This place is garbage. They will scam you. I towed my truck there. They called a week later saying they inspected it and found several issues that need to be addressed. I decided to go over there only to find my truck was in the same place I left it,the same exact place I had the tow truck guy drop it off, in the parking lot. Bolts had not been touched. Nothing had been removed, nothing had been inspected. So this guy Joshua calls me and tells me a straight up lie. A little BS I supposed comes with the territory but to flat out make up a whole entire story? I wouldn't believe it myself if it didn't actually happen to me. To fabricate a story of a full inspection and diagnosis of my vehicle, is the most unprofessional, disgusting, despicable thing you can do. How would I know? Well my truck's wheel came off while driving it. In order for Joshua's tale of it needing a new axle shaft, bearings, etc. it would need to be taken apart. The half pieces of bolts that had sheared were still there, dirt on all bolts was undisturbed. No movement had been done whatsoever. First price he quoted was 2500 ok that's fine. I wanted the breaks redone on both back tires ect. Seemed legit. Then he calls a couple days later saying that upon further inspection it was discovered my axle shaft was damaged. And that he needs to order a kit which would now be 3800. I had already paid thousands of dollars in tow fees I wasn't about to go somewhere else. Luckily I decided to go on down there for them to show me in person what they had discovered during this "inspection" only to find they had not touched it at all. What business does this? Knowing that the majority of people aren't going to go to their shop to verify what they say. People need their cars so they will say fix it. Which I'm sure Joshua has gotten away with more than a few times. Guy should be fired. Complaints will be here, corporate, the manager, and everywhere. Not much gets me to leave a comment. But a liar and a scammer most definitely will. My suggestion to whoever takes their vehicle here, is to verify what they are telling you because I can guarentee you this isn't the first time. So for all you innocent people just trying to get their car fixed so you can get around, I'll be doing my best to make sure this is the last time, that people like Joshua at Firstone lie, cheat, and scam, their customers. Pictures are when I went, after getting the call about how they inspected it. There is no misunderstanding or miscommunication here. The FACTS are that they never touched my truck. They quoted me thousands of dollars for what they apparently found during an inspection that never happened.

Just got my tire fixed. I want to give a big shout out to Ross. I went there right after I found out there was a nail in one of the tires. Since I was a walk in so I had to wait. There were 3 cars in front of me. It's getting late and the receptionist told me I might need to come back tomorrow. But then Ross went ahead and took my car in. Repairing a tire costs way less and takes longer time than just installing a new one. However Ross was so honest and suggested it could be just patched. I was only charged a small amount of fees. I and my family have been going here for many years and we really appreciate their honesty, services, and affordability. Also it's pet friendly. The pic is my dog patiently waiting with me while Ross getting the tire patched. Thank you Ross!!

I dropped the car off at 8:30 a.m. and was told by 2:00 p.m. that the issue was diagnosed as a clock spring and repaired. Upon picking up the vehicle, the squeaking noise was immediately present. I returned to the shop, where the technician sprayed WD-40 into the steering wheel area. The noise subsided for approximately one week and then returned. I contacted the shop again and was instructed to bring the vehicle back. During this visit, I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. I was then informed that my vehicle had an oil leak and that the upper control arms needed to be replaced, which they claimed was the cause of the steering noise. After picking up my vehicle a week later, the squeaking noise was still present. I documented this on video and immediately notified the shop via phone and email. Due to it being Christmas week, I brought the vehicle back the following Monday. Before I was able to do so, while backing out of my garage, I heard severe metal-on-metal grinding, as if the vehicle were coming apart. This noise had never occurred prior to this shop working on my vehicle. I immediately contacted them and was told that other components may need replacement and that they were not responsible. Additionally, after their tire rotation, my custom Range Rover valve stem caps were removed and replaced with mismatched, rusty caps (one was missing entirely). The wheel lock key was left loose in the trunk, and the spare tire cover was not reinstalled. Given the severity of the situation, I filed a formal complaint with my warranty company. They ultimately approved a diagnostic inspection at the Range Rover dealership. The findings were extremely concerning. The dealership documented negligent workmanship by Supreme Auto, including: Bolts not properly tightened Missing fasteners Components left loose As a result, the brake dust shield was dangling and a bolt was rubbing against the rotor, damaging the brake pad and sensors and creating a serious safety hazard. The dealership further confirmed that the original steering wheel noise was caused by a foam component on the steering shaft that required lubrication -- not a clock spring, which Supreme Auto billed and was paid for. To restore my vehicle to a safe operating condition, I am now responsible for $2,967 out of pocket. I provided Supreme Auto with dealership videos, documentation, and reports. Despite this evidence, they offered only $463 to "tighten bolts," while claiming they did not perform brake work. While that is true, the issue was not brake service -- it was improper reassembly and failure to secure critical components affecting steering and braking systems. For the record, my brakes were inspected in August, and this vehicle is not driven daily. Thankfully, my warranty company has since removed Supreme Auto from their approved network. I hope this review prevents others from experiencing a similar situation. All I requested was that they take responsibility and pay the dealership directly to correct the unsafe conditions created by their workmanship. They may deny responsibility, but the evidence -- dealership video, written report, and another independent mechanic review -- clearly documents the cause. This is not acceptable or ethical business practice

Even listing that the *Windshield nozzle was broken off. Haha. That proved to me that they were good at what they do and looking at everything. After going to Firestone 3 times, with no solution to a intermittent brake light on the dash coming on and then the ESP light, they solved it. Turns out the level was sticking on the brake fluid and I needed a flush. But, they found a bigger problem with bad shocks. I also had almost no oil! WTH? I had just had a complete service 5 months before. Keep in mind that I had been back to Firestone 2 times after. I don't work, so not alot of driving except to pick up donations for Animal Rescue. All local. And local errands. Sharpe was very honest, even with the repair quote. Instead of saying you need to fix it all, they advised what should be done now. They provided a very detailed Diagnostic and actually gave it to me with all the comments. I asked about the next item, brakes, and they gave me a full quote and breakdown. *By the way, ordered 2 new Windshield fluid nozzles. They said pop by will install them. No Charge. May not seem like a big deal to some. But, it was to me and they pulled a mechanic out to do it. Thank you!
