The food here is spectacular. I had the eggs Benedict, million dollar bacon and the Watermelon Wake Up juice. Everything was incredible. The Watermelon Wake Up was sooooo good. Make sure you get this It was unlike any other watermelon drink I ever had. The million dollar bacon was candied bacon cooked with maple syrup. Again, this was super awesome too. The eggs Benedict were flavored with some kind of spice that made them better than most other eggs I have had of this type. Everytime I come here I love it and have had such amazing food! This time I got the Floridian a French Toast that was topped with kiwi, bananas, strawberries, and cake with this cherry jam. It was amazing and so refreshing! I'm so happy to see this place open and doing great during the COVID situation and will be back here very soon! They are taking 50% capacity inside and 100% outside so they are busy as they usually are with local patrons. I bring my out of town family member here every time and they love and rave about it too! This First Watch is kind of hidden on the east backside of Countryside Square Mall in Clearwater. On weekdays, it's quite easy to find a parking place in front but on the weekends it can be quite a challenge. I was quickly greeted and seated. One of the things that I like about First Watch is that a full cold water pitcher and coffee carafe are left at the table. It's been a while since I've eaten here so it took some time to decide on my meal. For my entrée, I decided on the Smoked Salmon & Roasted Vegetable Frittata. I comes with their small salad but I substituted it for Seasoned Potatoes.(see pic) The flavor of this frittata was exquisite. The smoked salmon wasn't too strong and the chive cream drizzle on top made it a delicious breakfast choice. As you can see from the photo, it was a large portion and I was quite full by the end, The service was friendly, fast and helpful. I can definitely recommend this location for an upscaled breakfast experience. Please do not be deterred by the crowded parking lot because the meal is worth the time and effort! Loved it! read more

It's a little tricky to find, but we ended up driving behind the strip mall and boom, there it is! I love that you can leave your name and number and browse the Tuesday Morning next door while you wait for your table, which is good because it appears they're always busy. I loved the menu selection; it's not your typical breakfast diner. They've got the classics but with up-to-date additions like kale tonics, acai bowls, avocado toast...pretty much everything a millennial needs to be happy in the a.m. The blueberry pancake was large and delicious! I got the avocado toast and subbed the side eggs for fruit cup (no upcharge). Added a side of potatoes which were delicious. My friend, who's vegetarian, got the market hash which she liked. New location since the last time we were here... and we are here multiple times while visiting. 2 times we did take out and once we dined in. The take out process was insanely fast. I like this place. They have really great breakfast and lunch. We went recently on a Monday at around 1130. It was not busy at all. I expected there to be a lot more people there. It's kind of hard to find, it's behind a few shops and kind of tucked away. Make sure to find Ross and it's directly on the other side. We were promptly seated by very friendly staff. We were given coffee and water. I figured the coffee was complimentary because they put it on the table upon arrival. But they do charge you $2.50 if you drink it. I had the 1/2 soup and salad with tomato basil soup and chicken Cobb salad. It was good. A generous portion of salad. Overall a good place for breakfast or lunch. Great staff. Prompt service. While Sunday is always crowded, it is even worse about 15 minutes after a service lets out. I am a huge fan of eggs Benedict, but the "hashes" are my weakness! This is my favorite First Watch. When we lived in Countryside we frequented this location. We always came on the weekend and there was always a long wait. However, as at most FW locations, once seated we were always satisfied with our food. The entrance is a little weird because it almost feels like you are going into the back of the restaurant, but that's the way this strip mall is built. When Papi said he wanted to use his First Watch birthday breakfast when the kids were back to school after Winter Break, I suggested we go to this one instead of the one in Carrollwood. To my surprise, since it was a Tuesday, there was no wait, but it was still buzzing with customers. This is the older concept FW with the old decor. It's clean and you can see the kitchen. I love that. I know the Carrollwood one has the farmhouse feel and that's cool too. I just love being able to see how organized and clean the kitchen is.The food is also clean. You always have healthy options to choose from, but very tasty. I love the fact that you can get a nice veggie juice that's in season. There are seasonal items on the menu that I love as well. The nicest upgrade that FW did recently was the coffee. It just came out about 3 months ago in late 2017. It's called Project Sunrise and it's fantastic. It's a Colombian fair trade coffee. On my second pour I didn't even use half and half as it had such a nice balanced flavor it really didn't need it. I loved the coffee so much I bought a bag on my way out. I've been enjoying this coffee at home for the past week. I've come into FW to grab a juice on the go, but now I may have to stop in to buy bags of this delicious coffee! There's one other breakfast chain that has me at their coffee and I can truly say that FW may have them beat with this one. read more

Gave this place a try again - in person this time. They only served 3 out of the 4 meals we ordered. The server never stopped by our table, even after we waved at her several times. For 15 minutes one person sat at the table with no food in front if them. We finally had to ask for a manager at the front. Brandon came over and after we told him what happened he said "that's a bummer" and offered us a free meal next time. There's unlikely to be a next time with this kind of service. The waitress then came by and said she completely forgot to put the order in. She then gave us $2 coupons for "next time". Just go somewhere else. This place is a joke. read more

I go to Tampa at least 6 times a year and this gem is a quick five minute walk from the condo. I go here just about every day I'm in town and it's an awesome experience. Great breakfast spot. They have a nice mix of traditional items along with some more unique dishes. Their pancakes are huge and tasty, and they have good options for omelets. Also they have a yummy strawberry+banana crepe dish covered in yogurt that comes with the muffin of the day that is very tasty. Coffee comes in a carafe for the table and they have a good assortment of individual premium creamers like French Vanilla or Toffee Hazelnut along with Hood brand half and half which was strange to see as its from Massachusetts. Food comes out very quickly and if I had to change anything it would be the antiseptic decor which makes you feel like you're eating in a hospital cafeteria. At least it is spotless and clean which is good compared to so many dirty greasy spoons I've been to over the years! =) Overall a very good option for breakfast or brunch. One last note, this location is kind of hard to find as it is tucked away in the back row of the Countryside Square strip mall, directly across the street from the Countryside Mall.
