While on vacation we had car trouble and AAA suggested to tow to this location. It was a Saturday and they would be closed for the 4th and said they wouldn't get to it until Monday. Nothing we could do. We speak to the manager Ben 8am Monday and they are looking at it. He calls back with what needs to be fixed and says it will be $1400+. I was in shock. We call our mechanic here in Cali and asked if that price was reasonable and he said we were being overcharged. He calls this shop and speaks with Ben. I don't know what the conversation consisted of, but when Ben called me back the same work was now $800. We were told to give it a few hours and they would call when it is done. I called every couple hours to check the progress and kept being told a couple more hours. This wasn't easy as we had to vacate our room. So close to 3pm we get in a cab with all our luggage and when we get to the location the person working on our vehicle was actually working on another vehicle. It was after 4 when they finally gave us the keys. It took them 8 hours to complete a job that Ben said was a 4hr job. And to make matters worse when we were about to leave so we could head home to Cali we realize the AC is no longer working. I asked Ben before we pulled off and all he could say was that they didn't touch the AC and they could look at it but it would be awhile. So basically we'd have to wait more hours for them to check (and probably be charged for it). I was so angry I said a few choice words and walked away. We had to drive back to CA with no AC in 112 degree weather. I had my mechanic look at the car and it turns out these jerks unplugged the AC (so I guess they did mess with it). So we just brought our car here because when we turn the car off, the back a/c is still running. Everyone kept walking past the window, and no one stopped to acknowledge us for a couple of mins. Finally a guy came out to talk with us, not friendly at all. He seemed as if our presence was a nuisance. He suggested we leave the car and he could see if they could get to it today, or take it to the dealership. We explained that if it sat all day it would drain the battery. This is the worst service center. I bought a battery from them but they discontinued to sell it. I still have warranty but they don't want to reimburse. They also quoted to do their service in about 2 hours. I come back after 2 hours and they haven't started the service yet. I have to wait for another 2 hours again. I was in this store as evidenced by my documentation on FEBRUARY 17, 2019 between 8:00 am to 10:00 am. I am only writing now because I did not notice it until MARCH 25, 2019. I had a new car with only 1,960 miles when I visited to repair a right rear tire puncture. The cars' rims were new. Attached is my documentation and pictures of what the technician had done to the inside of my rim: HE SCRATCHED and GUTTED some of the metal nearly half-way around the inside of the rim. Bits of metal are clearly missing its deeper than just a scratch. PLEASE PUT YOURSELF IN MY POSITION? My rims were brand new before I got to your store. To make matters worse I was out of state from Arizona. How would you expect someone to FIX this if this were YOUR car or your pregnant wife's car like in my case? My rims were new and unscratched and ungutted before I got to your store. You have unconvenienced me by me writing this letter and having to take photos. I'm expecting MORE THAN A BAND AID FIX for this as I am sure if this happened to you or your wife you would be expecting a new rim. I went i for a routine oil change. I get a call about a hour later asking who did my last oil change because they tightened the drain bolt too much. Well it jus so happens that it was Firestone that did my last oil change. They said that if they kept trying to open it they risk damaging the threads and needing to replace the oil pan completely. They estimated my costs at $625 for the new oil pan and oil change. I declined they do anything else to my car. Well my car started to leak oil after that. In desperate need of repair I went with another mechanic who did the job for $250. I feel I was being taken advantage of here. I'm very upset at the whole situation. I did give two stars because I feel like they're good at tires. I got my tires replaced there. That's about all I can say though. read more

Took my truck in for an oil change and for them to check the screw in my tire. 2 things. They told me they couldn't find the screw and that it probably fell off while driving. I pick up my truck, get home and notice it's still there.... And it is leaking upon further inspection. If they miss something so easy, especially for a TIRE place what else are they missing? Unbelievable service. Had a blow out of a tyre on Blue Diamond, called Matt and Ubered over to this Firestone dealership in a panicked rush to try and get the tire replaced and back on the road. Matt not only was unbelievably polite and helpful on the phone but personally took care of putting a new tire on the wheel in about 20 minutes flat, guided me to a solution when I learned the jack had collapsed on the car (!) and I was back on the road in record time. I cannot say enough about Matt and the service he provided yesterday, he is an absolute star who I'm eternally grateful to. read more

