Super breakfasts in here, at reasonable prices. We visited twice, it was always good, and the dishes are pretty tasty. A simple place, that does things well. A breakfast here is more of a brunch, will fill you up for hours. Among the dishes my wife and I enjoyed, the Parma Hash, Chickichanga and Acapulco Express Omolettes. On Mother's Day I placed a breakfast to go for 4 people each order was not done correctly ex. My child had chocolate chip pancakes and it had 2 chocolate chips on the edge and that was it the rest of the order all had problems, I called the store and the response was they where short staffed and busy! We had looked up the menu and liked many of the light choices and received a discount coupon via email so we stopped in for a late lunch. We loved it ! We were greeted promptly upon arrival. The interior was clean and colorful but we sat outside at one if the few tables on the side. Kelly, our waitress, our excellent waitress, immediately came out and asked our beverage choice. She brought our requested water right out in icy glasses with a carafe of water and side of lemons. The menu has light and very healthy choices to interesting twists on More hearty fare. We ordered the Triathlete : a big egg white omelet filled with deliciously house roasted crimini mushrooms, caramelized onions and green chilies and side of salsa , accompanied by our choice of dry English muffin ( fluffy and light) and fruit( fresh pineapple, honeydew melon and grapes) ; and the delicious Chicken Salad served open faced on whole grain bread topped with tomato and melted Swiss. The sandwich comes with choice of homemade soup, dressed greens or home fried potatoes . I chose the beef-broth based vegetable soup which was delightfully chock-full of veggies. Our food came out quickly and Kelly stopped by at just the right intervals to check on us. There is a nice option of half and half combos between soups, salads and sandwiches . We really liked the food here and hope to come back. We appreciated the ease that the restaurant took my birthday coupon! Another word on our fantastic waitress- even though this is a breakfast lunch and café in a casual strip mall setting, Kelly has the attitude , professionalism and customer service skills to work in fine dining if she chose. Not sure what the hype is about this restaurant. Family likes it for an alternative to our normal Sunday breakfast. Every time service is slow to nonexistent and food is mediocre at best. Yesterday cold eggs, bacon dripping in grease and a tough waffle (cold) the blueberry topping on the side only warm thing on the plate. A table of 8 every dish came out separately first 2 served, then another 2 then another 2 with time lapse in between then one more and when asked why the 8th persons meal was not out the waitress replied she was getting drinks? I was always taught not to start eating until the table was served. If it were the first time I'd say ok but it's every time I've been there. Coffee another issue a pot delivered with one cup and we needed 3 then one more cup came and finally some one brought 3 which were left on an already crowded table. Sorry for the bad review obviously they have some sort of draw I just can't appreciate. read more

Well....normally I like this place. But my experience this past weekend was weird. I brought my son for breakfast and I ordered an omelette, he ordered the Belgian waffle. And then we waited, and waited.... and waited. The server, though a nice girl, never came back to check, and the table that was sat after us was served our order. The food quality was great as usual, but I was disappointed by the service, and the debacle could have been avoided had the server at least checked on us in the 20+ minutes we sat there without attention. She didn't bus the table either, which is a pet peeve of mine. Not for not, the manager comped our meals, but I think they have inexperienced servers who need more training. I'd still return though, since it's local and the food is good and the restaurant is clean. Overall rating for food, 4 stars. Service, 1 (but has potential for improvement). Manager who took responsibility, 5. He did his best on the back end....they need to train more to avoid these issues on the front. read more

Great place to come and have a some what healthy breakfast ! Can be a little bit of a wait at times but its worth it ! Love getting the Kale Tonic its delicious and refreshing. I was a little hesitant to try this place because it had mediocre reviews and I wanted an outstanding breakfast. Let me just say I'm glad I went with my gut. The breakfast was delicious, the service was great, meal was affordable, portion size was large, the free wifi was a nice bonus. I came here to get a little work done while having breakfast. I got the eggs Benedict, the one with avocado and Turkey. Eggs were perfectly poached and runny, the side of fruit was a nice touch. What really won the meal was the potatoes. They were the best damn breakfast potatoes I've ever had. Flavorful, just enough crunch and oniony! Oh, and they leave you with your own coffee pot so you can refill whenever you desire. This place is superb. We came on a very busy Mother's Day Sunday and were seated within 15 minutes. Free coffee while you wait was a nice surprise. I got the chickichanga and it was amazing. All of the food here is very flavorful - pancakes, the French toast, and the avocado egg crepes were all wonderful choices. Food was served timely & was fresh and hot. This is my second time at first watch in Wellington. I had the avocado egg bacon and arugula sandwich, on a brioche roll. A lot of different flavors and textures going on. The eggs Benedict was rated a four out of five find my foodie companion. The bathroom was extremely dirty with no toilet paper. Service was prompt. While heading to the bathroom I saw the ricotta and lemon curd pancakes. I think I will come back to try them. I'm willing to give this establishment one more try. read more

