I have been going to Charlotte for years to get my nails done. I always have the best experiences with her and she always knows what I want to do to my nails before I even do. She is extremely talented and a true artist. She is a genuine person, which makes her very easy to talk to, and always gets me excited to go see her. Charlotte is an absolute genius! She is so creative, detail oriented, and hilarious. After going to her for over a year, I will never go back to acrylics. My experience while there with the employees was extremely pleasant. However, I was given a "fall special" but with all the add-on's (you're not made aware of) it ended up being a pricey mani/pedi ($96 w/ tip). I don't normally have the time to treat myself to a mani/pedi so I didn't mind the price if the quality of it was worth it. I was quite disappointed when I left and got a chance to actually look at my nails and realized most of them weren't even painted to the edges. Because of that, the gel chipped within 24 hrs. My toes looked awesome until I put socks and booties on to drive in a car. In that 2 hr span of sitting, 4 of my toes came off completely (ugh) I called in to speak with the manager about it but she wasn't in. I left my name and phone number to give me a call back and never heard anything. The lady who did my services was great but was disappointed with the services itself and the lack of follow up after I called in. read more

I did not have a good experience here. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and when I first walked in, the front desk worker was sitting on the guest chairs texting. Then I was lead to some strange back room and laid on a chair similar to one found in a doctor's office...crinkly paper and all. They did a HORRIBLE job with my brows. It was the least relaxing experience ever. She had to ask me to show her where to put the wax and ended up just tweezing most of the time. Then she said her tweezers were broken and had to try over and over again but failed to pluck. I ended up just saying it was fine because I wanted to leave. Then I had to ask her to apply lotion or something to clean up my face since there were stray brows everywhere. I think she just dumped Vaseline on me and called it a day. I walked out of there with worse eyebrows than I came in with, and a greasy face literally dripping in whatever she applied at the end. AWFUL! I will never be going back here for waxes. Awful customer service and horribly over-priced! I stopped by to get a nail polish change. Once the technician began and realized I had gel polish on I was told she did not have enough time to complete the service. She proceeded to take of the gel polish from six (6) nails - those were the only ones that still had polish still on. She did not complete any color. I understand they had someone else coming in, so that was fine until she charged me $16! Even the technician couldn't believe it, she attempted to ask the manager to discount further and was told no. The entire manicure would have been $20. Awful. read more

I first went to this nail salon because I had a groupon coupon. I have been going regularly ever since and it is going on 3 years. First, it is immaculately clean and I love the fact that they use disposable pedicure bowl liners for every pedicure. Everyone is very nice. They run on time and I know that I can get in and get out. They periodically send out emails with special discounts. That's always nice. Try it. I think you will like it. read more

Worst manicure ever. Nail tech was awful. First, she smacked her gum the entire manicure and had sticky hands. Second, she cut my thumb filing my nails because her emory board was so sharp. Third, she applied the polish in very thick layers. I told her the polish seemed thick and gloppy and she replied that it was supposed to be that way so it could "melt" over my nails. Later that evening the polish had little tiny bubbles and had divided into ridges on 7 out of my 10 nails. Don't go here. read more

I am here so often it feels like home. Everything is very clean and the staff is friendly. You can usually get in pretty quickly. They also have fun events like Girls' Night Out and mother/daughter days. I love getting neat designs and they have so many gel colors. I highly recommend this salon. read more

Terrible! My mother and niece were visiting from out of town and wanted to do something fun for them. I made reservations for them and my daughter a week in advance for pedicures. When they arrived they were told there was no reservation in their name! I received an email and text confirmations for the appointment. Not only did First Nail not have the reservation but the person they spoke with was rude and very disrespectful to my family. Not sure what happened but we will not be going to First Nail any longer. read more

This salon has awful customer service! I called to book a pedicure and manicure for my mother, myself, and my daughters. I was told they are having an Easter special for mother-daughter pedicures. They offer wine to the mothers and mocktails to the daughters. I told them I would like to book this and manicures. I showed up the next day, picked out the nailpolish for hands and feet, and in the middle of the pedicure was told that they are too busy for manicures. I told them I wish they told me this when I booked the appt, and they said I didn't book the manicures. Needless to say, I was not happy. I understand mistakes are made, however, I was not given an apology or any compensation for future manicure. While we were getting our pedicures done, 3 more customers showed up, and also had scheduling issues. To top it all off they never offered the wine or drinks to the girls. When are toes were drying, one the employees asked if my mother and I wanted wine and that she forgot to ask us. This was just very ridiculous. They are also pricey for their services. I will never go there again, and will definitely tell friends to never go there. There are many good nail salons around and First Nails & Spa is not one of them!! read more
