Unfortunately all locations suck. My group signed up for the waitlist and I get a text message that they have our table ready and we have to be there in 5 minutes. We were going to make it and then I get a text message 3 minutes later that we got kicked out of line earlier? I called the restaurant to confirm and they told me not to worry about it and they'll put me back in line. I talk to the lady at the front and she was as clueless as can be. When she put us back at the front of the line, we had to wait another 40 minutes for our table? I'm so confused. Was our table never even ready? What is up with this place? I went to breakfast there with my husband and son. I had such high hopes. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs and potatoes. My husband and son bother ordered the trio with a waffle, eggs (they both subbed potatoes, which is great), and choice of meat. My son got the pork sausage(he liked) and my husband got the bacon (was over cooked and lacked flavor imo). Everything was just ok. My biscuits and gravy were lukewarm and overall the potatoes were undercooked. We were served flat soda, sprite looked like water. Food seemingly looks healthy until reading the calorie count, calorie from fat count and the sodium levels. All extremely high for a "healthy" "elevated" breakfast space. The Kale Tonic and Morning Meditation drinks are super fresh and refreshing , you can really taste the quality ingredients, and they're a great healthy start to the day. Waited 25 min to see our server again, she forgot me still needed to order. We did. My email arrived and was cold. My wife's meal never came. After 2 hrs there, we canceled her meal, and I let her eat mine. Table next to us, stated they had a different server, equally as hard to find. We both felt it was a struggle to spend money, and all of us felt as if we were an inconvenience for being there. No apology, no warmth, no care. Our first time here and the ambience was nice. Love the outside waiting area. We went around 12pm and used the waitlist on their website (love this idea). The food was okay, nothing too crazy. Our server seemed nice but never told us her name, only saw her twice (to take our order and give us our check), she never asked if we wanted any water refills and when we asked for a Take out box she never came back with it. We got take out here today and was severely disappointed. First of all, phones and online ordering were down. We tried calling for over an hour so we eventually went down there and ordered in person. It took 30 min to get our food and my husband's hash was missing spinach and the potatoes were either undercooked or burnt. We will never go back. As someone who was born and raised in South Florida, I think it's amazing that they've expanded out here to Vegas! The service was really good, and the food was INCREDIBLE!!!! Our server, Sofia, was amazing; as well as all of the employees out on the floor. The lighting inside is very nice, lots of open windows. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a new brunch spot. Pretty disappointed. It was our first time here and we got seated as soon as we walked in BUT we sat at our table for 30 minutes without 1 person stopping at our table to greet us, bring water or let us know they would be right with us. Nothing at all. Employees kept walking passed our table an no one served us or even spoke to us. It's a Wednesday morning and restaurant wasn't even very busy. We also witnessed a couple sitting next to us wait for their check for about 15 minutes and they finally got up and walked to the front to pay so they could leave. We wont be coming back, sadly. I decided to sit at the counter since it would have been an extended wait for a table. I had an offer for a free juice but they were completely out. I then ordered the classic breakfast of Belgian waffle, apple chicken sausage and scrambled eggs. It took a long time for my order to arrive and of course my waffle was hard as a brick and cold as ice. I had the waitress take it back. She left me with the eggs and sausage. I started eating those items while they were hot but of course by the time the new hot waffle came out, my eggs and sausage was cold. Also, the chicken sausage was over cooked and burnt on the top. So disappointed because I had been waiting to check out this new place. I think it will be awhile before I return. Let them get rid of the kinks, I hope. read more

