I was there expecting a quick in and out. It took much much longer, especially for the time of the day, 4:00pm. There were just two people ahead of me. It appears it will be quick, but there were 8 people in a tight area, probably high school age, they spent more time talking and laughing as opposed to actually working. There were two girls just chatting away while leaning over some spread out burgers on the table. At least you can see the worker putting the nuggets together. My wife and I love to eat at this particular Five Guys. The food is always delicious and plentiful, the restaurant is usually well cleaned. We have not really ever had a poor experience with the exception of I didn't care for the way they grill the Hot Dogs. I don't blame them for my preference. Tonight, my wife and I waited for our food and watched a few individual people who ordered after us get their meals. Not a big deal as our particular wait wasn't really that bad. The manager on duty, Frank apologized to us for the delay. We assured him we were not upset in the least. I was very impressed that this gentleman took the time to make sure we were satisfied and were willing to return. Frank has nothing to worry about that, we will come back often. read more

This place has the best burgers of ALL the fast food places I have ever been to. For 9 dollars I received a very tasty and juicy double patty hamburger with my choice of toppings along with a, hefty size, small order of delicious french fries. After the many rave reviews I've heard I finally had a chance to try the revered Five Guys Burgers and Fries. That was a month ago and I'm still wondering what all the excitement is about. Burger King is actually better, although the burgers aren't as bad as Mc Donalds(what is?) I'm still not impressed. OK yes the fries were good. Good not , To Die For good, but crisp hot and not greasy. For the price I'll skip Five Guys and go to a neighborhood bar for a real burger with a much better taste. read more

Customer service is HORRIBLE, they were rude especially the cashiers. i've worked at restaurants and even on my worst days I kept a smile on my face with outstanding service. The bagger was screaming to come and get it when he was still bagging it up and we already had said that it was ours and he even acknowledged that he heard us. He didn't want to look into our eyes after we thanked him too. Don't know if maybe he felt bad afterwards or what. Not to throw such a huge accusation out there, but it seems to me they didn't like white people because they were treating us very unfairly and others were complaining about the same exact thing too. Food was good but not worth the money because i got my burger flattened and the fries (ordered cajun) were like scraps. I loved the 5 guys in Detroit though! This was my first Five Guys experience and I was pretty impressed. The store was very clean, the service was quick and friendly. I ate in the store and noticed that the two guys working there were quick to call out every time a customer was headed in and every order when it needed to go on the grill. I would have given five stars but I ordered grilled onions and got green pepper on my burger. Didn't bother to let them know because it was actually quite good that way and I didn't mind too much. Big bonus points for Five Guys in general for having fresh jalapenos rather than pickled, so much better that way. I'll definitely go back to Five Guys, and this store in particular. read more

Have came into this location 2-3 times in the last year and are pleased every time! My burgers are always made perfect never a topping missing- but the customer service is outstanding too! Fantastic Burger and Fries!! Great burger. Not much else to say. Very tasty and juicy, tons of toppings. I am a true burger connoisseur, but my wife normally is not a burger fan. She absolutely LOVES this place!! That in itself is the best testimony I can think of. The fries are also astounding. You can really taste the peanut oil they are fried in. Great flavor! Only 2 (Minor) complaints: They give you enough fries to feed an army, even the small order. I would hate to see the size of a large order! Also, they are not the cheapest burger in town. This review is for the service not the food. If you've been to any five guys location you know what to expect, the burgers are good, the fries are good, the peanuts are good! BUT this location has THE WORST service out of any 5 guys I've been to. It's impossible to hear the person taking your order because they're either mumbling or speaking so low it's a whisper. And if you leave work late and want a burger, you better place the order online. I came 15 mins before closing one day and was told 3 lies before making me leave. 1. They didn't have anymore meat before closing...weird. 2. Unless I placed an online order I couldn't order anything cause they were closing in 15 minutes. 3. She couldn't cook anymore meat because the grill was shut down. None of that matched up! There is one guy here who can take the orders with a clear, normal tone of voice and he also tries to get the customers to smile with his sense of humor, he's their redeemer! read more

I like the burgers a lot at Five Guys Burgers and Fries. You can choose from a wide variety of toppings from lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, raw or grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, A-1 sauce, barbecue sauce, mayo, ketchup, mustard, bacon. The burgers are very big and you get a ton of fries when you order fries with your meal. For a burger and fry and pop you are looking around ten bucks.
