To the point of us moving several times and then having to get napkins to wipe down the table and booth ourselves. The gals behind the counter were nice and the food came out fast & hot. My main issue were the wings. We both ordered 10 bone-in combos. I was given 1 winglet out of the entire 10 wings...the rest were drums...my friend had the same issue. They actually have beyond chicken tenders so, vegetarian friendly, and what's nice is you can get the beyond tenders with any of the flavors they offer for regular wings. Fire fries were okay. They use a dry seasoning and Buffalo sauce so combined, it was too much and a little too sour/tangy. These days when I visit Sacramento, I'm grateful to have a good friend in Midtown to hang out with. On our last adventure, he was craving hot wings so we went to Fire Wings, which is in the Arden-Arcade area. Plenty of seating, though we chose to hang out at the bar. We ordered beers while waiting for our food. The bartender was helpful in our decisions of what to get... I love hot wings but have a limit on my spice tolerance. I went for the regular buffalo ones and lemon garlic while my friend dove into the spiciest buffalo sauce. The wings were so good, and I like that there are more flavor options than other wing places... Not just spice level. Also the way they cook the wings here is more to my liking. Next time I probably wouldn't get a mix of flavors (I should've known better) and order less so I could have more beer or sides. Overall this was a good location and I'd love to come here again if I was in the Arden area. (I'd just finished shopping at the mall with my mom on this occasion.) This is one of the bigger fire wings I've been too. There are a few things I think they could improve on. The line wasn't long, but they only had one cashier, so it took a while. The food also took longer than expected to come out. Next there was no ice in the ice machine, which is a bummer. We asked one of the workers and they just told us "the drinks are already cold". Came here around 12pm on a Sunday with a group of 6 people. We were the only ones there at the time. Customer service was okay. Their protective screen that they have in place for covid is blocking the POS system so it is hard to select tip or sign when paying. One of the people in our party did not receive their food for the longest time and he ordered before me. Every one got their food and he was just waited. When he went up to check the lady said it was being worked on but it was clear they forgot our order. I got the salt and pepper wings with garlic noodles. I thought the garlic noodles were kind of dry like the noodles weren't cooked all of the way but the flavor was there and it was good. Lots of great wings flavors to choose from. They also have bar area and a place to sit upstairs. The one thing I did not like was how the spicy chicken sandwich is not consistent with their spice level. One time I got the lowest spice level was which "hot". It was not spicy enough for me so the next time when I came back, I ordered the next level which is "extra hot". I love spicy but holy crap was that spicy!! I couldn't even enjoy the sandwich cause it was THAT spicy. So the 3rd time I ordered it, I went back to the lowest one "hot". And wtf.. it was hella spicy again! My mouth was on fireeee! Another couple got to the registers before and still she didn't bother helping them. We waited till she got good and ready. My wife who is quite short went to a sign board displaying the types of chicken. She pointed to one and still Elena didn't come to the registers. When she did decide to do something, the first she said was, "You can't be back here." I said, "First: there are no signs say employees only and she was only one foot in their invisible barrier." She replied, "she can't be back here. Our menu is on the counter." The problem was, the counter menus were blocked by the couple ahead and they were both quite beefy. I immediately asked to speak to the manager. Shahzad came down and told me, "I don't know what to say.I replied, "She had customers waiting and still all could say was, 'She can't be there. As for the food, the wings had the same lightly crispy, perfect texture with which any Fire Wings fan is familiar- I cannot get enough. I ordered garlic noodles as my side and ordered a side of garlic fries as well. Okay still better than getting wings I went ahead and made a HUGE mistake of ordering a salad. At first I thought it would be great. Light dinner. Not dude food wings only to be surprised an hour later with 3 trips to the bathroom. My favorite is the lemon pepper flavor (sorry, I'm basic ;)) but I think it's the jamaican jerk which is pretty good too! The first time we came to this location we ordered the 20 pc wings for almost $20. Then we got back in line and ordered the tater tots & fries. It was all so delicious and everything was worth it! The tater tots was super addicting and better than the fries. We ordered all this for two people :) The location is nice and they even have seating upstairs with a great overview of the restaurant and there's a tv upstairs to watch your sports show or whatever. They have the napkin dispenser and utensils upstairs too, but I wish they had a soda/water dispenser upstairs too (cause clumsy me will most likely trip or spill my cup of drink as I go up the stairs). Staff is very friendly and awesome. I think it was the manager and he was super friendly and kept checking up on us to make sure everything was good. Inside Fire Wings is Delilah's by Make Fish which serves poke. So if you like wings and poke this is the perfect place for you. With a huge open area, upstairs seating looking over the shop, a bar, and a ton of tv's. watching different stuff on them, from games to food tv and more just gotta find the seat you like and get grubbing! It is located with deliahs make fish. Awesome combo to have with fire wings. This store has a bar! Big one too! So you can def get your drinks and wings in here and toss in a few musbi rolls too. Then located upstairs is a balcony of more tables over looking the whole area. So spread out and huge makes this a cool atmosphere. The wings were cooked perfectly on our visit. So was the tater tots, best i uave had a in a while. Yes, they were cooked golden brown, came out super hot, and paired with a touch of ketchup (who am i kidden, i dip them like crazy). I love Fire Wings and I am lucky it is one close to my work! This Fire Wings at Howe Ave is shared with a poke place together. The dining room is pretty big with a 2nd levels dining area. I like their decoration inside with the bar in the middle of the dining room. I'm sure I can enjoy their good delicious chicken wings and beers with friends at the evening or come here at lunchtime as I do! Many choices of chicken wings offer by Fire Wings I am not able to try them all yet! But I have tried many of them and they're all tasted very good! Parking in front of the restaurant is very limited. Very hard to find a parking space in rush hours. I've found my new favorite wing place! I usually go to Wingstop but Fire Wings was better in my opinion. They had so many different flavors of wings, I believe they had 21 different flavors. There were about 8-10 different dips to choose from for wings or veggie sticks. They also offered Asian-inspired dishes like poke bowls, different kinds of masubi (including the ever so popular spam masubi), garlic noodles, and sides of rice. There were a variety of salads to order from too. So many food options! We ordered the 20-piece family meal for $23.99 which came with 20 wings (up to three flavors), fries, and veggie sticks. I also ordered a side of garlic noodles for $3.99 to try them. The flavored wings we ordered were Thai Chili, Louisiana Rub, and Lemon Pepper. Omg they were all delicious!! Lemon Pepper is usually my favorite at other wing places, but the Thai Chili and Louisiana Rub here were even better to me! I would definitely reorder those. The garlic noodles were just okay though, I wouldn't get them again. Fire Wings has a sports-bar type of vibe inside with TV screens everywhere. There were two floors with tables for seating. I was actually out for a walk the other day and I decided to give this place a try. I have went by it so many times and was super curious about what the wings were like. I actually was kind of surprised when I got in there. The high cellings and loft area made the place feel amazingly refreshing and spacious. I ordered the garlic parmesan wings and the Chipotle bbq. I was pretty sure I ordered garlic herb fries but somehow regular fries came out with my dish. I took one bite and I was actually impressed. You could taste the fresh garlic and Parisian on the wings. The Chipotle wings were also quite tasty as well.
