I ordered 4 brand new tires and had them delivered to Firestone for installation. Long story short they were installed in the time frame said which was great. I had a minor issue where one of my rims was damaged. I advised them, Frank the manager took a look and had the rim repaired. I was worried but let me tell you the rim looks better than ever. I sat and starred at the RIM and in my head, I was like "are you Freakin kidding me." (maybe I used another word which I will not post here :) ) The rim was immaculate. Frank took care of the problem quickly and professionally, and because of this they get a 5 star rating. The fact they didn't deny anything or try to blame me or god knows what else shows their integrity. Thanks Firestone, and thank you Frank for the great CS. They take forever! Every time I go here to get tires replaced I end up having to sit there for around 3 hours, ridiculous! Their prices for tires are pretty good though. Most recently, I went in for two new tires and an alignment. What I did not appreciate was that I bought the lifetime alignment special and as soon as I drove off the lot, I immediately realized my steering wheel was way off, more than when I brought the car there. I called and made an appointment for later that week to take my car in again for a re-alignment. The man that helped me told me over the phone that they checked the stats and everything looked fine. However, when I came home and looked at the stats they had given me, there was still one measurement that was off and in the red (it is supposed to be green). I had to spend another morning taking my car there, sat for another hour, only for them to tell me that the camber was broken that they couldn't fix it and I had to take it to the dealer because they can't properly align my car with that broken. I was so furious that I had paid around $170 for a lifetime alignment, had sat there for 3 hours the first time, and they NEVER TOLD ME that something was broken and that they wouldn't be able to properly do the alignment. WTF? The guy said he didn't tell me because it seemed like I was in a rush. Really dude? I was sitting there for over 3 hours! How hard would it have been to tell me the first time that it was broken and save us both some time? They ended up adjusting one of my tires to make up for the misalignment on the tire with the broken camber and now the wheel is straight when I drive. It drives fine now, even with a broken camber. I am just disappointed that they said they test drove my car the first time to make sure the alignment was correct, but it was a complete lie! They took my money and failed to tell me they couldn't deliver on their services. read more

Brought my Tesla Mode 3 in for a tire rotation, unfortunately they won't rotate tires on the model 3. They dont have the jack pads to fit the model 3's jack points. Glad he was honest about this before attempting to rotate them and causing damage to the battery. On the flipside, they should just purchase the jack pads that fit for such a simple job. read more

This place is a joke. I came in to get my cooper checked out as the wheels were making some weird noises and I was worried that it could be something serious. So I get there and they start to take of the tires after waiting about an hour. They first told me that it could be the rotors as they were worn out. That's fine I said. And then they noticed that the brake pad sensor was broken. They asked me if I wanted to replace it and it would take about an hour because they have to pick up the part. I was fine with it than another hour went by and nothing. I finally asked the guy when it would arrive if they could even get it. He said it would be another 20 minutes so I waited. Than I realized that they were closing everything up and lowering my car. What gives? I thought they were going to fix it. Than I ask the guy what happened and he said they couldn't get it after all so I had to come back tomorrow. Thanks for letting me know after being there for 4 hours. And he still charged me the $100 for the "examination" that was only taking off the tires. Horrible place and I will never go back. If you want to be overcharged and have a few hours to kill this is the place for you. read more

Worst place ever. Always come here for an oil change and this time I decided to buy tires. These idiots took 4 freaking hours!!!! I have a job and things to do. With an appointment, don't even bother they don't honor delivery times and no apologies. I know it's my car and I want to be safe. If I had the equipment, I'd do it myself. These people do not know how to value their customers. Period. Poor girl at the front had to deal with 8 ppl waiting to be helped. So sad. Never again. Just to update, they've lied to my face three times about wait times, first it was 2 hours, then it was an hour and another hour and now it's 5 minutes. Unreliable. read more

Had a great experience on Saturday (10/17) with this location. The girl working at the front (I didnt catch her name) was really friendly and knowledgable. I have a maintenance plan through a dealership and she knew exactly what it was an how to handle. Frankie/Frank helped me with picking up my vehicle and was very friendly and helpful. Service was done fast with no issues. Definitely the smoothest experience I've had dropping my car off to get serviced. Will be back! read more

