I ordered online, and my god, this food is amazing. It's warm and fresh, and the fruit is delicious. I had ordered some for my sister as well, the bacon and eggs, and she loved it!! The pancakes were huge and yummy with the fruit added on top. 10/10 place. The people who handed me my food were also very kind. When I came to pickup, it was very easy to find the door, and when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. Very beautiful place, the food and service were amazing! read more

Honestly I love first watch. My boyfriend and I are trying out their new spring items. The drink, fantastic. The Al Pastor Tacos not the best, good, but could've been better. We have yet to try the crab avocado toast but I assume it's better than the banana caramel French toast! There was way too much caramel sauce on it, it was too sweet . Service here is hit and miss. I've been here and the service is exceptional and I've been here when I've been seated and waited 20 minutes to be addressed. The food is always really good. I will have to agree with another review in saying that it does seem like they need more help. I come here almost every weekend. The Belgian waffle is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. I do like the breakfast potatoes with the onions. If you do come in don't be afraid to sit at the community table if it's too busy. I think it's a nice touch. It would be nice if it wasn't so close to everyone waiting on a table. On occasion you do get that random person standing next to you while you're eating. read more

As always, the food at this First Watch was phenomenal. You can't find a better restaurant for breakfast. However, the service at this location is lacking. It took over 25 minutes for our table to even receive water and after we finally got it, it took another 15 minutes just to get the juice we ordered. After we received our food we didn't get a single other visit from our waitress until it was time to pay the bill. Convenient timing, right? First Watch will always be my first choice for breakfast food, but this location could use some additional help or some new waiters. read more

Consistently good breakfast and brunch food at a good value for the money. Love the bright and uncluttered dining room. This time we tried 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 salad lunch. Ham and gruyere cheese sandwich was tasty. My avocado chicken salad with cilantro was fresh. My wife loved her choice of salad with warm pecan sauce topping. To me it tasted more like dessert salad if there is such a thing. The only unsatisfying experience was the coffee. It was very weak and low in aroma or taste. Compared to Starbucks coffee this coffee was 1/10 in strength. I will go back but will not order coffee. read more

I was intrigued by the Million Dollar Bacon...bacon with a touch of cayenne and black pepper then drizzled in maple syrup...AMAZING!! My husband got a ham and guyerie cheese sandwich and soup. I chose a club and soup. We both chose the Italian Wedding Soup and it was very rich and tasty. I thought the bread on my sandwich was a little thick so it was a little hard to eat. Friendly and prompt service. I usually opt for the traditional breakfast. This location is smaller than most others I've been to so always use the app because seating is very limited. They have a great chicken sausage patty and fruit bowl that you just can't get anywhere else. (At least I haven't found it) Food usually get sent out to table the moment it touches the window so it's always hot. I avoid this place with a large group because I've seen other groups of 6-8 people come in and get their food in shifts and complain that either everything didn't come out at the same time or that it was cold. Usually come with wife and son or a friend and it always quick friendly service. I've tried a few other items on the menu but always usually end up back at that traditional breakfast. It's so good. I truly enjoy going to this restaurant when I can I am disabled, and I order from them at least three times a week talk with district manager, Hannah about an incident, one of their managements name Dwayne rude at the Westport location i'll call corporate office who directed me to Hannah. I ordered something different today but I couldn't eat it because it contained gluten. The customer service I experienced from Sam when I brought this to his attention was top notch. We arrived at the busiest hour, on foot actually as it is within walking distance. The parking lot is shared with Sprouts which is always packed...we checked in and told 20 to 25 but it was more like 27. I see many negatives on the service here but this place is like a New York deli and they have the help of a KC bistro/breakfast/brunch place. When we were seated the service was decent and the food was great, as usual. The chess-player had the lunch a BLT concoction and I choose the pumpkin pancake breakfast...and can I just tell you, that was the best pancake I have ever had. And the over easy eggs were, well, let's just say that the chess-player was dipping his sandwich in the egg juice. YES they were that good. The menue has many options. Choose wisely. My Wife ordered the Baracoda? Great presentation and was prepp'ed very well. The Gruyere cheese matched great with the bacon and avocado. The omelette egg was delicious. How do i know this. Because what I ordered was horrible. The infamous Biscuts and Gravy. i like turkey sausage gravy. Hmmmm sounds good. No hash brown option. Now this dish comes with toasted Biscut with Turkey sausage gravey. Breakfast potatoes with special onions. Two Cage free eggs. Which I ordered over medium. "Cooked whites with yoke" Special All Right. Hard like Deviled Eggs. The Biscut was to toasted and burnt slice 1. No gravy between. Burnt slice 2 gravy poured on top. A slap of potatoes on the side. Now the gravy was great but not enough to cover up the burnt biscut slices. The potatoes special onions were burnt onions. The most aweful biscuts and gravy i have every had. Even the time i screwed them up at home. This item should be X86 off the menue. Do not ever attempt to provide a menu item your not good at. Burnt = Bad. At least i got to try my wife brunch left overs. Bad enough experiance that I will never go back. Even if the restaurant is that spiffy, organic and all that. read more

I was introduced to First Watch through an Elite Yelp event and I am so happy to have had that opportunity because it is now one of my top favorite places to eat out at with friends and family. The service is terrific, the food delicious, and their menu offerings creative. I'm a bit of an avocadohaulic and have many options to satisfy that craving. My go to is the elevated egg sandwich with some very satisfying coffee but the best thing I ever had was a seasonal item from spring 2018 called chimichurri hash. I still dream about that exceptional dish with every visit. This place is always busy, don't be afraid to utilize the community table! On my son's graduation day it was so packed the wait time was close to an hour but the community table luckily had just enough spots for our party of four. Everyone who joined us at the table was nice and friendly and then we each simply went about our own business. Upon my next visit, my friend and I were seated at a regular table and it wasn't that different from being at the community table privacy-wise. Another option is to check in on their app before going to cut down on the wait time. They amazingly offer their awesome coffee for free while you wait.
