We went for a late brunch and we had a great time! They serve made-to-order breakfast, brunch and lunch meals crafted with the best ingredients available. From freshly-ground coffee, fluffy pancakes, omelets , bowls and other brunch favorites, to tasty sandwiches and refreshing salads. Everything is made fresh from scratch, and you can tell that's a high level of a breakfast place. Upon entering the place, we were surprised how spacious the restaurant is and how contemporary decor is, very bright, inviting and had great energy due to the color choices and decor. It was energizing and relaxing at the same time. They also have a great big patio for you to enjoy your delicious breakfast outside . The food was served very quickly and it was delicious. We had: Floridian French Toast. That was not too sweet, just the right combination of sweet and flavor. We also had: the veggie burger - the bun was great - definitely high quality and the patty was perfectly cooked the way we liked it. Their side : a Million Dollar Potatoes is a Must Have! The best roasted potatoes ever!!! The Ham and Gruyère melt paired with a Tomato Basil Soup was definitely one of our favorites, it was freshly made and you can taste it in every bite, definitely a must try! They also serve the most delicious healthy juices/ my favourite is "Purple Haze "and great iced coffee choices too. The service was great also . We celebrated Valentine's Day brunch with our family at First Watch and had such a great experience. The wait time was exactly what they told us, which we really appreciated. This new restaurant is clean and the colors and decor is inviting. Courtney was our server, and she truly went above and beyond. She was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. She made sure we had everything we needed and made our brunch feel extra special. My husband and I own our own business and we value great customer service. The food was delicious! Went for the first time on July 4th and enjoyed the experience greatly repeated a visit today -- this is 100% out of the norm for me to goto the same restaurant for breakfast 2 consecutive days in my home city. Very friendly service staff for 830am after a holiday. Restaurant was not very busy when we arrived. Staff is very cordial, polite, accommodating and full of smiles. Today, we ordered different menu items than the day before. Food was served in a very reasonable time -- I had the Chipotle Steak & Queso Hash with poached eggs (summer menu special), my partner had the Farmhouse Hash and we shared (1) plain whole grain pancake. Absolutely very filling where price paid equals value of the quality of the food ordered. Our server, Courtney, was extremely friendly and accommodating with a great sense of humor (100% appreciated.) Restroom (aka Washroom) is gender neutral and very clean which is important--if a restaurant takes care of ensuring clean public restrooms, then the BOH and FOH operations will follow suit accordingly. I left a separate review for our 1st visit experience on Google Reviews yesterday because of the amazing great experience--my partner convinced me to try 1st Watch which I will admit I was not enthusiastic at the beginning but based on both consecutive days experiences, I can say I found a new weekend breakfast spot. read more