The staff at this location is outstanding! I came in during my lunch break to replace my Interstate car battery, which was one or two days out of warranty. Instead of charging me, they were totally understandable and accepted my warranty. In addition, they did a free courtesy check on my vehicle too! The inside waiting area was clean and very organized as well, which is always a plus. Truly a professional location and staff. By far the worst place to go. The tell you 2 or 3 hrs wait time and turn out to be 4 and half hour. I cant believe they only work with half staff on a weekend. Went in for new tires and am happy with the work. Tires ride great and the alignment feels spot on. They did report my mileage incorrectly so I had to go back to get it corrected in case it goes to CarFax but they were nice enough about the correction. It's also easy to make an appointment and get a quote online which is nice but be sure to double check your tire size. Their system had the incorrect tire size for my car (a different optional size) spin had to search manually on the size. read more

The staff here is friendly! I came here because they had a sign up for a free scan if your engine light was on. That's what I'm getting checked out & the person that assisted me was helpful. Although the wait time was unexpectedly a bit long, she was thorough with explaining to me what was wrong with my engine. She explained what the code on the scan meant and what I'd have to do. I'm bummed out about what I have to fix on it, but if it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have known what exactly the problem was with the engine on my car. Thanks Jocelyn!! read more

I wish I could give zero. I feel bad for the manger because he's nice but the people doing the work are clueless. Went for an alignment because my car pulled to the right. When I picked it up it still pulled. Took it in a second time. Picked it up and it pulled way to the left. This time my husband involved the manager. We were told they can't align the car because of the tires. Fine. I asked for a refund and they declined. Three visits and $80- but no alignment. And the hub cap was missing. Great. Now they have to order me a new one because they lost it. It took two months. When I went to pick up the hub cap I again mentioned a refund considering all that happened. They said they'll try again. They did and the alignment was much much better. Now the tire pressure light wouldn't turn off. I'm so frustrated. I'm writing this review while I wait for them to fix it while my kids are home alone. This is the second visit today. read more

I took an appointment @ 4 pm and showed up in the store @3:55. After collecting car keys, I was informed that it would take 45 minutes to complete my vehicle inspection. My car was in their parking lot until 4:40 and no one addressed till that time. Meanwhile I have noticed their mechanics were handling cars that were dropped after mine. This place is terrible! I took my car in for new tires, alignment and rear brake pads ($900). When I picked it up, it was filthy. They managed to get dust and grease all over my wheels and even left several greasy fingerprints inside my car.... and now my brakes squeak worse than they ever did before. Thank god for second opinions. I showed up here to get a diagnosis on my malfunctioning air conditioning. Mechanic cleaned the cabin filter, then told me I would need to replace the entire system because of "leaks". Price tag? $1270. I declined, and as I drove away I noticed that the AC seemed to be working again anyway. Seemed that filter clean did more than they wanted me to know. Frustrated, I took the car to a more trusted mechanic. Not only did they tell me that replacing the AC system was a ridiculous concept, but they were able to fix the one minor potential leak for $150. Don't go here - not if you want to walk out the door with your bank account intact. read more

DISHONEST!!!!!! All I needed was a simple oil change with a tire rotation and balance. When checking out I specifically asked the "service advisor" FRANKY if the tires were rotated and balanced. The job didn't take very long which alerted me that something wasn't done as I had asked and was paying for. He reassured me they had been. Upon getting out to my car I noticed the tires in deed HAD NOT been rotated and I'm certain had not been balanced either!!!! I've been using Firestone across the U.S. in various states for eight years now. I've had horrible service and sketchy work from/by them over the past two years. Im shocked by the negative reviews here. yelp sure isnt credible when it comes to auto mechanics. This place is great. Came in here during the holiday. Needed to get some tire stuff done. Came twice over one week to get a few more things i didnt have time for the first time. They were fast, affordable, and everyone really went out of their way to make sure I was communicated to and and that i understood WTF they were doing. I used to go to just tires by bev center but I thought they were scammers. Nelson mostly helped me but Walter and Giovani also both went out of their way to make sure I was attended to.
