I absolutely love first watch. The meals are always consistent and tasty. I love the addition of the seasonal menu that keeps me on my toes for something new. This location was nice and clean, and I recommend stopping by.

We really enjoyed eating here! It is a lovely place and they have great dishes incorporating traditional with a culinary flair.

I have always loved First Watch, so of course I needed to visit the one closest to me in my new city! Per usual, I was not disappointed with the service or my order. It was busy on a Sunday afternoon, but my husband and I were seated within 5 minutes. Our waiter was quick to get our drinks and our food order. I got the market veggie sandwich with tomato basil soup. They accidentally gave me the salad on the side instead of the soup, but quickly corrected it. I also got a cocktail (didn't know first watch had cocktails!!), with rum, coffee, and cinnamon. Tasty! My husband ordered the Parma Hash and was also very satisfied! We also split the cheese grits and ohhh were they delicious!! Obviously I'll be back b/c I love this spot and it has never let me down!

    Kids meal - pumpkin pancake

Went here for the first time today with my husband and kids (3 years and a 6 month old). Our host (who was also our server) was very friendly and held good conversation. I wish I could remember his name for a shoutout but he came from Chicago and has lived here for 3 years. We had a stroller with us and got put in an accommodating spot for that to fit. My 3 year old got a kids mat with crayons to keep her occupied for a bit and because she wanted a pumpkin pancake instead of chocolate chip, I think they were able to sub it and still get the kids price. I ordered the million dollar hash (seasonal) and a caramel crunch iced coffee (couldn't really taste the coffee, was mostly just sweet and creamy). The hash was phenomenal and I finished almost all of it. My husband got an omelette and the toast that came with it looked super good. We ordered the seasonal million dollar bacon but it came out just after our meal did so really didn't work out as an app like we had hoped for but everything did come out pretty quickly in their defense. The bathroom was out of paper towel (we got there around noon so they must have not gotten to replace it since morning rush). Not the end of the world but one of those detail things. I wish we had one of these near home!

Delicious breakfast spot in Chattanooga! Have gone for the previous two Sundays and both times had great presentation, delicious and filling meals. They know how to cook their eggs well. The seasonal pancakes were DIVINE! Chocolate chip, cinammon is such a great combination of flavor. In full honesty, I am not much of a breakfast person. This place makes me a breakfast person :) I will be coming back for several more visits to come!

Power Wrap. It is always delicious!

One of my favorite places to eat breakfast. I usually have the Power Wrap. It is a healthy, tasty way to start your day. Everything they serve looks delicious. Their staff are friendly and deliver excellent service every time. I highly recommend you check them out!

Maybe an off day. Omelette was basically a two egg taco filled with cold meats and vegetables. Won't be rushing back here.

Milk & Honey absolutely lived up to the hype. We went for breakfast, and despite the fact that they…read moredon't take reservations, we didn't have to wait at all which already felt like a small miracle. Our server Katie was fantastic. Since it was our first visit and everything on the menu spoke to us, she helped steer us in the right direction. I ended up ordering the pistachio croissant, and honestly... I'd go back for that alone. It was warm, huge by croissant standards, and absolutely heavenly. I even grabbed another one to take home because Future Me deserved a little happiness too. We also tried the raspberry lemon danish, which was a delicious combo, but the pistachio croissant stole the show without breaking a sweat. We started with the poutine, and while it wasn't the traditional version I've had before, it was incredible. Instead of cheese curds blocks, it came with pulled pork and melted cheese, and somehow it just worked. Comfort food with a little Southern flair. For breakfast, we had the ham and cheese omelet with breakfast potatoes. It was exactly what you want it to be--classic, satisfying, and impossible to regret if that's your usual order. I also tried the Liquid Gold juice. Their juice selection is impressive, but I may have accidentally found my forever order on the first try. It was so refreshing, with just a hint of ginger. For a hot drink, I highly recommend the London fog. I'm not usually a tea fan but if you don't want coffee, this is an excellent option. Before we left, we picked up some of their salted caramels to go, and they make the perfect little gift... assuming you have enough self-control not to eat them all in the car. The vibe here is upscale southern diner. One of the signs on the wall said, "All are welcome, but you need to act right," and honestly, that's the kind of life advice we could all use. I also really appreciated that parking was free. In Chattanooga these days it's hard finding a place where you don't have to scan a QR code, download an app, and pay to park just to eat. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Milk & Honey is absolutely worth a visit...and if you're debating the pistachio croissant, stop debating and just order it. Your only regret will be not getting a second one.

We spent some time outside before being seated, but the food and service made it worth it. I stayed in my carrier throughout the meal and was able to join my humans indoors. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and never made us feel out of place. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively, and the service was attentive even though the restaurant was busy. Now for the most important part of this review. While enjoying brunch, I witnessed something I never expected to see: a baby goat riding around the restaurant in a pet stroller. At that moment, I realized Chattanooga may be one of the most pet-friendly places I've ever visited. Between the great food, kind staff, and unforgettable people-watching opportunities, Milk & Honey ended up being one of our favorite brunch stops of the trip. Dogba's verdict: Excellent brunch, friendly service, comfortable carrier dining, and unexpected goat encounters. Five paws !

My wife has a gluten and dairy allergy, and I've got a tree nut allergy, Alpha-Gal, plus a diabetes kicker. We're usually a solid test for any kitchen. Both visits, the staff passed. Knowledgeable, showed genuine concern, and were able to make accommodations without a lot of back-and-forth. Good selection on the menu meant we weren't working from a short list of options either. Food was good across both visits--consistent, which matters as much as a single great meal. My son particularly liked the Brunch Sausage Burger. Looked good, and seemed entirely appropriate after a late night. Large space, tables well spread out, and located not far from downtown. Easy place to settle in whether you're with a crowd or just the two of you. Good for: small kids, business meals, casual meals, groups Would come back. Already did once.

I have been to the Nashville Frothy Monkey years ago but I really enjoyed this one in Chattanooga. I had the maple chicken salad with a side of bacon and it was delicious. Chicken salad was not overpowering in mayonnaise. It was sweet and had enough flavor. I liked that they paired it with mutigrain bread and chips and salsa. I enjoyed my golden milk latte also. Our server was great and I forgot to ask her for her name. Definitely recommend this place.
