This place was packed at 9 am! I also appreciate the whole pot of tasty coffee. I got the healthy turkey omelet, and it had great flavor. I was not loving the deli turkey, but the flavor was great! I've always had good meals here, and the experience today was no different. Make sure to get yourself on the waitlist - the line was long!

It's a cute little place. The workers are very nice. It's very clean inside. The food is great. My first time at First Watch was earlier this month and I already came back a second time. I can't wait to go back again in the future to try different items on the menu

Cute & clean & vibrant! incredibly extensive menu as well as seasonal offerings... Attention to detail you can tell is very important with the food and how it presented. A little disappointed the service was a bit lackluster and also... the Florentine eggs Benedict - only came with about a tablespoon of hollandaise sauce... It was good but not enough & was surprised I had to add salt to the guacamole... But a repeat place for sure!

Ordered an avocado chopped salad. The salad was flavorful and certainly plentiful. Why do these chain places insist on serving non-Heinz ketchup in Pittsburgh?

This is the breakfast bowl with sausage and I added chicken. AMAZING

WOW. I'm so in awe of this location. I have been to 3 other locations that are nice. This location is above and beyond my expectations. From the friendliness of the hostess. To my waitress Megan. She was on top of every detail. My drink never went dry and it was service with a smile from the start. I ordered the same meal I always get at each location but I was given options that I was never asked at the others. When my food can to the table the presentation was breathtaking in comparison to the others where it's already mixed up and you have to fork through the food to see the ingredients. I spoke with the manager because I didn't want this kind of service to go unrecognized. First Watch Pittsburgh if I could give 10 starts that what you would have received. Thank you for making my day and it's only 10:30am.

Service was fast and friendly, though not super attentive, portions were a nice size. Omelettes were fresh and tasty. Million dollar bacon was perfection. Cinnamon roll was dry (tasted baked from frozen, but homemade) but overall good. They ran out of cinnamon chips for pancakes by 11:30 am which was disappointing because boy oh boy did they sound delightful. Overall, the experience was a decent one. Menu variety and number of great flavors continue to stand out for me here, even if something is rarely the best I've had. Not a bad choice for a solid breakfast or brunch.

While we almost never eat breakfast at a restaurant when we're home, circumstances required that today. First Watch was the best fit geographically, so we entered the overflowing place. It was hectic and packed, but we only had to wait a few minutes for a table. Service was breakfasty, quick and efficient, due largely to the limited menu choices and lack of alcohol. We ordered the classic eggs Benedict, with potatoes for me. The eggs were a little disappointing, not really classic, with chipped ham instead of Canadian bacon. The sauce was wimpy too. The potatoes were good. Obviously others like this place, but I think it's nothing special and not really worth the $50 for breakfast for 2.

I absolutely love coming here. Their coffee is so much better than the other breakfast restaurants in the area and their bacon is addicting! I tried their crab omelet on their summer menu. They have a decent amount of crab with veggies. The potatoes were perfectly prepared. No complaints here! I usually come here when they first open and service is always excellent. They also have an outdoor area with a few tables.

For a franchise/corporate owned restaurant, eating here exceeded expectations. They have a fun menu with rotating specials. The breakfast tacos were great. Our server was attentive. The prices are a little high for what it is. We sat at the outdoor patio which was quaint. Overall, I would recommend First Watch to others looking for a hip but casual brunch spot.

The whole restaurant has a breathtaking view of the man-made lake at North Park. Be sure to sit outside so you can take in as much of the view as possible. The atmosphere is abuzz with activity: there are runners taking on the 5-mile loop around the lake, there are kayakers and stand-up paddle boarders setting off to explore the far reaches of the lake, and there are birds and turtles and fish livin' their best life. My family and I have found our favorites on the menu: the Bike Lane BLT and the Chimichurri Chicken Bowl. Both are really good, but we tend to lean toward the BLT. It's just so unique! The kids' meals also come with a cute little surprise: the plate is a frisbee that they get to take home. How cool is that? North Park is easily one of my favorite places in Pittsburgh, and this is just another reason why.

It took them over a year to renovate it and they still aren't done in the back and the parking lot is a little rutted but the inside is very nicely done. There is a huge bar and some high and low tables scattered throughout. The clientele is mostly locals and lot of laborers grabbing a drink and a bite to eat after working hard all day which was great to see. It's super casual and very open inside. We had a few beers and the bartender was good. She was attentive and was waiting on 20 folks at the bar as well as table drinks. The manager was able to help serve some food to help her out but never once asked us how everything was. That was a little bit of a missed opportunity in my opinion for a new business. We ordered a breakfast burger that came with some hashbrowns on the side. I assumed, which is my fault totally, that the burger would come with lettuce, tomato, etc. but it truly was JUST a burger, egg, and cheese and absolutely no other toppings. That was disappointing and I really wish the bartender would have asked if I wanted anything on it. I ended up using ketchup for moisture since she was so busy and I was hungry. :) The hashbrowns were frozen and fried so they were nothing special. I think this place has tremendous potential. We'll be back to try something else. It seems busy so that's a good sign.

However, they were gracious enough to make it for me cold, with Mayonnaise and a slice of cheese. This is unlike another place down the road (RI) from them that wouldn't adjust items on a sandwich for me last week. The waiter/bartender was super chill too, easy to talk to and basically good at his job. Our refills came quickly and without asking. He followed up to see what we wanted a couple times and the food arrived in a reasonable time (not much waiting at all). This was so very different from that same day where at our usually spot (another old bar/restaurant further down the road, "SJ") we had to walk out just after ordering lunch due to getting attitude from a mouthy waitress. Glad we decided to try this new spot! Great job! I think we found our new local "go to" bar/restaurant. Looking forward to it and to soon trying breakfast there on weekends too. A must try f you haven't been there yet.

My wife isn't a beer drinker so one of the bartenders at the inside bar mixed her up a drink with seltzer and something else(tea) which she found to be quite tasty, so i tipped her generously for having the ambition to please a customer. Where they fell down IMO was their pizza. It just wasn't very good. We had several versions of their Sicilian to choose from. The cheese was generous, but the crust was doughy and heavy, the sauce was flavorless, and the toppings were very stingy. A big piece of Sicilian pizza with 3 slices of pepperoni is not good. I checked out their menu and was stunned at the prices they are getting for those pizzas. WAY overpriced. Of course i didn't have to pay for them since it was a party, but knowing what their pizza is like i would never go back there and pay those prices. The wings were just OK, pretty mediocre. Parking is a joke. No where near enough spots for the size of the place. Overall it was just OK, i would not return. There are better places for the same or less money.