Introducing Hendersons newest gem, First Watch. The interior is southern rustic charm while the food is fresh and flavorful. However there are a few kinks to be worked out.. I'll start with the kinks... first off don't bother using the 'get in line' option on the website. I did this and added my phone number to be on the waitlist however we arrived, checked in and I was never notified about our 2 person table being ready. This is definitely one kink that needs to be worked out. If you're going to offer putting your name down prior to arriving it needs to be effective. The only other issue was at checkout. I gave the hostess our ticket to look up and pay, but when I asked for a copy of the receipt (she tossed the original one already) she was unable to do so. Minor issue but that should be a pretty basic option. Now for the positives.. try everything and if it's busy watch for the bar to have open seating. My husband grabbed 2 seats at the bar so we were able to skip the 30-45min initial wait time to be seated. The coffee tasted fresh and bold. I also enjoyed how they leave a fresh pot of coffee available for you to easily refill your cup. After coffee we ordered fresh orange juice and the purple haze refresher. Delicious! And refreshing. Breakfast was served soon after. First up was a single blueberry pancake followed by traditional eggs Benedict and the works omelet. The pancake was one of the best I've ever had, not dry, didn't require a lot of syrup and was hard to stop eating. You can't go wrong! I also do like that our food came out all at the same time and we left stuffed. Overall I would highly recommend this establishment and can't wait to go back and try some of the lunch options. Walked in, was greeted at the door then they sat us down at a table in the back of the restaurant. Just a small group of 4 including myself, wife, mother, and daughter. Waited for 15 minutes, mind you, on a slower day for this restaurant that wasn't even half full, and no one stopped by to take our drinks or place an order. As we walked out we let the hostess know, mind you in a gentle/kind way, that we weren't approached by any of the servers and they just say oh sorry. And they simply left it at that. Love this place!! I've been in both Texas and Arizona and they finally opened restaurants in Vegas which I was so excited about. I went to the soft opening of this location and it was great! The service was amazing and quick which I appreciated. The food was good as usual, I always recommend the Trifecta it's my favorite this on the menu along with the Kale Tonic and Purple Haze juices. I want to start by saying the food is real good, the flavors are amazing. this was our second time there. the place is always very busy and we waited about 20-30 minutes to be seated. the first time we were seating inside. Today we chose the patio, the wether was perfect, plus they have ceiling heaters. My reason for the just three start review is the service, it leaves a lot to be desire! after were seated and within several minutes we have a waitress for the order of drinks and we were able to give our food order. my daughter and me decided to share a sandwich the comes with a bowl of tomato/basil soup. I requested a second bowl of soup for myself. the sandwiches came, we were a party of four. my daughter got the soup. I didn't, mentioned to the server and she agree to bring the soup. probably 15 minutes went by and no soup. my daughter went in the restaurant and requested my soup. was told it would be there soon, another 10 minutes passed and my son went in to request the soup, again, now this is the third time, during all this time our server never came to ask if we needed anything, eventually about 5 minutes later I bit the soup, By then I and the rest of the party have finished our meals. That is when our server showed up with the ticket! we didn't encounter the same issues when we ate in the dining room. read more

The service here is slower. I understand it is their second week since opening. They are limiting the number of tables they seat so the kitchen can produce quality food. There is a waitlist for the waitlist. You have to join the first waitlist (about 45-60 mins). Check-in with the person at the front of the door. Then, wait an ADDITIONAL 20-30 minutes for your table to finally be seated. After ordering, expect another 20-25 minute wait for your food to be served. Total wait is 2 HOURS since adding my party to the list online. Your safest bet is to join online (about 1 hour before you plan on physically being there). You will have an additional wait in person, despite your name being #1 on the waitlist. The first time I went, the waitress gave us our check within 10 minutes of receiving our food. The waitress did say "no rush, take your time." This practice is unusual for me as normally, customers ask for the check when they are done with their meal, but our check was automatically dropped off at the start. This deterred my party from ordering a plate of french toast to share for "dessert". The second time I came, our waitress gave our check towards the later half of our meal, which is an improvement from the first time. They serve water in a glass jug that you pour yourself. The waiters at this location are not as present as in, you see them rarely walk up and down their section checking on their tables. The food is good and it is the first month of opening, so there is room for improvement. read more

We went to First Watch today for the first time in Henderson, NV. We were excited cause it always seems busy and the food photos are Instagram worthy, however, everything about our experience today was awful. The chairs we sat on were so hard and uncomfortable that I had to fold my husband's jacket to sit on it. The service was terrible. Our waitress went missing after the food was delivered. We had to ask someone else for syrup cause our waitress never brought it. The food looks good in photos but it completely lacked in flavor. I ordered the tres leches French toast and there was no tres leches .... it was so dry and had zero flavor. My husband ordered the Trifecta, and the pancake was underwhelming with no flavor. The only item I enjoyed was the blueberry lemon cornbread. Honestly, I am so disappointed at the food quality and the service. The waitress never brought us the check. I had to go to the cashier and pay without my bill cause she never came back to our table. I do not know why there is always a wait for this place cause it was awful. We won't be back. read more

We should have left when we were told the wait would be 30-45 minutes. It ended up being 55! Once we were seated the server came by and said he'd be back for our drink order. He passed our table another 2-3 times before coming back for our drink order. Not an attentive server at all! My husband ordered an omelette. The server didn't ask what kind of toast he wanted. We had to flag him down to let him know. The food was good but not worth that wait! No drink refills on my tea until I requested it, again after flagging down our server.
