Well I've always enjoy a good sandwich! I tried the spicy Cajun chicken and it was amazing!!! Plus you add some A1 sauce and the firehouse sub sauce it is so delicious. The place is so clean and laid back, just a relaxing atmosphere for sure. It is enjoyable experience here. The staff was so friendly and nice, they were perfect servers. I enjoyed my sub here. It was nice to feel happy when you eat! Come and check it out. Love it!!!

Got there around noon on Wednesday. It surprisingly not too busy and we got through the ordering line quickly. My kids love getting a plastic firefighter hat each time we go. I got their Prime rib sandwich and used my birthday discount. I had to run to get my kid from school so I ate a couple bites in the car on the way there. I definitely think it would have been best eaten there in the shop while it's still nice and hot. Once I finished it at home it still was delicious just not at fresh as before. The staff was very friendly and all told me Happy Birthday.

A picture is worth a million words - we went to Saratoga Springs. The salad was old and brown and the cheese had a funky aftertaste. Very disappointing and poor customer service. Don't waste your money

Stopped in for a quick lunch and saw an advertisement for their new pepperoni pizza meatball sub so I decided to give it a try and it was pretty good! I got the middle size and it was a big hefty sub. Tons of melted cheese and great tasting meatballs. But the downside to a sub with big meatballs like this one coupled with the thick bread made it really difficult to bite into. I found myself either getting very little meatball because my mouth couldn't open wide enough or too much meatball after I had eaten half of one because it would fall into my mouth. The big pepperonis on top were super good but there's no elegant way to take a single bite out of it. Once your teeth grab it, the whole pepperoni slides off and you gotta munch the entire thing or let it somehow fall off your sub and into your box. It was still a great tasting sub though! Just difficult to eat with hands and mouth. Definitely something that would fair better cut up with a fork and knife for more manageable bites. I'm glad I tried it though, it was incredibly filling. And if you're a fan of a high quality meatball sub, give it a try!

Good sub sandwiches. This was my first time ordering food here. My husband loves this place and always gets their brisket sandwich. He loves warm sandwiches. We ordered our food online for pickup. The ordering process was easy and I was able to select a pick up time. I was able to select the condiments and type of bread I wanted. I arrived five minutes early and my order was at the counter in a bag, waiting for me to grab it. The sandwich I ordered was the turkey bacon ranch in wheat bread. I ordered the medium sandwich. It was very filling and had tons of sandwich and meat toppings on it. The sandwich was made warm so wasn't as hot as it would have been, had I been able to eat there or ate it in the parking lot. I drove home and ate it. I would order the sandwich again. I had a bite of my husband's sandwich and loved it! The brisket was very tender and the barbecue sauce had a nice tang. I would get sandwiches here again.

I have ordered online a couple times from this place and wasn't that impressed but went in for the first time a couple weeks ago. The owner/manager and staff were really nice. I just ordered a custom turkey and it was pretty good. I wasn't expecting it to warm and couldn't decide if I liked it or not. I would try again. The location is in a great location but is always really busy and has lots of traffic.

I have always known what Firehouse Subs is but this was my first actual visit to the restaurant. They already won a few brownie points with me by being open before the other nearby businesses. Pretty much every single lunch spot in Lehi opens at 11, so I was even more happy to see that they were getting a head start at 10:30. Extra extra brownie points for being open on Sundays as that is also rare for the area. There was two guys working, both were super welcoming. I knew exactly what I wanted. I got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich without tomato. I decided to get in a combo with some chips and a drink but next time I think I will try to branch out and get a different side. Chips are cool but they are basic and insignificant to the business as you can get chips pretty much anywhere. They have soups, salads, Mac and Cheese--many other sides to choose from that I want to try. There was a little turning menu that explained what would come on the sandwich and he was spinning it to show me what came on it and what I could potentially add to my sandwich; I thought this was an awesome added touch to the ordering experience! My sandwich came out super quick and was absolutely delicious! The combination of ingredients was spot on and I liked that it was a warm sandwich. Another thing that may be a small detail to some, but I absolutely loved it: their sandwiches come in nice decomposable containers instead of paper. This makes it less messy, easier to carry, and cleaner when you're munching on your sandwich. Every sandwich shop I go to always wraps their sandwiches in paper, which works but I love this concept a lot more. It's also always nice to see the Coke Freestyle machines so you have a huge selection to choose from for your drink. I also don't know if he was just being nice or if this is actually how it goes but I got to choose any size drink with my combo and I thought that was neat. The service was awesome, the food tasted good and I am very glad I went. I will definitely keep them in mind next time I am in the mood for a sandwich.

