Love this place! I'm retired and have to wake up early 3 days a week.This is where I go to start my day on a positive note. I have never been a breakfast person, but always enjoy my meals here. The crowd is very eclectic and their food choices range from "typical" to creative. My favorite dish is the chili chorizo omelette with chorizo, roasted green chilies and onions and avocado with house made cream on top. This is served with seasoned potatoes and toast made with the best multi grain toast I've ever had. There are so many great choices, I suggest that you check out their menu online. read more

Food is really, really good. Service is poor. My husband and I frequented first watch regularly up until just recently when we couldn't take the horrible service anymore. Basically the server takes your order and brings the check. We've had to get up and ask for service because our server is no where to be found. Visited this location on a Saturday morning. Arrived at 9:30, was sat right away. There was no wait at all!That's the good news. Once we were seated, my daughter and I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to greet us and take our order. We then waited another 20 minutes for our "traditional " breakfast to come out. I was shocked! The menu states 2 eggs any style. I believe what they did was split the two eggs that we ordered. Looked like we both got 1 or a 1/2 an egg each. The breakfast potatoes and bacon we both ordered were undercooked. I called the manager over and asked him about the egg portion and told him about the other items on my plate. He apologized and gave us our meal at no charge plus a gift card. I explained to him I was not looking for anything for "free", I just wanted a good breakfast. Extremely disappointed in this location. I've been to the location at Glades road and 441 in Boca and never had a issue. read more

Was there for a lazy weekday breakfast. The service was A+. Not only was the waitress very helpful and polite, but the manager also came out to make sure we were happy. I really love First Watch. The food is good and I've always had friendly servers. We eat here at least once every 4-6 weeks and I've never had an unpleasant experience. I've been with a large group and just with my daughter. We always love our food and the staff. It is very busy on weekends...especially during season, but if you go early there's usually not much of a wait. read more

First time here but won't be my last. We met our son and daughter-in-law at 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning. Wanted to have a special birthday breakfast for our son. It did not disappoint. The portions are large. The food was very good, and healthy, which is very important to our family. We were a big party, 4 adults and 2 small boys and our booth was plenty big. Two things that I really liked, the noise level was low, so you could carry on a conversation; and you were not packed in really tighter. It was easy to move around the place and not feel claustrophobic. Service was also very good. Such a nice experience on a special day. read more

I understand animals not being welcome in a restaurant but handing me 2 menus and saying "you can sit outside" and then ignoring us for a solid 20 minutes is completely unacceptable. I'm never coming back to this location again. Food is sub par and service is below acceptable I've had better service at a McDonald's drive through. Since my server didn't introduce herself I believe her name is Jane or Jade or something like that. After 36 minutes the outside tables were cleaned. When we got our food it just got worse. The food was ice cold and congealed and well to say the least my dog scoffed at it. We then opened our utensils to find crayons or lipstick smeared on them. When I asked for new silverware my server immediately offered me plastic utensils. WTF. After an hour and a half of being there we finally got to leave. Surley service, slow production, not worth the effort. The food is always fresh but tasteless. The coffee reminds one of cruiseship coffee that is extremely strong and unpalatable without adding extra water and milk. But the biggest objection to the surface which borders from moderately interested to totally disinterested to being bothersome and demanding to take your order NOW! When are Belcamp to one penny over an even amount the cashier demanded a full dollars to break change: who does that? Not all that glitters is gold!! First impression was great: very clean, immediate seating, enticing menu. That's where the good times ended. I sat at the table with my two small boys for 10 minutes before we were acknowledged by the same young man who sat us. Many others passed by, but not one single person asked if we had been helped or offered to get our drinks. As we were walking out the manager asked if he could get us anything? Seriously!!!! My husband and I were happy to find out that there is a First Watch in our area after visiting one on a trip to Orlando. Sadly, we formed high expectations based on the other one that we visited. It does not have that cool industrial feel about it, it smelled really musty when we walked in, and the food was pretty bad. I ordered a Florentine Eggs Benedict which arrived with "poached" eggs that appeared to have been hard boiled instead. The yolk was completely hard and over cooked, not the least bit runny. It came with a tiny slice of avocado, some spinach, and a ton of potatoes. My English muffin was soggy and looked like it was thrown in the toaster for 3 seconds. The pancakes we ordered were fluffy and good in flavor, no complaints there. My husbands order was just ok as well. As far as the waitress, she was less than accommodating and a bit unconcerned. Overall, it just wasn't a good vibe. Lots of snow birds and old sort of dingy place. read more

Went in to grab a quick breakfast after a medical appointment had me in the area. Upon entering, I noticed several tables that were empty and in need of bussing. I was seated by a pleasant young woman who ended up being my server. My table was dirty, as was the water glass and silverware. I ordered the traditional breakfast. The scrambled eggs looked like one egg, rather than two. One piece of bacon was over cooked, the other two were slightly undercooked. My toast did not come out at the same time as my meal. The home fries were bland. The decaf coffee was good, but I was disappointed to see they did not have real cream, but fake International Coffee creamers. After paying almost $3.00 for a cup of coffee, I want real cream. My total bill was over $13.00! The ladies room was disgusting. One stall had the toilet seat off the toilet and on the floor. The other stall had a broken toilet paper holder. The entire bathroom was dirty. I will not be going back to this location. I suggest you avoid it, as well. read more

This is the worst First Watch I have ever been to, and some of the worse quality service I've ever had. Our table had experienced 4 different waitresses, all of which could not answer who was our designated server. We sat for about 15-20 minutes after getting our drinks before our food order was taken. (One person thought our food was on its way because so much time had passed) One dish came out first, nice and hot with my eggs on the side which were luke warm at best (some parts only room temp). After about 5 minutes I got the rest of my meal. Then 2-3 minutes later after the next meal came, the first person had already finished their plate. Another 1-2 minutes later the last dish came. The people seated next to us had order and eaten before we got any of our meals. No manager came over to apologize or anything. I'd like to give benefit of the doubt that they may have been under staffed but there were people everywhere, 4 people served us throughout our time there. It's obviously just poorly managed. The food would have all been delicious if it was served hot or at the same time. I typically like First Watch and the quality of their restaurants however I will never come to this location again and discourage others from doing so. The people at my table said the service at this particular location is always like this. Worth driving to the location in the Palm Beach outlets if you're craving their menu over other cheaper options in the Wellington area. The only good thing was whoever was our actual waitress felt guilty enough to get our check price discounted. However it didn't really make up for anything as we spent well over an hour at this location for simple breakfast food. read more

First time here and I will be back. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. The food choices will satisfy all. We tried the power bowl and market hash, both were excellent. Also tried the million dollar bacon cuz u can't go wrong with bacon in syrup. Definitely be back to try others. I think an only tiny complaint is the bathroom - not enuf. The manager did not direct a server to attend us for almost fifteen minutes after we were seated. We requested coffee, water, half and half,,,another 20 minutes. MY wife and son who dined with us both claimed their food was great. Mine? I was served a plate with limp toast, soggy ragged pal allegedly hash brown potatoes that smelled and tasted like dirty laundry- my son agreed when he tasted them. My omelette was awful- rubbery cold hard egg, cold tasteless extremely piquant sausage and elastic ham, tasteless scrap of cheese, tasteless mushrooms and cold undercooked onions. The waiter deducted my meal from the check, why go out to eat to experience that? I WILL NEVER RETURN. read more
