The food was good and hot. The atmosphere was nice a little loud in there because it echoes, but it was very pleasant hour. Staff was excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection.

Been here a few times and it's always been a great experience. Staff is always friendly, food has always been so good! Even when there is a wait, it's not along one. Lots of healthy choices on menu as well!

Came here this past Saturday and had a delicious breakfast. Their cold brew is on point! I had the salmon omelet and I did like it however everyone else that I was with their meal looked sooo much better haha guess I gotta go back soon. The waitress really didn't talk to us much. She seemed annoyed that we were even there ‍ I would definitely suggest calling abs making a reservation before you leave your house

I went to First Watch for breakfast and was immediately greeted by friendly smiling staff. I was seated right away and throughout my visit, I had never really had to wait too long for anything. My drink would start getting low and it would get replaced. Great Service!! I liked how they had a variety of different healthy options to choose from. I ordered the A.M. Superfoods Bowl which was absolutely delicious!! Overall, great experience!!

Very nice experience. Especially when your daughter pays for it (she had a gift card which covered most - lol). I had the Breakfast Tacos. Excellent! Lots of food. She had the Eggs Benedict. Too much for her to finish. And of course we shared a plate of Million Dollar Bacon. Delicious! Service is fast and attentive. OH! and I almost forgot - the coffee is excellent.

Our favorite first watch! So much better than the one on university plaza drive, worth the drive. Food was bussin! Servers were so friendly and got our orders right. They are very busy on a Sunday but we only had a 5-10 min wait. There was only a few wilted leafs in my salad. The chickichanga was cooked perfectly and looked photo worthy. The people in the kitchen care about how the food tastes and that is so rare. The padded benches are actually comfortable unlike most first watches. It's right next to Ember.

An absolute must if you're in the area! Came for Saturday brunch and they brought us straight back, no wait even though they were bustling! Such a cool ambiance.

First Watch in Ft. Myers...this little gem has a well kept secret. We came here about a year ago and every time we go to Ft. Myers we stop by for some of their refreshing Morning Glory drink. This time like all the other times in town we picked up a few juices and cups of coffee to start our day. Are they social distancing? Yes, they are. Are they cleaning after every guest? Yes, they are. Do the employees have masks? Yes, they do. Are they doing outdoor seating? Not sure. Are we hoping to go again the next time we are in town? Yes, we are. We may not eat at the restaurant because lately we haven't been eating out, but we will definitely pick up some drinks.

Delicious breakfast/ brunch eats. Saturday mornings are popular! Plan on waiting a little bit to get your seat and for food to arrive. Highly suggest ordering a fun breakfast drink to sip on while your wait.

We came here for breakfast on Saturday because First Watch has good food and a big selection which will satisfy everyone's palate. We had been to this location a couple times as it is the closet location coming from Cape Coral/North Fort Myers. As soon as we walked in, we felt the harvest season. They updated their seasonal items and of course the pumpkin pie spice creamer were already here for your coffee. I ordered the braised short rib benedict and I really liked it. The pickled onions and arugula brought the benedict to the next level. Everyone was happy with their food, bacon and coffee.

Hubby had the chicken fried chicken and he loved it and his sides of potatoes and mac n cheese. Our family had fried chicken and they thought it was crispy outside, fried well and juicy inside. They also ordered a grilled ham and cheese with a side salad. Didn't get a ton of feedback on the meal but the plate was pretty well cleaned off when we got up! Our waitress was fast, efficient and really sweet. She quickly brought to go containers for our food and drinks. The ambiance of the restaurant gave it a very homey and rural feel, which was just fine with us. It sits nexts to the state farmers market which was not running during our visit. However it was still busy when we sat down to eat at 2 pm. Recommend it!