(Wow: The 1st review that showed was the General Manager of this store giving himself a 5.) My experience here was horrible. For the past 20 years, and five cars, I have been a faithful Firestone customer. This was my first experience at this store or in Las Vegas. Visit 1: a routine oil change, where they recommended I have my radiator tested for possible problems. I agreed to this and (after a delay getting my car back into a service bay) they found my thermostat housing was leaking. They said they would need to order the part so I would have to put down a deposit. I've never had to put a deposit down at other stores. Visit 2(prep): the visit to replace the thermostat housing took a while to schedule, because apparently the part was not getting ordered. I had to call back 3 or 4 times to confirm the part was received. They never proactively called me, I always had to call them. Visit 2(actual): I arrived at my appointment time, after two and a half hours of sitting in the waiting room they told me one part had been ordered, but a second part needed had not been ordered. Thus they would not be able to do the work. It took them another hour to reassemble the car. Three and a half hours wasted. Visit 3: I arrived at my appointment time. After a half hour I was notified that the second part had arrived as needed. However, the first part had been mistakenly returned. Plus I would have to reschedule again, waiting for the first part to be ordered again. I asked for and received a refund of my deposit. I'm going to schedule work to be done elsewhere. Question 1: Do they not have a viable inventory control process? Question 2: Why did they make me put down a deposit if they can return parts? Are they strapped for cash? Question 3: Are all the Firestone stores in this area run in the same manner, or am I going to be able to find a location nearby to use is my mechanic? *** EDIT: Regarding the canned response below from the business, the manager of the store has all my information. I'm not sure why you would want me to initiate a response to you so you can fix your store. You fix the problem in your store on your own. I fixed my problem, I'm going somewhere else. read more

I've followed the manager of this store across two Tire Works locations to here. Casey is amazing and has always taken care of us. He generates so much loyalty that even his employees follow him. Most recently my Ram 2500 was in need of its 67,000 mile service which the Dodge dealer wanted nearly $2000 and a week lead time. Casey's staff was able to get me in the next day, performed a more complete service than I would have gotten at Dodge service and still got me out by the same day. Casey's staff is always looking ahead as well, they gave me a heads up that my rear brakes will probably need changing at my next oil change, I appreciate this since most shops will push you hard to "just get it done now", this shop is pragmatic letting you know what you need to be looking out for rather than pushing you into extra stuff you don't yet need. If you are one of the 1 star reviewers stop comparing these guys to Jiffy Lube. Firestone is a full-service automotive store that cares for your vehicle, Jiffy Lube is a quick oil change shop who makes their money trying to overcharge you for new wiper blades and an air filter both things any responsible car owner should be able to do themselves. read more

PRICE SWITCH!! Beware!!! I called the morning of and told them my car make and model and asked them how much it would cost to get a "full synthetic oil change". Was quoted $54.99 by either Benjamin or manny. Ok perfect, that sounds fine. When I picked up my car they charged me $88.26! And that's with a "coupon discount" that is freaking ridiculous. I told them I was quoted a different price and they said sorry that's the wrong price we gave, sorry. I don't care about the cost but how can you trick customers like that. I was in Las Vegas for my birthday when I got a flat tire! After going to two other tire shops, who told me it would be hours before it was ready, I called Firestone. They said there was no one there and they could take me immediately! However when I Got there, there was a huge line! They told me they didn't know who told me that but it would be hours. I was mad! But they ended up fixing my tire and the best part, they didn't even charge me! They patched my tire and put it back on for free! Definitely go see them if you need help! I hit traffic on the way and only arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time, however my car was taken back immediately. No wait. I called Friday to make an appointment for an oil change, scheduled for 11am Saturday and was told it would take about an hour and a half. Saturday morning I dropped off my car and a little less than an hour later my phone rang and it was ready. When I picked up my car Jorge was very professional, informative and polite, the guy I dropped my car off to was just basic. I will return in a few weeks because my air filter is dirty and it's a special order that they didn't have on site. This is my third or fourth time at this location and I've never had an issue. Went here to change my alternator. The good part was that they fixed it in one day. Bad part, they accidentally disconnected the wire for my A/C!!! I really didn't want them to do another "diagnostic test" so I brought it to a friend to figure out where Firestone messed up. My friend just plugged a wire back in that was close to the alternator. So we had a last minute trip and needed new tires. We went around asking for quotes and came to this location. They gave us the best quote. Everywhere else they kept saying that we need to order the special tires and we would have to wait a few days. This was an emergency and we didnt have time to wait. This location advised us that they didn't have the tires but they could have them delivered to their shop within two hours. We advised them we also needed our vehicle within a certain time frame. Justin and everyone there took care of our vehicle asap and got us on the road right on time. They went above and beyond for us and even packaged one tire that was still good for us to have in case of an emergency. I had a new tire/wheel package purchased from an online retailer and mounted by another shop. The valve stem failed a week later at 6PM...most repair/tire stores are closed by then. I called Firestone at 630PM and they said they could fix it. To my suprise...Firestone fixed the tire for FREE...Free valve stem,install, AND adjusted all 4 tire pressures. The vehicle isnt an easy 1 to work on, its a lifted 3/4 ton truck with custom wheels and tires. The whole experience was positive and welcoming. read more

