Tried Fire Wings before their Grand Opening. Basically I tried to during a soft opening. This wing spot DID NOT disappoint!! The variety of flavors to choose from is AWESOME!! And I've tried it multiple times already since it's been open and Have got different flavors every time. So far my favorites are the Dragon, Saigon Street, Peanut, Malaysian Curry, Thai Chili, Salt & Pepper and Peking. Even tho pricing is a little expensive IMO for wings it makes. Up for in sides and most definitely with the wing sizes and it's flavors. TOTALLY satisfied with this spot and will come again over and over again. Went to Fire Wings yesterday 03/03/2019. It was my 4th time there. Maaaaannnnnn, BEST CHICKEN WING PLACE EVER!!! I have been to Wing Stop which is the next best, but way too salty. Wing Stop chicken wing flavor os hit and miss. Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't even come up in any wing category for me. Buffalo Wild Wings wings are straight gooey and sometimes not cooked thoroughly. FIRE WINGS folks there on fire ! They figured out how to make the best most consistent wing every time!!! Fire Wings keep your consistency coming!!! You guys BLAZED IT !!! The wings are great just there customer service is really bad. There's only 1 nice girl that is very friendly the others, well let's just say they need a attitude adjustment towards customers. I brought a friend there one time and he said the same thing about the staff. I don't think those girls realize that they are the company face when it comes to PR. First impressions are key in returning customers. If I don't feel like dealing with the attitudes in the store I'd travel to wings stop at least there nicer. read more

Im so done with them on everything, straight ridiculous how they can't get my order of basic salt and pepper wings right 2 times in a row. They had the nerve to charge me for extra peppers and i didn't get them both times. I'm done with them, and i asked the girl tonight did they add them and she said yes with a fake smile lying. Ate here for the first time. So glad they opened. Their wings are really good. We got the dragon, Saigon, and Korean. The dragon and Korean had one flame indicating the spiciness, it wasn't that spicy at all. I liked the Saigon and the crispness of the skin. We also got the garlic noodles which were bomb! Definitely order the garlic noodles. They have lots of seating, area is clean, and staff are very friendly. They have separate women's and men's restroom. I would definitely come back. read more

I am a picky wing eater but these folks are delicious! The peanut butter sauce is freakishly good, a rich, sticky satay with crushed peanuts all over it. It's divine. The original buffalo is on point. Bone-in, bone out, the flavor kicks, but I think bone-in is preferable for buffalo. The breading was a bit thick on the bone-in PB so I prefer them boneless. How do I have so many preferences? I'm sitting here for the fourth time this week. The food is good, and they have local craft beer. Great spot! read more

I have never had a bad experience at any of the fire wings locations I've been to outside of this one. I placed an online order that said it would be ready at 3:19. I shut up and saw a box that had already been sitting there on the counter and figured it was for somebody else as they told me mine would be ready in a few minutes. At 3:33 p.m. they added another two boxes to the first one and gave them to me and my coworker. I believe that they just forgot half our order as the first box that I saw sitting there was completely cold. The staff had super loud explicit rap on which doesn't bother me but there was people eating there with their young children which seems pretty unprofessional. Half of the staff was just standing around while there was one girl cooking who I felt really bad for. Unless I'm working at Fairfield and really craving wings will not be back to this one. read more

Really good wings! I gave 4 stars because the girl taking our family's order could not get our order right. Even after repeating it to her 4 times. We only ordered the 40 piece combo. I definitely think this place is better than Wing Stop! Nice and clean. Cool updated drink machine with multiple drinks to choose from! Friendly staff but, waited about 20 minutes for our food! It seemed like if you order 10 or 20 pieces thoughs people got there food in 10 minutes or so, so if you order more than that be expected to wait especially if it's busy. I've been DRIVING ALL the way to Davis for OVER a year for Fire Wings. I've been begging this place to open since January! Thank God it finally happened! And they did not disappoint! Every thing was fresh, hot & seasoned well. The decor & ambiance of the place is great too! The wait was appropriate (about 25 mins) since they cook your food fresh to order & because it's a new food place in a city where there are limited options. As long as they continue with the standards that they are using now, they will be a staple in the dining community here. read more

