This location wins the award for most improved customer service! I used to come here regularly when I lived nearby and honestly the last few times I have come, it has been perfect! The seasonal summer menu is delicious, the steak and egg hash was delicious and the little mini biscuits were so good and not too sweet.

Featured on the fall menu -- and let me tell you, it was soooo good! Light, hearty, and full of flavor, this dish was the perfect balance of comfort and freshness. Every bite was seasoned beautifully, with just the right texture and warmth that makes you instantly think fall perfection. The presentation was stunning, the flavors were layered but not heavy, and it left me wanting more. You can really taste the care that went into it -- it's one of those dishes that makes you stop mid-bite just to appreciate how good it is. Definitely a seasonal favorite worth ordering before it's gone!

Salad breakfast spot that's a very accommodating for our kids. The boys were full of beans, but that didn't stop for the staff from being excellent. They were on point we're taking my kids orders first and making sure their food came out as soon as possible when I needed extra napkins for the syrup overload associated with an order of chocolate chip pancakes and waffles they did not skimp out. We were there in a weekend morning, so it was a little noisy, but not so much that we couldn't hear our own conversation.Overall, a friendly ambience, definitely welcoming. Also, the coffee there is pretty darn good.

First watch has to be one of my favorite breakfast brunch locations. They have classic options, healthy options, and unique flavor creations that you will just want to revisit and try! I love that every location has an art piece dedicated to the area it's in. You can never go wrong with the million dollar bacon, it's a must for our table every visit! We tried their seasonal tangerine dream drink which was citrusy sweet and had a hint of ginger. We also tried their seasonal double bacon, Parmesan hash which felt like the perfect brunch meal , super delicious! I'm usually an iced coffee person but first watch has the best hot coffee and is the only place out order it, you can even take a cup to go! (Don't forget to ask if they have seasonal free stickers on your way out!)

Sunday brunch. Definitely need to pass on this place. This location missed the mark all across the board. We were craving French toast. Decided to drag my husband to try it. He was skeptic but I talked to so good about the MI location he actually believed me. Lol. Oops! The moment we walked in, hostess greeted us. Got our name and number and maybe we were seated in about 10 mins. Not even 10 mins actually. It was quick. Service was a little slow. They were busy. We understood. I got my large apple juice and water. I guess the waitress missed my husband saying he wanted coffee. And about 5 mins into our meal he realized that he didn't have his coffee I guess the waitress didn't realized he ordered it. But she brought it out immediately. Food came out in a timely manner. All was really good. However, the least pleasant dish we ordered as an extra was the French toast that he was craving. Peep the picture below. It was burnt on one side on both the toasts. He's a real trooper for eating one slice of the toast but couldn't muster down the other. It was "burnt, crispy, and bitter." Even with the syrup. When the waitress came around and asked how our food was, we said it wasn't good. Showed her the toast and she didn't really do anything, all she said was "oh, wow. Is there anything I can get you?" She didn't offer to get us a new order or see how she can make this right? So we left it at that. We didn't care for another one anyway as this ruined it for us. We got our check, got up and went to pay for it. The lady that was at the register asked how everything was. We said not good. And she asked what happened, I showed her the picture of the French toast and after many many many attempts of us saying "it's okay, we were more than happy to pay for the full bill," she didn't want us to. She wanted to make it right. She went and got us a comp card and even took the French toast off the bill. We were more than appreciative. But we were more than happy to pay for the full bill and understood because they were busy and our waitress was "new" we didn't want the hassle. She was probably the friendliest person there. Feel like this place missed the mark across the board. Got a bit of attitude and looks from the other employees when we said our meal wasn't good. Like they didn't believe us. But we didn't cause hell or catch attitude. If anything, they caught attitude. Plenty of parking but in this plaza. But it can get easily packed too.

This is one chain restaurant that has really never missed every time I have gone. I've gone to several locations now all over Florida and the food has always been decent and service quick. I really like the consistency!

Just FYI: this location won't serve alcohol until after 0900. We arrived a little after 0815 and we were too early for mimosas. We were able to get a table before the Sunday rush. The server was nice but kinda forgetful. We asked 2 times I believe for water. I will say the servers didn't come around after we got our food. I was happy to get grits to my meal. The food was good. They haven't been able to get over medium eggs though. My eggs were more like over done. This place can get super busy during brunch time. I will say that they do keep this place clean and nice looking with all the traffic that comes here.

the breakfast here was tasty i got one of the specials and the iced coffee was good but very sweet. it was busy but we were served quickly but i didn't know who the server was because they switched so often.

30 minute wait but totally worth it. Frittata was 6/10 but granola banana pancakes were 10/10 yay!! One of the better first watches around.