Caucasian people walked in and he asked them how many they are and assist them before us. I told him that we come in first and he didn't even apologize for his mistake. Just visited First Watch for breakfast and will be adding to our breakfast rotation! I had the mint chocolate iced coffee with cold foam it was delicious! For breakfast chilaquiles which had barbacoa, red sauce, tortilla chips, beans, avocado and cheese. It was so good! Love the vibe of the restaurant open, airy and bright. Great service and great ambience. The place was clean and cute. Food was not it, got the seasonal Chipotle steak & queso hash and it was very salty couldn't finish it. I've been driving by this restaurant almost daily and gave it a try for breakfast. We ordered the biscuits and gravy along with the million dollar bacon. We're definitely coming back! I'd give it a 4.5...not the greatest breakfast place I've been to, but a solid meal for sure. Tried the avocado toast which is loaded with guac. The candied bacon was good..bit on the spicy side but good nonetheless. Eggs were fine and the potatoes were done to nice a crispy. My favorite part was the waffle. I will not write a review unless there's a big problem or the business is deserving of a huge compliment. First Watch gets my compliment! The food, the ambience, and the service... each and every time has been spot on. They have a good system in place. The food is not overpriced unlike other breakfast places... (babystacks next door recently went out of business). And also the food presentation is spectacular! It is always beautiful! Definitely insta worthy every time. I also wanted to send a huge kudos to whoever hired Israel the waiter. What a charming, polite young man. Service with a smile. Just the right amount of checking in. The menu was over-the-top, and the food was disappointing--from rock-hard toast to a burnt tortilla under a waffle. Water barely showed up. Food was fine. Nothing to write home about. The grits were weird (yellow cornmeal?) and had a dry gluey texture. My eggs benedict was strange too. The bread it was served on was like a cross between a biscuit and ciabatta and wasn't toasted or warm. The hollandaise was very lemony. My boyfriend's chicken chimichanga was smothered with the same lemony hollandaise as my benedict even though the menu didn't mention that detail. He didn't really like it. He said the potatoes were really good though. I really enjoyed the leafy salad that came my benedict. The service wasn't bad. The staff kept enthusiastically saying "yall" which was like nails on a chalkboard because it was forced. I'm from the south and we don't say it like that. Almost felt like a gimmicky script or like they were making fun of a southern accent. The place smelled faintly of sewage. Not the most appetizing odor when coming in for breakfast. Came in for our first visit in the later part of the afternoon. No wait so we were seated right away. There was a very pungent smell like sulfur when we walked in. The waiter said it was probably eggs but it was much stronger than that. Eventually you get used to it as he said he didn't smell anything. Very pleasant waiter brought us some water right away. We sat at a table and I will say the wooden chairs are not comfy at all, definitely would ask for a booth next time. We ordered the donut holes: pretty good. I prefer alittle more fluffiness. The tres leches French toast was very good. My husband enjoyed his frittata and the potatoes that came with my daughter's egg sandwich were amazing. She liked her sandwich but it came with mashed avocado and she asked for no avocado. We just scraped it off. Overall, I recommend giving them a try. The large party next to us sat down after us and received their food before us. I had higher expectations. The service was amazing Manny was fantastic and everyone else was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very clean and inviting. My only comment Would be the food. My omelet was over cooked and had very little toppings and next to no cheese or sour cream cream, and my potato's were extremely over cooked. My wife's food was not very good the breakfast tacos were bland and lacked flavor. The coffee was fantastic and the fresh juices are spectacular. I'm not sure if it was just the lack of experience I am hoping they will step it up a little. Overall not sure I will go for a little while. We shall see. read more

I tried First Watch at every location in Las Vegas because I first found them in the Midwest and loved the food and hospitality. The food has not changed always good at each location now the hospitality sucks out here and good help is hard to find is very evident. But today should not have happened ppl come to your establishment because we are hungry and want good food. Yea I can cook but was leaving it up to you and paying wasn't the problem, but to not get my order at a table of 1 was unacceptable after the tables around me were getting their orders I was very hungry when I came in and left with no food, only angry and fed up. Will I give First Watch in Vegas another try probably not since I've tried each location on more than one occasion and each time the hospitality gets worse. Took another 10 mins just to get waters. Server didn't introduce themselves. Server didn't give any suggestion for food items. It took 40 mins for us to get our food and we were only a party of 4. Server never came back to check how our food tasted. After 20 mins of looking for her, my mom's food wasn't made properly and it took another 15 mins just to remake 2 eggs after everyone was already done eating. Our waters were never refilled. Server never offered dessert or dessert like item after mentioning there was a birthday. Server only had 4 tables at this time. Maybe she's new, but this was the 3rd time we had not so good service. Went to try this place out. Tried out the farmhouse hash and tres leches French toast. The atmosphere was good. Food was good. The tres leches was ironically not at all like tres leches. It was pretty dry as far as the toast goes. My husband liked his hash. We only waited like 15 mins to be sat. Greeted soon. Once we got our food the server did not however check on us and we had to flag him down for refills. Overall the experience and food were ok but not sure if it's enough to make me go back for more. Lastly, after inquiring how much long our food would take, we're told it would be a few more minutes (another 10 minutes later), expecting food would come out hot and nope!!! It wasn't! Immediately brought this to server's attention. He offered to have the plate remade but I was hungry so just ask for the meat to be replaced. My husband dearly loved his hash plate; however, I ordered the salmon eggs Benedict and it was horrible. First off the eggs were indeed runny but still way under cooked. Ideally eggs are 3-4 min poached, runny and jammy yolks, but whites should be solid. When I picked up a bite of egg it ran straight through my fork like soup! Then there was the salmon--a bit off in taste. Ugh! I love smoked salmon but it should never have a sharp fishy flavor! Mine was inedible. So I took my 3" square Ciabatta roll, turned it over, and soaked up the runny egg. I got about 1/2 of one egg eaten, a bit of roll, and a 2 cups of salad greens as my breakfast. Not worth $14.99 for poorly cooked eggs, & dodgy salmon. Never ordering that again! Chef, learn the proper poached egg technique or go to remedial cooking school. read more

So so noisy..you can't cheaply correct that and it's too bad but you can correct #2. 2.
