    Beet juice and mocha
    Molly L.

We came here on a weekend morning and the place was pretty busy so we had to wait around 5-10 minutes to be seated. I ordered the veggie skillet and my friend ordered the salmon Benedict. Everything was excellent. The potatoes had so much flavor and so did the veggies in the scramble. It all had a lot of flavor and made it easy to overeat. The only thing we didn't really like was the carrot cake pancake. It didn't have a ton of flavor but it was fluffy. The beet juice I ordered was made fresh as well. You pay via an online link or at the front -- there's actually not an option to pay through the waiter. Overall, this place is very busy and the tables can seem very small and cramped given how packed this place can get. But it's still a very solid place to have brunch.

My husband and I visited this spot on a lazy Saturday morning! The inside of this restaurant is cute with a modern farmhouse decor theme. It was designed to be a perfect brunch spot! The food wasn't something that we would go back to eat though! Safe to say we were very disappointed! We would say the food was pretty mediocre and the portion sizes left us wanting more. We ordered The Works omelet and the Belgium waffle for a bit of sweet and savory. The waffle seemed under done and lacked in flavor. It was pretty lackluster and basic honestly! The berry compote may have been the best part! The works omelet was good but again pretty basic! Paired with some salt/pepper and hot sauce the omelet was good! The best part of this plate may have been the seasoned breakfast potatoes. Service was lacking too! While the wait was short the server we had seemed like she didn't want to be there! Overall the food and service here were pretty mediocre and we probably won't be back when there are so many other brunch spots near by!

Breakfast sausage was the highlight of this meal! The bacon for the bloody was also delicious. Service was top notch.

My wife and I have not been to this location! It has a beautiful ambiance. But it was pretty loud so it was hard to hear our conversations. We came on a Saturday morning so it was the breakfast rush. My Farmhouse Hash was excellent! And the code is amazing as always. My wife's waffles were great too. One of our friend's egg's Benedict had too much lemon flavor, but that's ok. Our server Kadence was really attentive and she did a great job!

Such a great brunch spot! Food is fresh and service was quickly. We loved the outdoor dining area, and unique juice options. We bring everyone who visits here at least once! Highly recommend!

We are huge fans of First Watch and this visit did not disappoint. They had an elote burrito as a special item and it was a rather large portion and really hit the spot as something a little different for breakfast. The morning meditation juice is the best choice in my opinion and you simply must have the millionaire bacon. The service was attentive, warm and friendly. My mother tipped very generously and the server was very moved. I would definitely return to this location. Wonderful food and service.

Food was alright, nothing special. Seems like a place where you expect consistency but nothing that'll blow your socks off. I have to say the fried potatos did slap though! Wait staff was nice and food came out quickly even when busy!

Not a great experience. First not a single friendly face on any of the servers who passed my table. Each one had a look of disgust or annoyance in their expression. I also ordered the Parma skillet with eggs over easy and they came obviously over hard. I was able to get the attention of a different server and asked for over easy eggs which came very quickly. I like a more friendly welcoming atmosphere, not one where it seems like every conversation is the cause of annoyance.

I hadn't to First Watch in months so decided to stop by for brunch Saturday! It did not disappoint!!! Tip: Get on the wait list if you plan to go during a busy time. Our server was perfect so attentive and friendly. One of the many things that I love about First Watch is that coffee is included! Why isn't coffee included at every breakfast/brunch restaurant? #QTNAz I would vote for the owners of First Watch for president for this alone...ok the rant is over. My favorite dish when I'm feeling healthy is the avocado toast!! Idk how they make avocados taste so good but they've mastered it!!! My other go to is the morning mediation juice!! It's refreshing, it's tasty, and healthy!!!! I also love that they have seasonal drinks and food items! I'll be back to try the salted caramel iced coffee for sure!!

Such a great place to grab breakfast! Great addition to McKinney. I love their sunrise granola bowl and love how it comes with one of their freshly baked muffins! I am also a fan of their juices. Great spot to visit with friends and family. Food is always consistent!

Farmers Skillet and biscuits and gravy

There was a bit of a wait twenty minutes- not bad. The food was excellent: quality ingredients, great flavors, properly cooked, not over seasoned or over salted. Service was good on task, with only one repeated request for ice water. We ordered and received our meals quickly for as busy as it was. The Bloody Mary was sadly lacking. No nuisance of flavor: no seasoning on the rim of the glass, the millionaire's bacon was under cooked, chewy, limp and not worth a second bite. Blood Mary's are at the base tomato juice, this had only one flavor, Tabasco. We gave it two try's and poured the rest of the serving into the glass just in case the tomato had settled. Nope still not good. The presentation was good glass of ice with the drink in a separate bottle- bacon skewer.

This First Watch is in a super busy location in McKinney which I personally love. For anyone who enjoys breakfast/brunch spots First Watch is definitely going to be your cup of tea. If you are in the mood for a traditional breakfast glance at the top right hand corner of the menu in a small box and there are 2 options to select from. But First Watch is fancy and their juices are wonderful so it's a delicious place for breakfast or lunch that goes far beyond basic or standard diner fare. And those options are what the menu concentrates on. Our waitress was unpleasant so hopefully when you dine there you won't get her. She brought a visibly spotty water glass to the table and promptly walked off. And my granddaughter's grilled cheese kids meal was delivered almost 15 minutes before my order finally came to the table. And if you love bacon you will see million dollar bacon listed. Order that and you can thank me later.

    Tony T.

Avoid sitting at Ireland Grace's station. We ordered the trifecta, the classic, and the kids bacon and eggs. The drinks came out right, but the food came out wrong. We never got our sausage and the ham never showed up. We asked for it twice. I got toast instead of waffles and then when I asked for waffles. She added an additional charge for waffles, even my order included waffles instead of the potatoes and toast. Not the typical 5 star service today. We were wondering why she didn't write anything down.

The menu may look the same, but the quality and preparation of items have changed. For example, the crab cake Benedict used to feature homemade crab cakes, and now it's a fried frozen-style patty. The one-star review is really based on the service experience, and unfortunately it's the reason we won't be returning. While waiting for our table, the manager or possible owner was telling single-party guests there was a 30-minute wait, while parties of three or more were being quoted only 10 minutes. An older woman standing there heard him tell the group in front of her 10 minutes right before he told her 30. The more I thought about it afterward, the more disappointed I was that I didn't speak up in the moment. Treating guests differently based solely on party size is unacceptable and left a very bad impression.