It's sports themed through and through with a special emphasis decor wise on baseball. The parking lot was pretty full right outside the restaurant which is on the first floor of the Double Tree hotel with its own separate entrance. Inside, it was half full which was surprising as it was early. The bar was pretty busy, too -- with a few loud drunk guys talking a bit too loudly. Annoyingly so. The kids had pizza from the children's menu. One of the kids (with allergies) had grilled salmon. Two of the adults had the fire cracker shrimp appetizer (including me). It had a slight kick. The breaded shrimp were slathered in sauce which I scraped off a bit. But the shrimp were good. The other adult had the burger sliders appetizer. He said they were good with plenty of grilled onions. Price wise, it wasn't too bad. The server nicely explained which drinks came with refills and which did not. That was helpful. And she provided crayons and a coloring activity page to keep the kids busy. We wouldn't normally come to a hotel restaurant unless we were staying nearby. But if you have a kid into baseball, they would like the decor, the photos, and all the TVs showing sports.

What makes Mango Rita's so special is the incredible lineup of tribute bands they bring in every week. If you grew up on the music of the 70s, 80s, and 90s like we did, this place is a dream. We've seen amazing tributes to bands like KISS, Duran Duran, David Bowie, Led Zeppelin, Guns N' Roses, AC/DC, Mötley Crüe and more--and the quality of the bands is outstanding. In fact, the shows are so good that we sometimes plan our trips to Fort Myers around which bands are playing! Beyond the music, the atmosphere is fantastic and the crowd always seems to be having a great time. It's one of those places where everyone is there to enjoy the music and have fun. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners, J.J. and her husband, and hearing their story. They previously owned one of the largest nightclubs on the East Coast in Maryland before bringing their passion for live music to Fort Myers Beach. After Hurricane Ian destroyed their original location, they rebuilt their vision further inland--and we're so glad they did. They're a wonderful couple and you can tell how much heart they put into this place. If you love live music, especially classic rock and iconic bands, Mango Rita's Rhythm Room is an absolute must-visit. We look forward to every show and can't wait for many more nights of great music there!

This restaurant is TERRIFIC…read more We ate here our first night in Fort Myers. It was near our rental. They had a lot of fires going in the outdoor dining area, giving a festive vibe. And the parking lot was packed. On a Tuesday. So we thought "what the heck." The less than happy hostess let us know their indoor dining room was booked, but we could be seated at an outside table on the deck. So first advice- make a reservation. Even on a Tuesday in February. We were hesitant, but the shades were drawn, creating a wind barrier, and the fires were plentiful. We actually lucked out. Because working the deck was James, the most funny, engaging, witty yet sarcastic waiter. Ask to be seated in his section. Wait for a table of his to open if you have time. You'll thank me later. Now for the food. This place offers a little bit of everything, so if you're dining with friends and family, everyone should find something to their liking. For appetizers we started with their Bruschetta and Calamari. The bruschetta is like not normal, it's COVERED in cheese, and I'm not complaining one bit. It basically made them like little slices of pizza. 6 pieces. Delicious. The calamari was fine. A good portion with a decent marinade dip. For entrees we had their special of the night, lobster mac, plus steak salad, Bouillabaisse and pasta primavera. Dinner is also served with bread and an olive oil dip. The steak salad is a terrific value, for $20 you can't make this at home any cheaper. And the steak is seasoned well and served with a honey mustard dressing, which is good, but this would be better with a horseradish based dressing. The lobster Mac comes in a very generous portion, with lots of chunky lobster, three different cheeses and breadcrumbs. I hate to see lobsters terrific flavor concealed with anything but a dash of mayo or butter, but this dish slaps. The pasta primavera is fine, it's pasta with a ton of veggies (we added chicken). But the star of the show was the Bouillabaisse. Apparently Cristof has some creole cooking background, or inspiration, or something. Our waiter James said this was his second favorite dish here (the scallops dish was #1) but I'm here to tell you, I don't care if you are only so so like shrimp, or are unsure about mussels, get this dish and you will be licking the bowl dry. It's that good. For dessert we got tiramisu, key lime pie, pecan pie and a this ice cream thing covered in chocolate (like a truffle) with a cherry middle. Sorry, can't remember its name, didn't take any pics because we got them to go, and forgot to ask if any were made in house. They were priced like they were made in their kitchen, and we would order any of these again, so go for it if you like your sweets! We are in this area once a year and will definitely be back, and maybe you'll consider going off the beaten path and trying out this spot too!
