I'm surprised by the bad reviews here. I stopped by because I had a leak on my Tesla Model Y. The tires were low on tread, but the salesperson didn't push too hard on me to get new tires and said they could repair it. However, once a technician took a closer look; it turned out that my alignment was pretty bad because I never rotated the tires. The tire was leaking air because of uneven wear. The technician even showed me the tires. They were able to replace the tires and get me an alignment pretty quick. read more

Short review since I only came here for an oil change. One thing that I liked was that I can make an appointment online and it allows you to add multiple services to your appointment. I was able to make an appointment the day before I wanted to come in which was really convenient. They close at 6:00 p.m. which is later than most places I've noticed, so that's nice since I was able to go right after work. When I got there, there was no one sitting in the lobby and there weren't any other cars being serviced, so I was kind of concerned why they weren't busy. Maybe it was because it was a weekday? But I was able to get my oil change done and they were able to make some suggested maintenance services. They do a complimentary inspection if you want them to. But honestly, I probably wouldn't do that next time. I know when oil change usually takes 30 minutes or less, but because they were doing the inspection, I was there for almost 1 hour. Overall, I would come back back oil changes and maybe larger repairs. read more

I went to Firestone with a promo for oil change. I was asked if I wanted to go with standard oil or synthetic oil because the promo was for standard oil. My dumbass doesn't really know the difference except for the price difference, so I said just go with what's on the promo. When I came to pick up my car, Tony told me they eventually went with the more expensive synthetic oil because my car doesn't take standard oil. Instead of billing me $90 for the oil change, Tony said he'd keep the promo standard oil pricing. Lesson learned...synthetic oil next time. I also paid for lifetime tire rotation - which I do not regret at all. Just recently I got a flat tire from a screw while coming back home from a weekend trip.The very next day Sanam took in my car and put a whole new tire on it - going as far to send one of his workers to another location that had the exact tire I needed. I bought a car from Carvana and on the 05/04/26 i brought my car at the "Firestone complete auto care" in Milpitas, it is an authorized mechanics from Silver Rock (part of Carvana repairing network). The mechanic was supposed to called Silver Rock to get an authorization for the car repair, and then call me to let me know the result. On the morning of the 4th Jacob , from the shop, called me stating that SILVER ROCK did not approve the claim. Knowing that I need the repair for the safety of my driving I told him to go head and do the repair even without approval. Around 5pm the car was ready and I paid $716.47 dollars , Allen, the office mng ? even told me that he stayed on the phone for long time on hold with Silver Rock. Not knowing the reason why my claim was denied I decided to call Silver Rock and ask, I found out with a big surprise that the shop never called, the representative explained me that even if a claim is rejected it should be listed as a claim on my Silver Rock file, and they did not have any records on file. I sent a complain to bfsocial@bridgestonesupport.zendesk.com I guess Firestone is part of Bridgestone, they answered me saying that they very sorry and etc etc. But after few e mails back and forth they forgot about the incident and client. They've been pretty good to me over the past several years. Previously I used the W Sunnyvale one (near where I live), but it shut down. This one is near work, which is more convenient. Since it has Firestone tires on it and I was in the area, I stopped in to get it fixed. They found one of those big staples, with one leg, that went into the tire. It was barely visible. To start off, the woman who worked the front desk was not able to answer my question and when I was told to speak to the manager he started to walk away from me MID CONVERSATION as a way to stop me from talking. This location claimed they did lot have base standard oil and only carried the full synthetic oil. When returning to pick up my vehicle there were 3 people in front of me and instead of putting the guests first, the staff was trying to figure out their lunch order and to proceeded to move like they had no purpose. Needed an oil change so I scheduled an appointment online. I was accidentally late so I could not do my original appointment due to them being short staffed so I rescheduled it there for that following Friday of that week. It was fine for me since it was not really that urgent. I come in on that Friday and I was able to leave my car but the sir at the counter let me know that it could take up to 4 hours or until Saturday morning due to them being short staffed. I was getting an oil change, tire rotation, and tire alignment. It was not news I wanted to hear but I understood since they also had to deal with some of their employees calling out and quitting. The sir was very transparent with me and I understood and left my car with them. Later that evening, the guy called me to say my car was ready for pickup. It was a lot quicker than I expected! Upon picking up my car, the guy saw me and said "Told ya it would be ready by 6pm" LOL. There customer service is awful! I made an appointment 3 days ago to have my oil changed at 8:30 am this morning. When I took it in at 8:30, am they said they would be finished by noon. When I called at 1 pm to check on it, they had not even started to work on it yet because there was "no rack available", they were still fixing vehicles that had been brought in the day before. Had they told me they were too busy to fix my car this morning, I would have been able to change my plans or take my car elsewhere; now I have to cancel afternoon appointments at the last minute. Apparently this Firestone location thinks nothing about honoring their appointments, providing false information about when your car will be ready, or wasting a customer's day. I will never go back. UPDATE: So the desk guy who irresponsibly told me that my car would be ready at noon called me at 3 pm to say my car was ready. His name was Raul and he was unapologetic. I had also paid for a safety check; but instead I was handed a 5-page, $5k estimate for repairs that did not say if anything was unsafe. $5K seemed excessive since my reliable old Toyota Corolla is only worth $3-4k. I asked for a safety report and Raul said the estimate was the safety report. Then after I argued and insisted he must tell me what was unsafe, it turned out nothing was actually unsafe, and only about $1800 of the bill was for things that actually needed to be repaired sometime soon (some old engine gaskets and a suspension control arm that might break soon). The rest of the $5K estimate was just a veiled sales pitch. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else. read more

I scheduled a 1PM appointment for regular auto inspection and I was told there are 3 cars ahead of me and the inspection will happen only at 3.30 PM at the latest. I am not sure why they make us schedule appointments if they cannot honor it. Anyway I left the car with them and came back at 4.30 PM before the shop closes and car was not touched till then. I ended up cancelling the work order since I don't think trusting these folks anymore was worth it. I bought the tires less then a year ago and i got a blowout twice in a year. I told him to use the warranty I paid for to replace the tires. And he keep telling me that in order to use my warranty I had to buy new warranty. It don't make no sense. So what's the use of paying extra for the warranty. After I made my alignment appointment at the Park Victoria shop, I read the reviews. There seems to be a consensus of complaints regarding the wait time and extended time it took to work on customer's cars due to staffing issues. Other complaints were rude and poor customer service provided at the counter, the long lines and wait times even when appointment was made, poorly managed, etc. I didn't want to wait around 5 hours for a wheel alignment.
