Turkey, avocado, mixed greens, Monterey Jack cheese, mayo and bacon on sourdough bread. Solid pick for about $10. Everything was about $10 and I think the portion sizes are great for the price. probably one of my favoritiest brunch places to come whenever I am in town! Service is always on point and the food always comes out hot/warm! My all time fav is the Eggs Benedict, can never go wrong with that! Portion sizes are also big and you basically get for what you paid for! It was definitely very filling and delicious! Since this place is always packed, there is a wait time! Went to first watch probably an hour after opening and the wait time already was 20-30 minutes. Be patient, and wait for a table. They've usually had hot coffee in the waiting area when it is super busy, and if you're ready to order they will put it in before you're seated to minimize the wait time once you get to your table. I really wanted to enjoy my meal. I ordered the Trifecta. Was given a stone cold pancake. It was So cold the butter wouldn't melt. I was supposed to get syrup which I had to ask for. My eggs came much later. I ordered them over well, they came barely cooked. The server offered to redo my pancake. The same pancake was thrown in a microwave, was returned blisteringly hot, wet, and rubbery. I know it was the same pancake because it had the same bite mark from me before ( it was mine). First Watch is poppin! We had quite a wait before we could be seated for a table of 2 at about 12pm on a Saturday, (which is expected of a yummy place so no hate.) The app makes it easy to put your table in the wait line so thats cool. We got the million dollar bacon which speaks for itself because sheeeesh! Enough said. I'm not sure what to attribute it to but things have really gone downhill within the last year or so which has been made evident in our last last few visits. Most of the staff have changed and it's not even close to as welcoming or personable as it use to be. My family and I have been visiting here for over 3 years. Came in on a Friday at 1:45 the lady seating people (blonde lady with kind of a scratchy voice) saw me huffed and frowned and just said "5?" The majority staff now, l (the newer employees) seem to be more involved with chatting with each other than the actual guest and legit seem irritated doing there jobs, if you've been coming here you know that's NOT how things used to be here. Also struck me as odd how the same hostess could smoke in front of the bench right beside the entrance when a lot of their clientele is elderly. It's the best brunch place in town. Everything on the menu looks so delicious. We love all the food we ordered. Especially the million dollar bacon and the bottomless coffee. We also love the atmosphere there - super open space and quiet and very pleasant eating experience. Even the restaurant is packed, you don't feel it is crowded and loud. I really like the coffee they serve and it will wake you up unlike other diner coffee. I am a regular of this First Watch, and the reason for that is the food is clean and fresh. You can easily tell what you are eating, instead of wondering what nasty preservatives were used. The place has a very nice classy southern vibe, including large green couches, and glass milk jugs on each table filled with water. When you order water or coffee they bring your table your own large container, which I love because I do not need to ask or wait for refills. The place gets VERY busy on weekends, I highly recommend using the waitlist app, especially on Sundays because it is very popular with the church crowds. read more

This was my first time here, even though I'm not too far. Ordered breakfast for myself and husband. My omelette was perfectly done, the small salad was good and bread delicious, only issue were the avocados, most had dark spots. My husband ordered the special, short ribs hash poutin, the sauce was delicious, but he had a lot of trouble trying to find the meat, it was tiny pieces and few of them. There is a lunch menu as well as a breakfast menu. I have only had lunch here once and the sandwich was amazing. When I go, it is all about breakfast for me. They make multigrain pancakes that are served with a berry compote that is to die for! My favorite things though are the hash dishes. They make and serve them in small cast iron skillets so the potatoes are perfectly crisp. I like the hash with kale, onions, and goat cheese topped with two sunny side up eggs. The dish comes with whole grain toast and their own freshly made strawberry jelly. They have special seasonal dishes which are great too. The latest one was a chicken chimichurri hash topped with eggs. That should have been illegal! I was so hoping that would have been added to the menu permanently. The restaurant is clean, fresh, and modern inside. They have free wifi too. They offer coffee and infused water while you wait for a table. There are only two down sides to this restaurant. The first is the wait. Be sure to check in on Yelp to join the waitlist as the wait can be up to two hours on a weekend. There is only a very tiny space to wait in the restaurant so it is best to get on the list ahead of time or you will be standing for a long time. The second is there isn't a lot of quality control with the eggs. They are almost always overcooked with firm yolks but they replace them quickly if you tell the server. read more

The second time we went here after it was opened. Wait time 15mins and after we were seated took 30mins to get out order which is still ok. But I got a cold sandwich (i ate the same sandwich at the same place just a day ago and it was served warm) and my kid got a crispy hard and cold waffle. Say they were having a bad day with the rush. I asked them to give me a toGo box because my kid wanted to go to the loo. After I told the waiter, he went around talking and cleaning other tables and I was watching him. He then fetched new menus for the people to seat and then was talking to the other waiters. I feel the staff is not polite and very carefree. The potatoes were burned and the chorizo replacement tasted bitter as well . The server came by my table once and noticed that I had more then 1/2 the food pushed to the Side as it was inedible. She asked if she could replace it, to which I said no. I was expecting her to either take off the dish from my bill or atleast charge me 1/2 or 1/4 of my total. At first glance, I didn't know First Watch was a restaurant, because quite honestly the sign looks like it belongs to a doctor's office. The inside though, is adorable! First, expect a wait when you come. I came in today at 10 AM and didn't think it was going to be busy, especially since it was just me and a friend. The wait was 30 minutes. Luckily, they have some seats at the bar that is first come first serve. If you don't mind sitting next to strangers, it's perfect for you. The menu has a wide selection. There are items on the sweeter side like pancakes (chocolate chip, lemon ricotta, many more), french toast, and waffles, and also more savory things. The past 2 times I went, I got the smoked brisket hash and smoked salmon fritatta. They don't have the brisket hash anymore because that was featured on their seasonal menu, but I highly recommend the fritatta! Only downside- THEY WRITE HOW MANY CALORIES are in each dish. That's actually a good thing, but sometimes you just don't want to know. Anyways, the servers are friendly and fast. You can also get up to pay at the counter and not have to wait.
