Went with friends on a Saturday morning and was surprised we were seated within 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the space itself is bright with lots of natural light. I also liked that there's a bar area showing sports games, which adds to the fun vibe. I absolutely love Over Easy, and this location is GREAT! Nicole is a superstar and she is my favorite employee here. No offense to the others. It's just that she is full of personality and stellar at making our experience here special. Food? I've never been disappointed with my choices! Also, they are so accommodating here when you want to change things up a bit due to diets, allergies, etc. The ambiance is pretty much the same at all the Over Easy locations. All the dishes were good, me and my family really liked the pesto of the basil melt, and the bread was buttery and crispy. We chose three styles of potato as our sides since we wanted to try everything. They were good, my favorite was the sweet potato tots, a little sweet, more like a dessert for me. However, we asked for extra crispy for the hash brown, but it came out not so crispy. The buttermilk pancakes were very fluffy, and the syrup was not too sweet, perfect for sharing. It's far from a dive, but it's a super cute fresh, clean, modern diner. The Brunch Punch was one of the best brunch cocktails I've ever had. Perfectly sweet, rummy, and spritzy. The cinnamon roll looked INCREDIBLE but I got the Chicken and Waffles. Chicken came out hot! Succulent with a fluffy batter (could have used some salt) and waffle came out warm and a little flat. We're thrilled there is an Over Easy by our house now. It's often our go-to now after outdoor activities or entertaining guests from out of town. Even those that don't enjoy breakfast much have plenty to choose from as the menu has offerings for lunch as well! During peak brunch hours, this place is packed. Even when adding yourself to the online waitlist from their website, you may still have to wait for a table at least 20 minutes particularly on weekends. The loco moco is my favorite dish, since I miss it from Hawaii. It's a comfort food of sorts and my friends look at me funny as it is a burger patty over rice covered in gravy, but they added a nice personal touch with risotto rice and crispy lightly breaded onions and little flowers on top. The chilaquiles is my second favorite. It has warmth and the chips stay crunchy because they are so thick even with the thick Christmas style (red and green sauces) sauce is piled on the center of the dish. You don't need to do Christmas style though. I just order it that way since I can never choose! Each season, there are specials. Fall was awesome because one of the drinks was a pumpkin chai latte. The regular chai latte is also good though. The orange juice is always a treat since there is a giant robotic looking machine in the bar area that squeezes them daily. The place is family friendly and they offer menus that are made to entertain kiddos. Sometimes they have crayons or more recently, little colored wax that can be modeled into cool shapes and allow for creativity. read more

I have to admit the chicken fried steak was way over cooked and hard to chew. The eggs, toast, and gravy were very good. Normally I order orange juice but at $6.19 a glass for fresh squeezed that is a hard pass. They remade the chicken fried steak and got it out quick and it was better but the steak was still tough.