"Con artist" best describes the folks at this location. I dropped my 2000 Jeep Cherokee for an alignment in the morning. While there I'm offered a complimentary courtesy check of my vehicle and I accept. I call up asking if my vehicle is finished right around closing time. They tell me it is ready and I head over to pick it up. When I get there I'm told that the oil level was low. The oil was dirty. (Was just changed 17miles ago) The air filter was dirty. (Was changed with the oil change) The cabin air filter was also dirty.(Jeep Cherokees do NOT have a cabin filter) The turn signals worked.(The relay switch is bad and is evident if they even attempted to test them) The high beams worked.(The harness is damaged making the right side headlamp not work) The brake fluid was dirty.(The one thing they got right. The brake fluid indeed needs to be changed) The steering box needs to be replaced.(brand new unit installed by the local Jeep dealership) The best part was what they quoted me. Don't offer a complimentary service if you are just going to bullshit your way through it. I would recommend any other Firestone location over this one. read more

Went in today for a simple alignment. My vehicle did not pull to the right unless I drive 75-80mph or more. I didnt want to risk ruining my tires so I decided to do an alignment. My advisor was nice and I had full trust in the company to do a simple task for me. Waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for my alignment which was no problem at all but when I got my vehicle, it was pulling to the right more than it did before. I understand that alignments have 12 month warranties but the hassle of bringing the vehicle back is what's making me upset. I paid almost $100 for my alignment, and now my vehicle pulls to the right even more. I tried bringing it back again right now and they said no, I'd have to bring it back tomorrow. read more

I cannot stress enough how horrible of an experience I had with this place. If I could rate it zero I would. They destroyed my BMW, had horrendous customer service experience, the manager is a douche bag and they overcharged for unnecessary work. $2,500 later, my BMW is still inoperative and I only initially went in to get tires changed. I have read reviews and it seems like they really target taking advantage of women to overcharge. I have also seen a common pattern with "scaring" customers into believing their car was in such distress that it would be unsafe to drive off the lot. This exact same thing happened to me. I was told my rotors were so bad that it would be life threatening to drive. The manager told me that he refused to perform one task if I would not purchase another. If I went into full detail of my nightmare of an experience, it would be two pages. Seriously, this location should be annihilated and closed down and the mechanics and management are crooks that should be in jail for fraud. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! ESPECIALLY if you have a BMW!!! Mixed feelings but more good than bad..... Needing an oil change and being that this place is right around the corner from my house I called in and was quoted 90 minutes to 2 hours for the oil change. I arrived just a few minutes later to drop off my car. The place seemed clean and the guy behind the counter (Thomas) seemed pleasant and professional. Looking around it did seem like they had a lot of cars to work on and he expressed how they were always busy. Thomas and I talked a little bit and he did the standard up-sale routine..no big deal, you can pretty much count on this. Thomas advised me that I likely needed to change my timing belt and that my engine could be blown soon if I didn't do it. He quoted me $800 for the timing belt and water pump for parts and labor. I left my car there and began the short walk back to my house. I made a few calls and determined that I could pretty easily get the same work done for $450. After 3.5 hours of waiting I called them and asked how long it would be and was told it would be an additional hour for the work. After 4 hours of waiting I got a call from Firestone and they told me that there was no oil in my car and they put 2 quarts in my car as a courtesy and didn't actually do the oil change. They said that I should bring it back in a week and get the oil changed and I owed them nothing. I was pretty unhappy with the time they were off by in their quote for an oil change, twice as long as they said. This is something they do all day every day, seems like they should have it pretty ironed out how long things will take. However I cannot deny the customer service they provided was above average and they actually seemed to care. They took their time and explained things well. Their quote was higher then the others I called for timing belt and water pump as well, but I expect that from a chain maintenance place. In the end I would have to say they seem trustworthy which is important when considering where to take your car, however I would allow some extra time for an oil change and maybe shop around for a better price on any major maintenance you may need. read more

This is the 2nd time this location told her it was complete and good to go. I checked again and the markings are in the same exact location as they were prior to taking there. I figured I'd give this place another chance. My car was making a noise going over bumps. I know the previous owner had installed an adjustable panhard bar on the rear suspension and I suspected it may have come loose over time. This was 2 weeks ago and I got a job next door at autozone. So I left my car there and explained everything to him .he then calls my store and orders the most expensive shocks available for my car then calls me to inform me that they are not in stock for a week and it will cost me 800 bucks. Luckily my co worker who took the order noticed it was for me and we found out we had suitable shocks.in stock. For half that. I told them to get those. And double check the panhard bar and make sure it was tight. They said it was fine . 300 bucks later I pick up the car and it's still loose . I took the car to another shop and they let me look under for myself and sure enough the panhard bar nuts were loose. So I had them put loctite on the nuts like your supposed to do and it's fine now. These people have absolutely no clue what they are doing all they want to do is sell shocks. I will never use them again . Lesson learned read more
