Both the toilet paper AND paper towels were sitting loose on the sink. There was a paper towel dispenser mounted directly over the toilet--which is disgusting in itself--despite there being plenty of other wall space where it could've been installed. The faucet was also extremely loose & felt like it was barely attached. The restroom just didn't feel clean or well maintained. Overall, the service was friendly & the cafe is cute, but between the disappointing waffle & the condition of the restroom, 3 stars feels fair.
