First of all, the food was good, not bad for breakfast...but the service is awful... we moved from the west coast and we were really disappointed with this service. The hostess and the waitress setup is weird. We waited 15-20 minutes before our order was taken... we never had water offered..we had to ask for it... I asked for a high-chair , they said they'll bring one..10 minutes after, I had to got pick one up... same thing with the order....every time when u ask for something , all they say is YES and they forget about you..I'm not going to drop names...but yes...the service is deplorable...not sure if I want to come back.. read more

What a great place, not only is the food always spot on but the staff. Keith is a true gentleman and knows how to take care of his customers. First Watch is a great spot for brunch. I love that they offer a lot of healthy options and even add the calories next to each item on the menu. My favorite thing to order is The Elevated Egg Sandwich. It consists of an over-easy egg with bacon, Gruyere cheese, fresh smashed avocado, mayo and lemon dressed arugula on a brioche bun. It comes with seasoned potatoes that I like to ask for extra crispy. I also highly recommend their pancakes. They are some of the fluffiest pancakes I have ever eaten and they're multigrain! I will say one of the downsides is the wait time. Be prepared to wait 30 - 40 minutes before you get seated, especially on the weekends. If you don't want to wait, get there early or use the Yelp app. They offer a really cool feature now that allows you to "get in line" even before you get to the restaurant. read more

Excellent! Food and Service. We were 17 and called 5 minutes before to see if they could seat us, we were coming from a burial. Manager was awesome! Got us set up, fast and very efficient service. I am extremely had to please! I was skeptical about eating at First Watch. My waitress Kayla reassured me the food would not only taste delicious it was also healthy! The food did not disappoint! Service was super slow today. I had to wait forever to get real cream for coffee, since they had fake creamer on the table. A party that arrived later had their order taken first. Even getting napkins was a chore. The salt and pepper shakers and the ketchup were almost empty. And the food was barely warm. The toast was cold. And the chorizo omelette only had a few tiny specks of chorizo. The place just underwent major renovations, so maybe they're trying to pay them off by skimping on the food and not hiring enough staff. Great place to get breakfast! The menu has a variety of foods ranging from pancakes to omelets. If you're looking for lower calorie foods, there is a healthy part of the menu that has a lot of delicious options. You can also order sides of potatoes, salads, fruits and even grits! The environment is really chill and has a nice cafe vibe to it. There isn't loud music, seats are comfortable, and you can also sit outside. Bathroom looked clean too. But most importantly, the service was quick and friendly. We got in, got seated, ordered drinks and food and finished quickly. If you go on the week days, usually it's not busy at all but if you go on Sundays, it's pretty packed. Expect like a 30-40 minute wait on Sundays. But what's really cool about YELP is you can add yourself to the waitlist before you even get there! So just go to their page on here and it will say "add to waitlist" THATS SO AWESOME!! I ordered the "Power Wrap" and the egg whites in the wrap blended so well with the cheese that it tasted to warm and fresh. I liked the potatoes for their toasty texture and the fruits were fresh too. Overall, I highly recommend coming here for breakfast over something like ihop or anywhere really.