Well, first let me say that my server Amy, she was very pleasant and attentive. She took my order and I got it fairly quickly and it was tasty, but as I'm sitting in the restaurant eating my food, you know how you can feel eyes staring at you yes I looked up and the little girl at the front by the register she's staring and then it was the manager staring at me on occasion and one of the other servers is like what why what do you think? Well first let me also say that I am an adult African-American woman of a certain age and I'm not used to the glaring of the eyes so that made me feel a little uncomfortable. I had to get out of there quickly and I also made sure that I gave Amy a very healthy Tip hefty tip. $$ not sure if I would go to that location again maybe they had a bad experience in the past with another person of color, but please don't take it out on all of us anyway that's my rant.

Definition of a poached egg
Holeigh H.

We were in the area and I had been to a different location that was actually pretty good so our group of 5 stopped into this location for late breakfast. My adult daughter loved the look of the double bacon parm hash. My 20 year old grandson also ordered poached eggs. Both plates arrived with runny whites. Daughter sent hers back and grandson didn't want to fuss so -he ate them. Second round of poached eggs were better but still not great. She grumbled and ate them anyway. Grandson got sick in their bathroom.. (couldn't have happened to a nicer bath.) Grandson spoke w manager and chef. Manager just apologized. He was fine the next day but that's not the point. They need to learn how to cook a poached egg or stop serving them.

The service was good, there was no wait. The waitress was very nice, and the food was good quality. It had the usual farm house vibes that are good for brunch with the girls. My food was fresh and reasonably priced, will be back!

It was really loud and there wasn't many soft surfaces to help absorb that sound. The location did appear to be clean. Now let's get to the food. I ordered the fried chicken benedict. Huge sprig of rosemary. Cayenne pepper (if it wasnt cayenne then idk what it was but thats what it tasted like) . Hollandaise was like glue. Maybe it was supposed to be gravy? Batter didnt stay on the chicken. Scrambled eggs in the chicken batter with a slice of cheese. Deep fried raw spaghetti noodles (why???). 2 pieces of bacon. Tomatoes. A pile of uncooked spinach. Frozen biscuit (if it wasnt frozen, you need a new biscuit maker). Mashed potatoes from a bag. Orange slice. Cantaloupe slice. This was a terrible version. Stop. Leave the stupid rosemary off your dishes. It looks stupid and not everyone likes rosemary. I dont recommend this place. Go to Dennys or Waffle House.

It was bagged nicely and well organized. The omelette was a generous sized portion with plenty of tender chicken, peppers, and cheese. There was salsa to add a bit of flavor, but it tasted that it was made in New York City (if you remember that commercial ;) ). The white toast was soft and buttery, and the potatoes were good. My mom enjoyed the banana pecan waffles, and I took a couple bites as well. It was sinfully sweet and enjoyable, especially the bananas. And I must say the coffee was so good, it was even better than the Juan Valdez coffee that I make at home. Since I didn't visit the restaurant, I can't comment on the atmosphere. But I believe the service is excellent because they nicely packed all items and kept it organized. I definitely need to take my family to this restaurant. I already have plans for a visit when my family gets here in two weeks. Obviously, the food is phenomenal. I usually get Art's Famous Fried Chicken, which they say is Buttermilk-brined for 24 hours then and then flash fried. I have a severe shellfish allergy, and they're always very cautious. No matter who the server or floor manager is. Typically, it's served with creamy mashed potatoes, but I usually swap it out with Momma's Mac and Cheese. I've also had the Smothered Chicken, Bee Haven Fried Green Tomatoes, and the Skilled-fried Chicken Paillard, which is what most of the staff recommends as their favorite dish. And you always have to get a cheddar drop biscuit. That's a non-negotiable. This restaurant is very popular and often gets quite busy, so I recommend to make a reservation as soon as you're ready. But the busyness of the restaurant won't matter once you take a bite. The food is the ambiance and changes everything. Just trust me.

The interior kinda has a hipster-rustic vibe but with more comfortable chairs. Prices seemed reasonable. I got a cheese board, truffled fries, fried chicken caviar, and a deviled affogato for dessert. My date for the creste di gallo and the olive oil citrus cake. Everything was was very good, with the standout being the fries; I know that truffle essence flavor isn't for everyone but it worked really well for me in the fry sauce. My dates pasta was also very good, the pesto sauce was zesty and complimented it well. And I really like the olive oil cake with mascarpone, super light and perfectly sweet. The very minor issues were that the fried chicken was pretty deeply fried and way harder than expected, which I don't mind but may not be your thing. Devil's food cake at the bottom of the affogato was also not as sweet as I would have liked. Overall a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend.
