Not my 1st time dining here but it was Sunday and I wanted to go somewhere for brunch and enjoy the beautiful weather. I chose First Watch since my son has never dined here. We went around 1:30 so we got seated at a table outside right away. As summer is coming to an end they have their fall menu out already so I went with the pumpkin pancake breakfast and the new Blazing Dragon drink. Another great breakfast at First Watch! Staff is super friendly! I was greeted by staff who opened the door for me. My server Ashley was superb! Checked in on me! The lemon ricotta pancakes were amazing! Lemon curd flavorful! Strawberries were so fresh! Love the mural! Love the bathroom technology- no touch flushing! Plenty of parking on site. Service okay in terms of friendliness ...but the speed of delivery affected the heat of our orders. We came for early Tuesday morning breakfast (8a). The food was all delicious but what made the rating go from 5 to 3.5 was the temperature of our breakfast when served. It wasn't hot. We ordered the maple glazed bacon...not hot. I ordered the seasonal pumpkin pancake platter with sausage patty and scrambled eggs ( the taste of all components was really good). My husband's salmon eggs Benedict was also not hot and the potatoes were hit and miss. He didn't receive the fruit side as ordered either. So, this tells me that the chef was on point, but the delivery by the waitress was not. What a shame too..she was very nice. read more

My ex and I came here for breakfast on Sunday the 28th of September, we've been to First Watch before in Florida. The place has plenty of outdoor seating if you like that sort of thing and comfortable indoor seating. The staff, from the young gentleman host named David to our waitress were all excellent, attentive and friendly. My wife's breakfast, she enjoyed with a generous portion of bacon. I had a special where I had scrambled eggs, chicken sausage patties, excellent flavor almost like meatball mix, and a very large pumpkin pancake. I like that they heat up the syrup, and there was plenty of butter. I don't know what more you can ask for. The pumpkin pancake was actually the most flavorful pumpkin pancake I've ever had. I'll definitely be back to try other options as everything coming out of the kitchen looked great. The bathroom was very clean so other people complaining must've come at a bad time. read more

We come here at least once a month. Service has slowly deteriorated- and today's breakfast was just disappointing. Ordered a farmhouse hash - 2 overcooked scrambled eggs over lots of very salty potatoes and other very burnt items. Couldn't tell what the black and dark brown stuff was - bacon? Onion? Not sure and No toast. Waitress was not too engaged. It was kind of inedible. My daughter's French toast was ok. As well as the side of bacon. read more

Restaurant was styled nicely & modern. Clean, friendly service at the host stand. Server never introduced herself by name- greeted us with a "hi do you want coffee?" Which I thought was a bit unwelcoming. She was friendly & attentive enough throughout the meal but I hate when servers don't introduce themselves. Food was okay, what you would expect from a chain. My son loved the plain pancakes (they taste like they're made with corn meal), the carrot cake pancakes had a ton of nuts in them - which he wasn't a fan of so we had to send those back unfortunately. But they tasted good! My Salmon Benedict was perfectly cooked - I upgraded to the "upgraded potatoes". They were good but too salty for me. Neither of us liked the watermelon wake up drink but it wasn't terrible. Just not our thing. You pay at the host stand, which we weren't told- just a heads up! I'm glad we tried it overall but I really have no desire to go back. One & done. It needs personality. read more

Had to try their summer specials. The Elote Breakfast Burrito has so much flavor packed into it. You can taste every ingredient in each bite and its wonderful. Very filling generous proportions as well. The Watermelon Wake-Up is perfectly sweet and tart. The staff, as always are very friendly and accommodating, providing a warm atmosphere. read more

the restaurant itself is very cute! our service was fast and the waitress was so sweet :) we started with the million dollar potatoes. THESE are a must have for the table. absolutely excellent! the three of us got the 2 for you which was a choice of a half sandwich, a soup, or a salad. we got the chicken avocado chop with the ham and gruyère, the monterey club and the superfood kale, and the superfood kale and the roast beef and havarti we also enjoyed a pressed juice and an iced coffee. make sure you tell them not too lite or sweet. it's very sweet, but i took it as a treat to myself for trying First Watch for the first time overall good experience. would love if the bread wasn't as soft and maybe was toasty like the ham and cheese was! will be going back read more

We tried this place a few times as we have been to other locations in NJ and other states and it was good. This was disappointing again unfortunately. The servers are always too rushed and the service took forever. We never see a manager either. We had to send our eggs back like we did last time. One was over easy, the other well done and looked like it was left under the heat lamp. The food was not that hot and the pumpkin pancakes were well done on the bottom and the texture was weird and they were all falling apart. The food was very similar to MeeMoms so it was pretty good. The waitstaff however needs some customer service coaching. I've been a few times and most of the staff, one younger guy with dark curly hair inparticular, is always upbeat and personable. However, there is one waitress that acts like you're asking her to chew glass if you ask her for anything. I asked her for coffee and two teas - one decaf and one regular. She brought one tea and two coffee carafes. When I explained I asked for decaf tea she got snotty and told me I asked for decaf coffee. It was for my 7 year old daughter so that's absolutely not what I had asked for. I had to ask three times for waters and she never came to see if our food was okay. When I ordered, I had asked if the tea could be my daughter drink with her kids meal, and she said yes, but when the bill came she had charged us. When I questioned it, she told us that they "never do that" (every other server has said it's fine and it hadn't been an issue prior) and again got nasty and asked if we were going to pay for it or not. When I reminded her we asked about, when we ordered, and she walked away without saying anything but eventually brought us back a check with it removed. If she had been my first experience, I wouldn't have been back. read more

The grits were awful, thick and gummy. We didn't like the waffle it was not cooked properly and had raw parts inside. The iced coffee came sweetened and I was not advised to that fact. Overall it was a disappointing visit we will not be returning to first watch. read more

First of all this place does not deserve a review, it's owed a review. The service and waitresses were very nice and professional. Made sure our food was okay and had all of our needs. The food is amazing. My eggs were scrambled with cheddar to absolute perfection. The eggs weren't runny at all. My bacon was cooked enough that it wasn't fatty but also not burnt. This was my first time here. Definitely not my last. I had no idea they existed. So I came in for brunch and had coffee, Watermelon Wake-Up beverage, and the Farmhouse Hash. The coffee was great. Our bread that the sandwich came on was a bit burnt, and the egg whites were under cooked/gooey. However, the worst part was the wait. We came at around 10am on a Tuesday - the restaurant maybe had 8 tables. And for just two of us, we waited about 45 minutes for our food. A bit outrageous. And even more outrageous, our waiter never mentioned anything about it. No acknowledgement whatsoever. We will not be returning. read more

Food is okay. Service was terrible. We sat outside and nobody came for 12 minutes. We had to flag someone down and ask for service. Then table next to us said they waited 20 minutes as well. Too much confusion over who is serving which tables. Service staff obviously dissatisfied with how things are being run and that made it an unpleasant experience. We overheard two wait staff talk as about the previous customers as they were cleaning the table next to us. Very unprofessional and awkward. This place needs better management. We ordered egg whites and didn't get egg whites. Ketchup on table was empty. Someone needs to be on top of these things. read more

Tried to have breakfast for the first time yes it was a holiday morning however there were plenty of open tables. My partner and I were able to be seated instantly at a table outside. But then after 20 minutes plus of no one greeting us, bringing water, or taking an order we left. The few other tables around us kept having service but not us.
