few weeks and try again and hope it isn't quite the shit show we experienced.P.S, mgr was walking the floor but zero interaction with our table or the ones nearby. There was a lot of staff that walked around looking lost or it could be they just didn't make eye contact so they wouldn't have to engage . Get it together and you'll have a gold mine! read more

This has become my go to stop for Korean bbq and hot pot especially because I won't have to drive all the way to Arlington! you get your own broth and the appetizers are really good especially the chicken wings they have a sweet flavor . This was my first time going to a hot pot/ Korean bbq place and I'm very impressed! We got both the bbq and hot pot and both options were great. My favorite was the spicy bugoli beef. There is definitely a learning curve but cooking the food is not very challenging. I would recommend doing some research about cook times before coming to the restaurant. The service was good, as most of the food is deliver by robots (very cool). Our server was very attentive and consistently checked on our table. The interior of this restaurant is arguably one of the coolest interiors I have dined in. It's very laid back and resembles an arcade. Will definitely be coming back soon. read more

The food was good BUT the service was not there. We arrived and half of the tables were not working which is understandable the wait took a while. We were seated and placed our order for hot pot and Korean bbq. We received the meat for the hot pot but got the actual hot pot to make the meat like an hour later, which we had to ask from two different people. Our waitress didn't come around skipped our table several times. Additionally once the food got there several items were missing which we had to ask again several times to receive (ex. Noodles, hot pot, pork belly). Fun fact we left and never received our fried rice that we placed at the very beginning. The food is good and the atmosphere is amazing, they spent a lot of money, everything is new and shiny. However, I have some issues. you choose between grilled plates or a fire pot, essentially a soup. At lunch either is $22, $32 at dinner (get both for $5 more) a little more than I like to spend on lunch. Second problem is it is U R Cooks, you cook the meats at the table except for a few grilled items, if I wanted to cook, I'd stay home. I don't know how to make a good fire pot. I find having raw meats dumped on the table unappetizing. Third, it is all you can eat but not a buffet, you have to ask the waiter to bring more meats which becomes difficult since he/she has several tables plus if you don't eat a ton of food you are subsidizing those who do. Offer plates cooked before they arrive at the table and I will return. read more
