We have never had better service from any fast food restaurant ever. This place has the best staff and Ronald went above and beyond to cater to our bringing food to go on our flight out. The sandwich was absolutely amazing and worth the cost. I'll gladly come back when we are in town again.

Sharing with my co worker- left is the Engineer, right is the New York Steamer.

Training in town and we stumbled upon the idea of hot sandwiches! Headed straight over based on reviews. A friend of mine ordered one sandwich, a side of chile, chips and a drink. I ordered two medium size subs. When inquiring what size small, medium, and larger was for the subs, three different employees had three different answers. I opted out of the mess of differing answers and just got two mediums. I believe they were something like 5'' or so. 25 minutes later our to go orders were ready. There was absolutely no hurry or efficiency behind that counter. They constantly rotated the cashier and who made the subs. Once back at the office the subs were sloppy and did not travel well. The pastrami sandwich with Swiss was tasty, the engineer was a wet sad mess. I'd like to say I'd try this place again but what I got compared to what I paid was decently disappointing. One positive point was a nice older cook from the back helped me with their array of hot sauce options and was super friendly.

Came in here after not going to a firehouse in over a year due to being stationed overseas. It was really clean and the staff was kind. They still had their masks on, which is really rare in Alaska but that's fine. I was bummed to see that all the bottles of hot sauce had been removed. I get it, dang you COVID, maybe soon it can find a way to come back. Maybe even if in individual servings. I was happy to round up and donate to first responders. They are America's front line for safety and health inside the borders and I'll donate every time. Definitely recommend people try this place out if they've never had one or come back again if they're like me and haven't had one in a while.

To start, I am a certified food snob, especially being from Louisiana. I have learned that truly phenomenal food is a luxury in some places... Fairbanks being one. This place however, everytime I have eaten here I've been brought to another world. The flavors & seasonings are absolute perfection, the portion sizes are big enough you can experience it twice, & the price is just right. It was so good I was willing to bet the cook was a fellow southerner, but it turns out he just really has a talent on the grill & it SHOWS! I do not think these people could make bad food even if they tried. I was a bit nervous about the Marley Fries because I'm not toooo big on anything with mayo... but my... they are to DIE for!! The husband & wife duo that owns & operates this place are absolute gems. They are insanely kind, caring, & just down to earth. They are just as warm & soulful as the food they serve. Overall, if you skip out on this place, you'll regret it. You cannot go wrong with anything on their menu!!

We couldn't decide between poutine or bbq so the very friendly lady at the wi Dow offered to do a mix (not 1/2 and 1/3 but both together). It was quite good! Not drowning in gravy. Enough for 4 of us for a light dinner instead of a heavy snack. As expected very carb heavy but there was a handsome portion of pulled pork on there-- enough for all to get. Few oz of meat each and a few cheese curds per person.
