Horrible. Unprofessional. Doesn't even wash car to show or sell. It hadn't even passed smog and they KNEW IT WHEN THEY SOLD IT. they then tried to let them keep the car to "drive it til it passed". By law - they cannot sell wo a smog cert. while looking and at test drive (minimal 4 block) the car had low tire air. They didn't even bother to top off the air when they tried to smog the morning before I looked at it. Yes I got my money back. After paying for a stop payment on check, and having to drive all the way back over there to fill out cancellation paperwork. They really don't seem to know what they are doing. No communication between the people working there. One sales guy was nice, and another called to pressure me to let them KEEP my car for a week or so til it passes smog. When I said no I didn't want the car, he argued w me. I do not recommend this place.

No one ever followed up with me. 2. They pulled my credit, but sold the vehicle to someone else after the salesman told me if they pulled my credit, then they couldn't sell it to anyone else. I felt like I was being given the run around, even after someone notified me they pulled my credit and I was approved. Finally after 3 weeks of the vehicle being painted and me being given the run around, this sales guy tells me that there were more paint issues and they was more paint issues than they realized but added that they sold the vehicle to another buyer. smh
