awful service. we walked in and they wouldn't even acknowledge us standing there. no "welcome in" or "hi, how are you doing?". this is the second time this has happened, and it's the same employees both times. one of them isn't afraid to announce to the entire building that she would rather be on her break then working. She will also curse very loudly behind the counter, and is overall very unprofessional. I've seen on both occasions workers with earbuds in one of their ears, and they don't even offer a smile. they are more worried about DoorDash and UberEats then the customers actually standing in line waiting to place their order. read more

Both times I've eaten here the subs are out of this world. Price is higher then a few other sub places in the area, although they have daily specials which are at outstanding prices. The combinations of their specialty subs have a tasty flavor that will keep your taste buds coming back for more. Great bunch of employees here too. read more

This place is disappointing. Very stingy with putting ingredients in sandwiches and they are always out of stuff. No communication from staff. Staff is awkward and needs customer service training. Other firehouse subs I've been to are great. This one is giving the franchise a bad name. read more

Ordered the meatball sub and it was delicious. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and convenient location.

Took over 30 min to get a small sandwich, chili and a salad. While ordering, the staff was unaware that they sold chicken salads. There were only 4 other people in there and one order ahead of us. We had to check with them about our order and an older lady didn't even start the sandwich 23 minutes into the order. The food was fine, but decent service was majorly lacking. read more

Firehouse is a great sandwich option. It combines excellent, fresh food, with a community and customer service driven attitude. The Hook and Ladder is one of the best sandwiches you can get. The fact that this local business also gives back to the local community and firefighters is something to think about when spending your money. Firefighters, as we all know, are beyond important to our community. read more

BAd customer service, download the app on my iPad ordered two sandwiches on line was offered first order free soda, sent my husband with picture of receipt on his iPhone when he got there the gal wouldn't honor the free soda because he didn't have the app on his phone.What? This is ridiculous Ns very poor customer service, also no where on the app did it say you had to show the app to get the reward! Sandwiches were also chintzy with meat, bread was good though. I won't be back and do not recommend. I'll go. To R&d or walk across the plaza to Baja Fresh. Do not eat here . Zero stars if I could. read more

These guys ROCK! My wife LOVES the Hook and Ladder...I like everything else!! From the moment my wife and I first visited this establishment, we were "hooked". We absolutely love the food...the service and the smiles! The owner and his wife are wonderful "people persons" who make it their mission to give you a memorable experience. By our 2nd visit...they remembered us by name...and made us feel like family. Good vibe...clean...smiles...TV's in every corner...wifi...AND GREAT FOOD! What more could you ask for? I've recently visited the new Firehouse Subs in Medford and am super impressed! We've ordered for the staff at my work and everyone agrees, the food is very good. We will be ordering often for Dr. Jensen's office. We recently arranged for catering over the holidays --- 5 stars! Excellent service, the owners always seem to be onsite and were very accommodating to us when we ordered catering. The location is awesome and I am glad to see that someone is FINALLY making good use of the space next to Tinseltown! Go eat at Firehouse Subs, you won't be disappointed, Medford! :o) read more

Really good sandwiches if you go in and eat. The Italian sub is my favorite. We don't have very many good sandwich places around. These guys are defiantly good. But of your call in and pick up the sandwiches are horrible. I ordered a to-go pickup. I made it so the pickup time was 2:35pm and got there at 2:30 the sandwiches were cold and soggy. They obviously made them right away when they received the ticket instead of waiting closer to pickup time. I ended up throwing them away and ordering pizza. I will still be going in to eat there but won't be doing take out anymore. I would go there if you haven't already though. read more

Out of the 5 times I have been here my order has been wrong every time. The only reason I have come back is because they keep giving me free coupons for a sub because they can't seem to ever get my order right. All I ordered is a ham and cheese on white with mayo and mustard only. They have good food when they can actually get it right, but the long wait times and having to have my order remade every time is no longer worth it. read more

VERY disappointed. The Best comment I can give is that online ordering and pick up were very easy. The Small is Way too small for the money. I had the Steak and cheese and paid extra for extra meat and extra cheese. I honestly think they forgot to put it on. My daughter got the Small Steak and Cheese as well, with mushrooms and she had more cheese than mine. She Did however, say that the amount of mushrooms were not worth the additional $$. I ordered a sandwich online, got to firehouse subs a couple minutes early so I knew I would need to wait. After getting there and checking at the register I was told they were making the sandwich. I stood off to the side for the next 15 minutes watching people come in, order, and receive their food. I finally go back up to the register to find out they had completely forgotten about my sandwich that had been made and set on the back counter. Nobody could tell me how long it had been sitting there. And nobody cared to apologize for poor service or cold food. The food here is not remarkable, I will not be going back. read more

just ordered through uber. asked for onions and cheddar in chili and there isn't any. wasn't put on the ticket that's attached to the bag either. put in the notes no tomatoes on the sandwich and there's tomatoes on it. asked for pepperoncinis and there is none. neither of those were put on the ticket that's attached either. read more

Ordered two sandwiches and two brownies on line; on my way to pick up I get a call telling me they are out of meat for one of the sandwiches. I arrived to pick up the one sandwich and two brownies was handed a bag and the counter person correctly read of the order back to me and handed me the bag; I thought I had my order; however the bag only had the one sandwich, NO BROWNIES. I called the store to explain situation and was accused of not picking up the brownies. Apparently the brownies are some where near the chips and the customer is expected to "pick them up". The problem is that I had no idea I was expected to "pick up the brownies" and the counter person did not say one single word about where the brownies were or that they were not in the bag and that I should "pick them up". I Spoke to the owner Karen Summers who was very rude and profane to me yelling at me that it was my fault. I was told to drive back to get the brownies I had paid for. I am extremely unhappy with this business and feel I have been robbed since I did not have time to drive back to the store to get the product I paid for. read more
