Came here for years. Just went in at 9am on a Tuesday, took until 12:15p for my car to get on the rack for an OIL CHANGE. Took another 51 minutes for my oil to be changed. Customer service is TRASH since Tyrell and Josh left. Never coming here again. I was given a heavy discount, while a disgruntled Jose attempted to be "nice" and just came off as rude, abrasive and uncaring. Which should be the last thing he should do... considering he's the one that told me it would be 90 minutes *TOPS* Edit: the VERY NEXT DAY my battery light comes on... after JOSE was messing with my FUSE box during an OIL change... I'm at Les Schwab right now getting whatever they screwed up, inspected! Double edit: Turns out my alternator is *COMPLETELY* dead immediately following a 4 hour oil change where it took me complaining to get my car on the rack... where they were messing with it for an hour. I'll be contacting corporate. It's no coincidence that my battery lated less than 4 hours after leaving this trash heap of a store. These dudes tampered with my vehicle, without a doubt. read more

Took my car in for an oil change it took almost 2 hours for an oil change! They didn't even take my car back until over an hour after my appointment! Art the so called store manger was so rude and said they have certain technicians for certain things... so not all mechanics can do standard oil changes? Causing extreme damage to my new car had to call and complain to 800# 5 times n 24hr. Firestone Complete Auto Care - 7 hours after my lil change caused extreme damage - Tires Near Me - Vacaville, California

I have been using Firestone exclusively for my car maintenance for about the past five years. They have always been amazing at taking good care of me and keeping my car working well even though it's got over 200,000 miles on it. Yesterday I dropped my car off at 12:30 for an oil change service. They said they would call me when it was done between 5 and 6 PM. I realized at 6 o'clock that they had not contacted me so I rushed down there to find the employees walking out and locking up. I asked the gal about my car and she said "oh I guess it didn't get worked on today. Come back tomorrow." And I informed herthat they had my keys and they could not keep my car hostage overnight. She seemed irritated rather than apologetic and told me all keys were locked up in the safe and there was no way to get them. I suggested they call the store manager who she said was in Montana or something and was not accessible. After I pressed a little more she finally went back inside to look for my keys and found them hanging in the bag in the service area where they were when I dropped my car off. Her attitude was so dismissive as if I had inconvenienced her! No acknowledgement of any error on their end. A simple apology would have gone a long way. That is the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Customer service has gone downhill since management changed. I won't be back. read more

I scheduled an appointment to have my vehicle serviced early Monday. It is now Wednesday morning at 7am two hours before i requested for a 9am slot and Marisa who claims to be a manager of services called to tell me I need to reschedule. Mind i took a day off to get my vehicle serviced and two hours prior to the assumed appointment she calls to let me know that I need to move tomorrow or friday. She gives me some excuse of only having two techs today then she tells me that she couldn't confirm earlier because of some promotion...she provides every excuse in the book of why she couldn't. When a customer takes time from their work schedule to get their car serviced they don't want to hear about your business difficulties they want you to work with them if that means to work harder or figure out how to squeeze someone in then so be it. Poor planning on your part doesn't constitute a mistake on mine. I will be taking my cars somewhere else. Don't go here. Go somewhere else. read more