I read the reviews and was hopeful on first visit( and last ). Cannot give it high ratings for a few reasons. First I will mention how it got two stars. The bacon was great. I ordered the egg and pancake meal 1 pancake and one egg cost 10$. TEN . The pancake was mealy and separated when eating. Taste was bland. The 1 egg was decorated with chives and had zero flavor. The side of fruit provided was only a few bites which were honeydew and pineapple . If I had a blindfold on I couldn't tell you what they were , totally lacking any taste. A solid go to for brunch. Tessa was awesome and got us in and out super fast. I can't recommend this place enough.

My boyfriend ordered from them around 8:30am this morning. After a little bit around 11am, he started throwing up everything he ate. This was not a little vomit by any means, he must have thrown up around 5 times. When I called the restaurant to let them know just in case they had bad food as my boyfriend ate the pecan salad that had chicken on it, the only thing the manager William could say to me is " okay, I'll look ". And then cut the line. That's all he was able to say... he could not say he was sorry? Or hope my boyfriend feels better. Or ask any other questions. He could not have cared less. This is very sad considering I am a manager myself and would never go about this in this manner. Especially in a restaurant business. My boyfriend orders at least twice a week there. I did not ask for a refund or anything for him to go out of his way and he could not even hope my boyfriend feels better. Poor customer service. Never going there again. And I understand this is a franchise and not a small owner based restaurant so they probably don't care anyways. But you should know before you go eat here. read more

Absolutely love the food here! Best pancakes ever and the veggie sandwich is delicious! The best server is Nikki, ask for her! She makes the experience so much more delightful. We have had mediocre and bad service with other servers there. I wish they stayed open until later! The only thing I wouldn't recommend getting there is the fresh squeezed juices. They are extremely overpriced for a tiny cup, it's absurd! Whole foods and LA fitness have fresh juice for way cheaper and they're right around the cirner! read more

The only concern that I had was that to be a local restaurant that focuses on being fresh and natural, I was surprise to see that they are still using plastic straws. Maybe I'm used to the atmosphere of the Jersey diners but this place wasn't was spectacular as I was hoping. It is definitely overpriced. $50 for four people to have breakfast? It just seems to be way too much for me to spend on breakfast. I ordered the Banana Crunch pancake with two scrambled eggs and pure maple syrup. I really liked that they had the option to order a small side of pure maple syrup because it is so much better then the other stuff. I ordered these pancakes with the suggestion from the waitress and I kind of wish I hadn't and ordered something like chocolate chip or blueberry. This pancake was packed full of stuff, like SUPER PACKED with nuts, cranberries, and who knows what else. It was falling apart every time I put my fork into it to eat, so it wasn't like eating a pancake, more like eating granola mixed with bread. The waitress was not very attentive to our drinks and how we were doing, it wasn't just my opinion but one of the other guys was displeased too. He said he probably wouldn't come back for breakfast here either, not really worth it. Maybe it was a one time bad experience but I won't give it another shot. read more

My server Kat recommended this combo and I'm so glad she did. That soup is so yummy and the salad didn't need the dressing. I forgot to tell her to put it on the side. I would have liked that butternut squash for the salad dressing, that's how good that soup is. The staff at this location are very friendly and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Eh, been to much better breakfast places. There was 5 of us and we did a call ahead. Still waited like 25 minutes, waited another 5 to even get greeted by a server, 10 minutes to get coffee & water, and another 30 minutes to get food. The food was alright... the price for the food was a little much. Portions weren't that big and we waited 30 minutes to get untoasted bread. Had to ask 5 different people for toast since we saw other tables after us getting it before we did. Place wasn't the cleanest and it's small and always packed.