I was very pleased with the service! The owner was very friendly and talked to everyone at every table! We were greeted and Noticed as soon as we walk in! We were given great choice to choose from! I called my order in and I always order bone in. When I went pick up my order it was boneless. I asked them if they would remake my order and they refused. Said that they repeated the order back twice. Terrible customer service.Especially when I order take out from you a lot and spend a lot of money at your restaurant. I am pissed! I bought a 20 piece family pack. They came with no veggies, my salt n pepper wings had no salt or pepper, the lemon pepper didn't taste like anything, and they gave me all drumettes!!! The staff was in there fighting with each other. Waited for a long time for food they said was coming out and it never came out because it was already out, with other bags the whole time. They didn't even check!!! . I tried to call and get my order corrected and you can't get through to no one, and when you press zero to leave a message it just beeps like the line is busy. I took advantage of the 70 cent wings and was highly disappointed. Was very hard to chew and i asked for extra crispy and didn't get it. Fire Wings is always consistent and always good, it's my favorite spot to get wings around here. I personally prefer it over Wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings any day. I typically get the lemon pepper which isn't as greasy as I find Wingstop's to be, and I feel like their chicken just has more meat. The seasoned fries are my favorite side to get, but I'd also recommend the mozzarella sticks and tater tots. I would give the restaurant 5 stars for their food, but I only give them 3 stars because their customer service sucks. Every single time I come there, no one ever has a smile on their face and I'm never greeted when walking up to the register. I went there on Friday night 1/10 around 8:00pm, and when it was my turn in line, I walked up to the register and the girl literally just stared at me with no smile on her face, she was almost mugging me. There was no "Hi! What can I get for you?" or even an "I can help you next!" The girl was dull, like she didn't even wanna be there. And when I started ordering she kept interrupting me which bothered me. All in all, great food, poor service. read more

However, I went in yesterday @ 3:30 pm, the place was pretty empty but there were a couple of folks eating there. Ordered 10 chicken wings from the snarky young man at the register-told him 3x what I wanted - then told him 3x I wanted it to go and his response was "do you want that for here or to take out" . After waiting for 25+ minutes for the wings he finally brought them to me, Unfortunately, I got them home, opened the box and lo and behold - wrong order!!!!! Instead of Salt & Pepper, they were drenched in cheese and butter - might sound delicious to others but I don't eat cheese or butter. Got a 10 piece boneless meal and when I got it home there was only 8 so I tried to call the phone number and it rings and Rings until you get a voicemail that is totally full so basically I paid for something I didn't even get. I ordered 100 pieces of wings for $97, that's almost a dollar each. They tasted ok. But apparently they don't come with any dipping sauce, they cost extra! They charged me additional $10 for ranch...really?!?! I would understand if I was asking for extra dipping sauce but it doesn't come any. That's ridiculous. Clean environment. Has a bar that has beer not sure if any other alcohol. No one was working over there so we waited in line and ordered and sat ourselves at a table. Order came out fresh. Tried this spot a little over a week ago and have been back x3 since our first visit. Heard about it from a friend then my husband. The flavors they have are one of a kind. I must say, they have a slight edge up on BBW's. I will always love the honey bourbon from there BUT Fire Wings has the Peanut butter that I fell in love with! Bomb! The dry cali rub is good. Just tried the Malaysian curry which was very tasty. My husband likes the Saigon wet tub and the Jamaican dry rub. They have tater tots for our boys who love them. They load up on them and fries! Not stingy. The staff is friendly. Restaurant is always clean. Husband said bathroom was pretty clean as well. I placed my order online around 6:15/6:20ish and it said my order would be ready around 6:45p and have my ID available to show it was my order. I arrived a little early and asked did I need to wait in the semi-long line or is there a waiting area and one of the ladies at the register asked my name, pulled my receipt, gave me a number and said just a moment. Long story short that moment turned into 7:05p. They did not ask to see my ID to make sure it was my order. They just said sorry for the wait here's your order.
