This shop happened to be the closest place I could pull into, and I basically walked in saying, "I might be low on oil, I know absolutely nothing about cars, but something is wrong." As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, walking into a shop alone is honestly intimidating. I've had enough experiences where my lack of knowledge has been used against me, that I get pretty pissed since I know for a FACT that I will get ripped off. This place was the complete opposite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone was welcoming, caring, easygoing, and just genuinely pleasant to be around. The whole place had such good energy. More importantly, I felt like everyone there worked with real integrity and genuine care. I never felt pressured, being played, or like anyone was trying to take advantage of the fact that I didn't know what was going on. I do especially want to give a shoutout to the very nice and sweet front desk man, and most importantly Eric, because he was the one who really walked me through everything. He took the time to explain what was happening, showed me what I should be checking and looking out for, answered my questions, and genuinely made sure I was okay and safe to continue such a long drive home. When you're traveling alone and hours away from home, that kind of care and reassurance means a lot. What started as a pretty stressful situation somehow turned into a genuinely pleasant experience. I left feeling taken care of, and honestly just grateful that this happened to be the shop I pulled into. IT SUCKS THAT THIS SHOP IS NOT IN MY AREA or I will be pulling up there whenever I have a car problem. A couple of days before my scheduled appointment, they called to let me know the tires had already arrived and asked if I wanted to come in early. I had the time, so I brought the work van over that afternoon at around 3:00. I have to say, watching these guys work was pretty impressive. It looked like an IndyCar pit stop. They had about four people working on the van at once. They got it up, pulled all four wheels, mounted and balanced the new tires and wheels, installed everything, and made sure everything was working properly. I was basically in and out in about 30 minutes, which is huge when you're dealing with a work vehicle and every hour it's sitting means it's not out making money. The shop itself was clean and well-run, and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Another thing I appreciated was that there was no high-pressure upselling. They explained the available warranties, which was helpful, but they didn't try to push anything on me. The overall value for the complete set of wheels and tires was very affordable, especially considering the service and how quickly they got everything done. They also honor a veteran discount, which I definitely appreciate and think is worth mentioning. This afternoon I had my brakes changed by Sand Canyon Tire & Auto Repair (brake pads & rotors)…read more After calling around to a few places, my son reached out to this shop and spoke to Victor, who encouraged us to bring the car in for them to take a look and see whether they'd be able to service it the same day. We brought the car by and Victor was able to quickly look and see that we needed the front brakes replaced. It's great to have a trustworthy shop like this, especially because we initially thought that the rear brakes needed to be replaced. Victor was honest and immediately let us know that the back brakes were in good shape and that the front brakes were quite low, and even showed us. Once we knew the front brakes needed replacement, he immediately reached out to get the parts delivered, and we gave them the go-ahead to service our vehicle.
