Plus, as it's attached to a large shopping complex, they have a very large parking lot, so parking should never be a problem. Once inside this TJ Maxx location, you'll find what all TJ Maxx stores have to offer; i.e.: tons of clothing, shoes, jewerly, a little bit of furnishings, and all the kind of stuff you would expect. The aisles here are all well organized, so finding things should never be a problem. And, the store is well maintained. It shows its age a little bit. But, it's still a great place to get whatever TJ Maxx has to offer. So, if you're in the South Bay, and you want to grab what a TJ Maxx store has to offer, this is an easy place to do it.

They tell me to wait for the manager to come up to the front to get me while the manager comes up to the front to tell me that everybody received that email and it was by mistake which I know she's bullshitting me because I can see right through the bullshit as I have managed before and I know how that stuff goes so thank TJ Maxx for wasting my time and thanks for saving me from working at such an unorganized place.

I guess that's a good thing if you're trying to find something to buy. I didn't really need anything specific, so looked at the cosmetic aisle and shoe department. I found a bunch of On shoes, which I would have been interested in. Problem is, I already have 3 extra pairs at home sitting in boxes. I looked at flip flops and ended up getting a pair of Nikes in my size. I also saw a pair of Olukai casual shoes and would have picked it up if it fit. The salesperson near the dressing room had access to inventory and told me there wasn't any in my size. That saved me a lot of time looking up and down the aisles. I left happy that I was able to find something to take home today.

You can't make this stuff up folks!…read more I was just approached by a woman in the bed-matress-furniture dept up here on the 3rd floor and was asked to leave since I had "was seen sitting for too long and obviously not buying anything". Nevermind the fact that my mother and I spend thousands annually with the brand, and at this location in particular-(see my previous reviews here particularly the one where I dropped $300 plus on that new Channel Blue) not too long ago! No wonder why they're reviews and stars here so low. While the cologne Dept is staffed with pros, the furniture- bedding and mattress department leaves a lot to be desired-unless of course this timeline or deadline is to how long someone can stay seated is written into policy. I proceeded to make my way downstairs within another department entirely to ask about talking to a manager. Within less than ten minutes a Manager named Terry (female) came down to listen to my complaint, and informed me that she would have a "talk with the individual in question"-whatever that entails. I asked the manager wether or not there was an official Macy's policy that gave staff or associate's of Macy's (particularly within the mattress or furniture department) the ability or authority to actually TIME how long said person can be sitting at or within the furniture department and whether or not the staff had the authority to ask them to leave kindly or otherwise-she indicated there was in fact no such policy. I'll be reaching out to Macy's Corporate come this Monday to follow up-and ensure that no such policy exists, and just what the boundaries or limitations are going forward to save other people the awkwardness and embarrassment of having to get up and move off the furniture- particularly when all they were going to do was to be seated for a few more minutes anyways. What an overall embarrassment and a joke to the realm of customer service!

Sure enough, a tiny sign greeted me at the TOP of the escalators, not below at the bottom of the escalators where it would have made more sense. I find my way to the counter, and yup, no one there. I find an associate who politely and apologetically informed me that AT 7PM the Amazon Returns counter moves DOWNSTAIRS to the main cash registers - where I was ten minute ago, with NO SIGNAGE WHATSOEVER. I made my way back downstairs and then waited in a fairly quick line. The staff were quick. But Kohls PLEASE HELP THEM OUT and put some signage up!

My husband and I came to the store and wanted to purchase a bunk bed frame. The box was so heavy…read moreand long we couldn't fit it in the cart. I couldn't lift it. I asked three other Walmart workers if they could help me, they all said no, and pointed me to someone else that couldn't help me. We almost didn't buy the bunk bed. But then I asked 1 last employee.. a young man named Edgar, he literally stopped what he was doing to help. He helped my husband loaded into the cart, brought it to the front for us Aiden helped us loaded into our truck! .. that kind of customer service and help really makes such a difference! He said "I just try to help out as much as I can" What a helpful great young man! Well done.