Came in for my appointment at 2pm. For a simple oil change and ita is now 5:14pm and my car is still lifted. It shouldn't take more than 45min to get it done, considering the fact that there is no other vehicle besides the one next to mine. The worker was working on both cars! This is the second time I have had my car serviced in this shop, My first experience was kind was okay, could be better if my car was worked on at the time appoint was scheduled. My last visit which was today was horrible, the lady at the desk supposedly the service advisor was amazing, she gave good customer service at the desk and checking me in. At the end of the service and inspection the technician (name: LANCE) that worked on my vehicle left my car a big mess, he had worked in the back of the trunk when my Prius battery was placed. When my car was delivered to me all the interior pieces of the trunk was all over the place, I couldn't behold the sight. I open my mouth in awe with the way it was left scattered. I felt very unsatisfied with job someone who left my car this way has done. I hope not to find something else unfixed. I had a front wheel bearing changed and a wheel stud. I got the car back at the end of the day started my drive home to Daly City and the bearing was screaming loud!!! So much so I had to have it towed back the next morning. Ok that's was ok because it would be fixed under warranty. I get the car back and start my drive home there's no noise but it vibrates like crazy. My car has never had a problem with the car and I bought it new!! And now I can't fucking Believe this crap!! This place is hit or miss. You may get a tech who knows what he/she is doing but you could end up with one that has no business being in a mechanics bay. I took two of my vehicles in for an alignment and tire balance a few weeks ago. Both left feeling worse than before our visit. The tech not only lost one of my hubcentric rings and lost the locking clip of another for my aftermarket wheels. He scratched one up pretty bad on the balancing machine, tells me all four wheels are bent (which isn't true) missed a nail in one of them and also didn't adjust a thing on the alignment rack of either car. My second car had the weights fall off one of the wheels because of improper application. (Not removing old weight paper Still stuck to the wheel, just slapping weights in top of it) To top it off the lady behind the counter was pretty rude and didn't hesitate to feed me lines of BS about the alignment rack. I use to have confidence in this place. Now I'm regretting buying lifetime alignments/balances. read more

I called the store number and was routed to a call center, no problem. Made an appointment for the afternoon, a simple and quick flat repair. Arrived on time, only to be told call center can't see their work load, and that they will not honor my appointment, even for a simple and quick job. Isn't that what an appointment is for? A complete waste of time, and sadly a pattern of similar issues from prior experience. I returned to Firestone only because my tire was going flat and they were open on a Sunday. The person (big guy) behind the counter was rude and no customer sercice skills. I had an appointment for oil change. I was told that I have to wait couple of hours because they're busy today. So he booked for the next day. I called the next day and spoke to the same person to confirm my appointment and asked if the online coupon $24.99 for regular oil (oil filter included) will work on my vehicle. He just said we'll apply the coupon if it's applicable to your vehicle and was in a hurry to hang up. He didn't even askfor the make/model of my car. This place used to be better when they have the lady behind the counter. I won't be back to this Firestone even thogh I work in Vacaville. I'd rather get my service at other Firestone near my house. This place is a joke. I asked for them to check the tire pressure because the light was on. When they were done with the alignment I asked again and he said they did. I get in my car and leave and the gauge is still on and never turned off. So basically I was lied too, he never told the tech or inquired. Little things like that is why I dont trust these places. Recommended installer by TireRack.com (only source of tires for my car at the time): I dropped my 4 tires/wheels on 6/7/21, tires were delivered next day, only fronts were mounted/balanced; no one called to let me know they couldn't seat the 2 rear tires until I called 48 hrs after, to see if they were ready for pick up. I told them I'd come by to pick them up same afternoon. When I get there, I'm quoted a bill of over $90 more than the installation cost total on my TireRack receipt, which I showed them. After wasting an additional 30 minutes, they only reduced the TireRack amount by $10! No time to discuss further with the store advisor/manager (who already had discussed the above with TireRack). Additional delay in cleaning goop off the tires/wheels (they had all day to get the tires/receipt ready). Had to rush to America's Tire in Vacaviille during commuter traffic to stop off 2 unseated tires, so they could finish what Firestone was unable to accomplish, and will waste even more time having to pick them up next day, due to delay in leaving Firestone... Do yourself a favor and use any other tire dealer but them! Needless to say, I'll never return nor recommend them to any family/friends/colleagues... read more

Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had at this store. I came in to have a battery exchanged via my warranty. They wanted to charge the battery then test it. They dont have a load test for the battery so they used every excuse to try to get out of this process because they have no way to prove the battery is "good". They make nothing on warranty exchanges which is obvious because the lack of any type of customer service with this ordeal. I let them keep it overnight for their "testing" and they ordered me a new one because the battery was bad. Like i told them prior to them wasting my time with charging it. Once i went to pick it up there were two other customers in the store. The manager called the customers up directly in front of me and helped them before even asking if i needed help. Once there was NOBODY in the building he continued to do paperwork in front of me and did NOT ask me for any help or to find out what i was there for. I finally asked him if he "would like to help anyone else in the building before actually helping me." From then on he had a major attitude and was completely rude the rest of this transaction. I have spoken with their regional manager and i hope something falls down on this manager. This is not the way for any customer to be treated for whatever service they are in the store for. I would not recommend ANYONE including my worst enemy to take their car here. Complete and total disrespect from the staff to a possible returning customer. German is the best! My company directed me to this place because I had a popped tire that needed replacing. Now, I keep returning because German is awesome and super personable and reliable! I like that this place is quick and very thorough with explaining everything that needs to be done. Make sure you make an appointment, especially if you want your services done while you wait. If I could give negative reviews, this place would get one. They did $1000 work on my husband's truck. Checked it all out and worked on his differential as he was getting ready to tow a trailer 2000 miles. When my husband got to Oklahoma City he was having trouble. Went to the Firestone there to find out...oh yeah, THEY DIDN'T REFILL IT AT ALL! Now his transfer case is SO fried he has to get a new one as opposed to trying to rebuild the old one and the people in the warranty claims office are trying to deny all of it. Even though he has, in writing, from the manager of the OKC Firestone that that is exactly what happened and what caused the trouble. read more

Darryle and his crew at Firestone on Monte Vista in V.V. excel in quality and service! We took our Nissan Quest in for new tires and they fulfilled every expectation. We could have easily gone to Sams or Cosco but we were told they would look out for our needs. They also recommended an alignment and after 120k on the clock, it really made a difference! A few days later we heard a funny noise from the front engine area and was concerned that maybe it was related, but they notified us we were just low on power steering fluid and quickly filled/checked and solved the issue, NO CHARGE! I have a 2002 Avalanche. It needs a bunch of minor work, tires, shocks, and brakes. I also did a radiator flush and found a bad seal on the water pump. I knew about all this before bringing it in. They got everything done in a day, worked with me on the amount of the charges and threw in a free alignment. These guys work well with women. I have sent my wife and daughters here and they have not been deceived. Very honest people work here and they make sure the customer understands the work that is being proposed. I have been going here since 2009. Every time it is a pleasant experience. They don't push to get an answer and are very conscientious about finances. German is great asset to this shop. I noticed i had a nail in my tire on a Sunday and found out that Firestone was open in hopes that i could get my tire repaired. I spoke to one of the techs there who looked at my tire and chalked a square around the nail and said you need a new tire because it cannot be repaired mind you i have a new car and tires still in good condition. I said no thanks. The next day i went to another tire place who told me that it was repairable as he look at the nail he pulled it only to be a tack and no further repairs needed boy was i going to get ripped off never going to firestone again. read more

I went to this tire store to purchase Firestone tires I was told that I was buying four Firestone tires when I arrived to pick up my travel trailer I found I had generic brand tires installed on my trailer. They told me after they were installed that Firestone doesn't make travel trailer tires. If I wanna known that before dropping my travel trailer off I would of never done business with this particular company. They Lied to me and I don't feel that's good business. My partner and I had a poor experience at this Firestone location - Just horrible customer service. We had an appointment at noon for an oil change and dropped our car off. The front desk rep told us he would call us in about 2 hours for us to come pick up the car. 3 hours pass and we hadn't heard a thing. Knowing they close at 5, we called. They said they were currently working on the car (sure) and that it should be done soon. We said we would plan to get there around 4 (an hour from the current time), and then the rep on the line told us we should wait until closer to 4:30. We arrived at 4:30 and the car was still being worked on. It wasn't until 5:30 that we were able to take our car. 30 minutes after their closing time. So I hope, at the very least, they took good care of our car! I know they are busy, and I really don't mind them taking 5+ hours to get the work done, but can you just be honest on when to expect it to be done?