Their local website states they're open until 9:30pm, but it's 9:02, the door is locked, and the girl is waving us away.

The broth for the bun bo hue was rich and slightly spicy with thick slices of different cuts of beef and Vietnamese meatball slices. The banh mis came with French bread that's light and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, both packed with plenty of meat and fixings. The spring rolls were freshly made and tasty. The restaurant is casual and clean, the staff are very friendly and you can tell that they take pride with their food. The owner is almost always out front, and he's incredibly friendly. You can tell he really cares about the experience. He's also spent years perfecting his pho broth, and it shows--rich, flavorful, and exactly what you want every time. Everything is always incredibly fresh, and the quality is consistent every time we go. My go-to order is the pork vermicelli bowl or brisket pho, but honestly you can't go wrong. The brisket pho is rich and comforting, the stir-fry fried noodles are packed with flavor, and their boba drinks are seriously some of the best around. Sometimes there's a wait, but it's 100% worth it. This is one of those places where you know you're going to leave happy every time. We keep coming back--and always will.

We've been hesitant to try this based on prior reviews. I don't think we'll be back anytime soon…read more Main reason, there's hardly anyone working!! These employees are overwhelmed! The drive thru and walk in customers, plus online orders and you have only two employees?! Not sure if it's an employee issue or a management/owner issue, but get it together! We ordered online for pickup and our order was not ready at the allotted time. My husband said the two employees were way overworked and there was too much business for only two employees. I ordered the Club on a Sub and it was mediocre at best. It was quite tasteless honestly. Could have used more filling inside tasted mostly bread and some bacon. My husband ordered the Spicy Dill Hook & Ladder and the employee warned him how spicy it was. He said it wasn't spicy at all and thinks they gave him the Zesty Garlic Hook & Ladder instead. He said it was decent, but he was expecting spicy. I do have to say his had a lot more filling than mine did. I know they are fairly newer but I hope they can get it together or they might fail and I'd hate to see that.

This is actually a 3.5 star review. First I will set the stage. My husband and I (both 40s) and…read moreboth indecisive and pretty hungry bordering on hangry. I had mentioned a few days ago that I wanted to start trying some of the places in our city that we haven't tried and that is how we ended up at Firehouse. It was my first time trying Firehouse but my husband has been to the Lehi location. Pros first as usual - the food was good. I got the Italian Salad with grilled chicken (light Italian dressing) and a cup of chili. My husband got the Hook and Ladder. There was an option for fountain or bottled beverages and we both opted for fountain. I devoured my salad. It looked fresh and appetizing and tasted the way it looked. The chili was decent but nothing to write home about as it lacked a bit of spice. I ate about half but the reason I stopped was because I was full, not because I didn't like it. My husband really enjoyed his sandwich and ate most of it. The employees were average on the friendly scale so that was also ok. Now the cons - the restaurant dining area was visibly in need of a wipe and a sweep. It was crumby in the sense that there were crumbs all over. The decoration was minimal and sparse but I think that was intentional. There wasn't a single table that we could sit at where the sun wasn't glaring in one of our eyes and no shades available. That made for a bit of an uncomfortable dining experience. Lastly, when we arrived I asked for the chicken and dumpling soup but was informed that they were out of all of their soups. That was a bit disappointing.
