My husband dearly loved his hash plate; however, I ordered the salmon eggs Benedict and it was horrible. First off the eggs were indeed runny but still way under cooked. Ideally eggs are 3-4 min poached, runny and jammy yolks, but whites should be solid. When I picked up a bite of egg it ran straight through my fork like soup! Then there was the salmon--a bit off in taste. Ugh! I love smoked salmon but it should never have a sharp fishy flavor! Mine was inedible. So I took my 3" square Ciabatta roll, turned it over, and soaked up the runny egg. I got about 1/2 of one egg eaten, a bit of roll, and a 2 cups of salad greens as my breakfast. Not worth $14.99 for poorly cooked eggs, & dodgy salmon. Never ordering that again! Chef, learn the proper poached egg technique or go to remedial cooking school. read more

We went to the first day of First Watch on Stephanie and it was GREAT! Our server Daniel was great to us all morning, and was helpful with suggestions. This was the first time we'd ever been to a First Watch so we weren't sure what to order. We started out with coffee and a couple of the juices. Highly recommend trying the juices, we had the Purple Haze and the Morning Meditation and they were both excellent. For food, we went with the Tres Leches French Toast, the Salmon Benedict, and a side of the Million Dollar Bacon. It was very, very good. I loved the Salmon Benedict. The Million Dollar Bacon had me wanting to figure out how they get it to cook so perfectly.. it literally is the perfect bacon with the perfect seasonings on it. I could eat that bacon every day for the rest of my life, it was so good. Overall, a very nice experience at First Watch. And we will definitely be back! read more

I tried First Watch at every location in Las Vegas because I first found them in the Midwest and loved the food and hospitality. The food has not changed always good at each location now the hospitality sucks out here and good help is hard to find is very evident. But today should not have happened ppl come to your establishment because we are hungry and want good food. Yea I can cook but was leaving it up to you and paying wasn't the problem, but to not get my order at a table of 1 was unacceptable after the tables around me were getting their orders I was very hungry when I came in and left with no food, only angry and fed up. Will I give First Watch in Vegas another try probably not since I've tried each location on more than one occasion and each time the hospitality gets worse. Sad part about this encounter is the manager Shanon walked past my table several times and didn't check in with her staff to see what was going on with my order. read more

Took another 10 mins just to get waters. Server didn't introduce themselves. Server didn't give any suggestion for food items. It took 40 mins for us to get our food and we were only a party of 4. Server never came back to check how our food tasted. After 20 mins of looking for her, my mom's food wasn't made properly and it took another 15 mins just to remake 2 eggs after everyone was already done eating. Our waters were never refilled. Server never offered dessert or dessert like item after mentioning there was a birthday. Server only had 4 tables at this time. Maybe she's new, but this was the 3rd time we had not so good service. The large party next to us sat down after us and received their food before us. Food is good. Service is good. Restaurant is clean and beautiful. Prices are not extreme. Great place for brunch. My only gripe is that you can't call ahead or get reservations. Try to avoid going on Sundays. The church crowd will have you waiting a long time for a table and there's very limited seating in the waiting area. You will end up elbow to elbow standing with strangers unless you want to wait outside and get cooked by the sun. Other than that, great experience. read more

Honestly tasted like US Foods slop. The chilaquiles were so mid. They used tortilla chips from a bag I'm sure and black beans from a can. The egg was scrambled rather than sunny side up , never had chilaquiles with scrambled eggs. Our other dish had chicken sausage which was lukewarm and the potatoes tasted like they came from a bag. The pancake was also just ... there. Iced coffee tasted like gas station coffee. There are much better places in Vegas ( cough cough craft kitchen) and I regret not driving further. The food was wonderful. I had the power wrap. It was so good. The service was also very good. Lots of windows so the atmosphere was bright and happy. The bathrooms were very nice and private. I was invited to attend this First Watch locations soft opening the other weekend. The food was ok, although my market frittata hardly had any sun-dried tomatoes in it and that was its selling point for me, the service was standard. The Purple Haze drink was amazing. This location is pretty small inside with underwhelming atmosphere and that far too overused simi-industrial atmosphere vibe. The one trend like "Chipotle" with the unfinished ceiling trend that so many restaurants have been overdoing for the past 15-20 years. If I'm going to overspend on a breakfast sandwich then the restaurant should at least spend the money to finish building a ceiling above me. Overall I found this location disappointing in food/service/value compared to my experience at the eastern location a couple months back. Not that this location is bad or anything... just didn't seem worth their menu prices for the dining experience. read more

First Watch is my Last Watch. We waiting (2 of us) for a long time and noticed other larger parties were being seated ahead of us. This is a no no in the restaurant business. people notice. Then we finally got seated, after I bugged the host 3 times, and it took over 8 minutes to have someone come over and take our drink order. We noticed during our wait that service was very slow. So when the wait person came we decided we were not going to give this restaurant our business. There are plenty of other breakfast locations that have the experience and knowledge to give their customers a breakfast to remember. I was so impressed with my first visit that I went back a couple weeks later. I ordered the Farmhouse Hash to go. I was sooo disappointed because onions and potatoes were burnt. It made the experience very unpleasant and I won't likely go back. A couple at the table across from us got up and left because they sat for a long time without being acknowledged by a server. We were close to doing that before our server finally showed up. When I went to pay, I told them the experience wasn't good and they didn't seem to care. They offered me a buy one get one free card for my next visit, but I doubt I'll go back. There are plenty of other places in the same area with better food and service. read more

First watch: everything started off great upon arrival waited less than 5mins to be seated, we got coffee about 10mins later and put our order in.....waited over 45mins for our meals, no food was ever brought out....The waiter had to retake our order because the ticket was apparently lost. We watched guest come in and be seated after us, order their food and get their food while we continued to wait....Were told the manager would come speak to us and she came after food was brought out with the bill for the meals we had ordered for the second time almost hour ago at this point, with a BOGO coupon to return for better service next time. I was in shock on how she handled the situation, she came and expressed other guest had experience delays with their orders as well and she was on the phones with IT trying to get the issue resolved. However my daughter and I watched others come in without an issue. This was a very troubling first experience here at First Watch I was truly looking forward to enjoying a good meal and the atmosphere of the restaurant and unfortunately I don't see myself coming back. The service: POOR Food: Bland, Plain, nothing unique flavor wise (looked pretty on the plate) Management: I believe the manager needs a course on how to handle situations that occur during dinning experience or at least put herself in the shoes of the patrons to get the type of service she would want if she sat down to dine. I believe if any other customer had that experience the outcome could have been very different as that was very disappointing and insulting to charge a customer after having them wait for an hour for a meal because their ticket was lost somehow. I felt bad for waiter but, he could've checked in sooner to see how everything was going. He noticed when guest after us were served and we hadn't been yet. Hopefully they get it together otherwise that restaurant won't make it with that type of service The waiter felt bad after the manager didn't handle the situation and said he would go talk to her and he came back and said she was on call but she told him to take care of the ticket. I think he took responsibility for the ticket when that definitely wasn't his job. I appreciate him trying to step up and I don't know the young man's name but he helped out on taking care of the ticket when I expressed the manager brought bill with no discounts or complimentary items for inconvenience only a BOGO coupon for next visit.
