my wife was in need of a battery for her car it died on her monday.AAA said to go to firestone.She was quoted about 140.00 for the battery and 50.00 to install it 200.00 total with tax. they did not have the battery so they went to autozone got a battery a retail battery price of 142.00 I do not know what their wholesale price was but I know they get a better deal. Anyway 1 hr and 30 min later my wife got her car back at a cost of 250.00. thats a very expensive battery I know autozone will install a battery for free if you buy from them so firestone cost her an extra 108.00 for a battery! will never go to firestone again read more

I used to have outstanding customer service at this location, however the last few times I've been here, the customer service has been disappointing to say the least. My last experience was bad enough to tell them I wouldn't be coming back. The manager Gary, listened to my complaints and rectified the situation. Very intelligent man with the customer in mind. I appreciate his care and problem solving. He is the sole reason I will continue to do business at this store. I had these guys replace a tire on my daughters car. She was very nervous (17 yrs old) to go by herself. They took great care of her and her car. After they replaced the tire, I noticed when I rotated the new tire to the front, that the car pulled to the opposite side, even after switching. So today, I took the worn tire off and took it to them an asked them to dismount it and reverse it. The tire had slightly worn more on the inside, so I was hoping that reversing it would correct the pull. They dismounted, reversed and rebalanced the when in 10 minutes, and wouldn't let me pay for the service! And it worked! No more pull.... Thanks Firestone! read more

My son has a Toyota 4x4 with a motor swap from another year 4x4 which would give many shops fits to work on. We had an ugly A/C issue we desperately needed diagnosed and repaired. Gary and Troy were helpful beyond expectations. They listened to us as a customer, who also has a decent knowledge of cars, they identified the problem quickly, communicated with us on what it was and fixed the problem. I bought 6 new tires for my motorhome. When I went to pickup the motorhome, it would not start. A couple of Firestone employees spent a long time trouble shooting the problem and decided that the engine was not getting fuel. Since they could not repair the problem, they helped me get towing to a repair shop and discounted the tires enough to cover most of the towing. It turned out that the problem was a clogged fuel filter. The Firestone employee that helped me (Gary) was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. read more

had an appt at noon - car pulling to the right- and we have lifetime alignment checks. dropped off at 11:45. when appt was made was not told that the process would take two hours it was only when i arrived that i was told this. i mentioned that i needed to be done at 2 and went across the parking lot to each lunch. while sitting there i noticed that they still hadn't pulled my car around to put it in a bay. at this point it was 12:30 and my appt was supposed to start at noon. i asked the receptionist if part of the reason that it takes two hours is because they don't start the appts right on time, otherwise they should've scheduled me for 12:30. she informed me that they only had one bay to check alignment and that there was still a vehicle being serviced in front of me. it makes me wonder if the lifetime alignment service is even worth it to have. if they aren't making an immediate dollar off of you for some other reason, your time isn't respected at all. was told that if i needed to leave at 2 than i could always come back and finish up later! really? so now we're talking about a whole day. pretty upset with the service. read more

Have been going to Firestone for almost 3 years now, taking 3 of our cars here. It started with our son's truck. We bought him a Ranger and discovered the tie rods needed to be replaced, the front end needed work and the previous owner had different tires with different wear on it. We took it in to Chris and Gary almost 3 years ago and haven't had a problem with it since! Since then, we've been going in for tires and oil changes and miscellaneous problems with mine and my husband's vehicles. What I LOVE about Gary is that he won't sell you something you don't need, but WILL do a thorough inspection of your vehicle and let YOU decide. He really is HONEST. And recently my husband had a problem with a tire gouge, took it in to get it looked at, thought it was superficial, when it turned out NOT to be, they gave us a discount and really worked with us. How many places will do that? They do what they say, say what they do, don't oversell you, are honest and back their work ... what more can you ask for? I went in toe get 2 new tires and a tire sensor replaced. I got the initial estimate, not sure from who, but decided to have them do it. When I got the truck back a few hours later, I noticed that the TPMS light was still on. I work about 2 hours away so I wasn't able to take it back until about 3 weeks later. I went back on a Saturday and Dan M. was the employee I dealt with this time. He took care of it completely and realized that that the sensor they put it was bad and looked back at the paperwork and saw that 3 were working when I took it in initially. There were now 2 bad sensors. He offered to replace them both free of charge and did not charge me for any labor. Greatly appreciated. Customer service was excellent. Dan was honest and upfront and very interested in helping each customer. Will definitely return for vehicle maintenance. read more

We have used Firestone auto care for 6 Years. We took our Saturn in for a bad noise in the rear at 10:00AM one day came back at 6:00PM. Our car was never looked at. We were very mad so we left. Then we called the manager Jon the next day he was very apologetic and asked if they could make it up to us. He did not want to lose our business or get a bad reputation. So the next week we came back they went above and beyond to replace both rear wheel bearings in a timely manner. Jon even provided us with a rental car at his expense. Jon also discounted our invoice. We will definitely be back. read more

I bought four tires plus the road hazard and put 20k miles on them. They were rated for 40K. While washing my car, I noticed there was a large bubble in the sidewall with 2 large cracks through the bubble. I immediately took my car in and spoke to Brandon. He never bothered to even look at my car, told me they didn't have any tires in stock that were the same size and sent me on my way. I had a neighbor (who was previously employed by Firestone) look at it and was told not to drive on the tire because it was unsafe. My car has a full size spare that Firestone should have offered to put on for me. The following day I called to check if they had located tires. I was told they could get them but they were a new design so I would need to replace at least 2 of the tires. Brandon stated they would pro-rate the tires at 50%, which I thought was fair. I told him I would rather replace all the tires and asked for the price. I paid $560 originally so I expected less than $300, which would be half. Instead, he quoted me $435. I'm not sure where they learned how to do math but it obviously very different than how I learned! They have always had an excuse not to work on our F250. One of the mechanics told me one time that "the big trucks are a pain". Anyhow, I took my car today to another local tire shop. They put tires on my car (with a better rating than the ones from Firestone) and did a synthetic oil change on my car for $473. I will never again waste my time with Firestone! read more
