I love First Watch, but I avoid this place like the plague when the Weekend Brunch Warriors descend on this place on Saturday and Sunday. On off-hours is the best time to come if you aren't into the craziness that ensues during peak breakfasting times. They just revamped their menu, so there's no longer their signature Bacon-Cheddar pancakes (but our waitress said they can still make them for you!) They now have these Lemon Ricotta pancakes that are crazy good. I don't know what it is about them, but I have to pull the reins hard to pull my face off the plate. One of my favorites is the Cobb Salad. Really nice portion, and the flavors are really tasty. Good lighter option for lunch if you aren't wanting breakfast. read more

Having just moved to the area from up north, we decided to explore using Google assist to find breakfast places. It recommended First Watch so we went. We are so glad! Honestly it was the best breakfast we've ever had! "Farm to fork" they said and it's so true. Everything was fresh and delicious. My husband said the flavors in his "chickichanga" were awesome and even stated it was a "party in his mouth!" My "bacado" omelet was perfection. Bacon, avocado and cheese wrapped in egg whites (my only change), topped with fresh Pico and sour cream? ...oh my!!! And the fresh artisan bread with homemade preserves was the perfect complement. Great breakfast and brunch place, been around at this location for years now, which says a lot, always busy, especially weekends. Love their different specials, seasonal offerings, like pumpkin pancakes during Thanksgiving, but the favorite to get is key west crepe eggs. The fruit and yogurt crepes are also yummy. Belgium waffles and omelets are very good as well, floridian French toast is a good one to try. Their specialty muffins are delish (lemon poppy seed). Been coming here for years, and will be back soon. Have tried lunch, sandwiches are good, soups aren't bad, but there are better lunch options out there, so sticking with morning meals. 4 stars is for the service, can be lacking sometimes read more

I'm not sure what the hype is all about for this place. I went in for breakfast this morning, and had a very mediocre meal. I give it 3 stars for the restaurant setup and atmosphere, and the awesome waitress. But, truth be told, I could've made a better meal at home for half the price. I got the Cajun omelette, with potatoes, and an English muffin. The omelette sounded spicy, with pepper jack cheese, their house made mushrooms, onions, and Cajun chicken. The chicken itself was the biggest disappointment, as it was very bland, opposite of what Cajun spicy should be. It had maybe a sprinkling of spices on it. The house cooked mushrooms were nothing to write home about. Though tasty, they were just mushrooms, didn't taste any marinade on them. Also got the pancakes, which came out hot and fresh, and tasted pretty good. Overall, I think they really need to spice up their dishes. My mouth was pretty uninspired. read more

I'm obsessed for my first time. It was sooooo good! I've been wanting to try this place since forever. I did not expect the extensive menu and tasty immune boosting cooler beverages. I had the Market Veggie sandwich and the vegetable soup. Lunch specials are priced around 8 bucks which is very reasonable for the portions. I will definitely be coming back. The only downside is that they close at 2:30pm. :( read more

We ordered takeout through the app and we parked at a "Takeout/Curbside" spot. I called to see if they could bring our order to the car and the waiter said they couldn't since the app did not have a "curbside" option. So my husband went inside to pickup the order. He said there was absolutely no social distancing, all the tables were filled and close together, and a customer even exited the restaurant not wearing a mask. Our drink cups did not even have stickers or anything to seal the caps (other places like Wawa, Dunkin and Starbucks do this as an additional sanitary measure). So we poured our drinks into mugs and microwaved our drinks to be safe. Although we enjoy the food at First Watch, we do not plan to order from them in the near future as long as COVID remains. Their lack of social distancing remains a concern for us. read more

Breakfast was awesome and the portion size was good. This place offers a fusion of green organics,i international ingredients with traditional American cooking.(e.g. chorizo, avocado and omelette.) My girlfriend took me to this place for my birthday and it was perfect. We were greeted immediately once we entered the restaurant and we were also seated right away. ADVICE: place your name on the waiting list via Yelp to reduce your waiting time to be seated. Every time I've been, only takes about 10-15 minutes to be seated, opposed to 55-70 minutes it can take on a weekend. FOOD: the portions are a great size and will definitely fill you up. I normally go for Eggs Benedict, which are tasty. PRICE: not the least expensive place, but worth the price you pay. However it is VERY crowded even though theres like 2 other locations nearby. I wish they would make it bigger, they can gain so much more business. Floridan French Toast was awesome sauce ! Like seriously the fruit was so fresh one could say it came straight from the garden to your plate. I also ordered the scrambled eggs with cheese & spinach which was also very delicious. My aunt had an omelette with toast and a salad. She enjoyed every bite. My cousin had the peppered bacon (not pictured) and she loved it. I can't remember what my mom had but needles to say she too enjoy her meal. First watch is a great brunch place!! The wait is, of course, very long (I waited 30 minutes, as they told me) but I think it was very worthwhile. I loved the industrial vintage design of the restaurant and the atmosphere. The waiting room is tiny but the actual seating area is so roomy that you will forget about the people waiting LOL. The pancake was light and fluffy coming with warm syrup. I ordered frattata and it was very good. It had lots of cheese and vegtables. Other companies ordered breakfast taco and 2 for you. The OJ was mediocre but the coffee was excellent. I will be back when I visit Tampa!! :) read more

This place gets jam packed for breakfast so you either have to reserve a spot in line on their app or not go there hungry expecting to eat immediately. I had French toast and bacon and it was good.
