I never knew that a beef patty grilled with onions with a little bit of seasoning can taste this good-- The Cajun fries are out of this world !!

the food is so overpriced and so dry, not tasty at all, can make these burgers AND FRIES at my house (i live in a different state so i obv can't do that rn) only thing tasty in this place is the peanuts they give you. mcdonald's or burger king is way cheaper than this and twice as good DONT COME HERE too overrated

Ahhh! Thank heavens it's open til 10!! We did a bunch of tastings at the moonshiners and wineries, so time got away from us. Just before closing we were still greeted with a smile and helped cheerfully. We've been to other 5G, and had greasy burgers and fries. Not here. Received all perfectly and I think we received a lot more fried than normal. Just the thing for a hungry buzzing person!!

Five Guys on Parkway in Gatlinburg is a really good Five Guys to go to if you are really hungry and want consistent burgers and fries. They are worth the wait to get something good for a relatively good value. The staff here is very friendly and they do a good job to prepare your order. This is a nice place to drop in for food.

Wow I was blown away about the taste of the burger. The only only reason I gave it four stars because the restroom was a little dirty and my burger and fries price total price 22 dollars.

Place was really busy! Food was good. Could use a good cleaning! Bathrooms were terrible.

I was the only person in my family who had been to another location of Johnny Rockets, and I was happy that my wife and daughters got a positive experience on their first trip. We ordered some onion rings as an appetizer. They were served hot straight from the fryer. I personally prefer a much lighter batter than they use, but the rest of my family enjoyed them. I was in the mood for a no-frills burger, and the Original burger looked good from the menu description. I was excited that they offer a wheat bun; not many places do that. I ordered the mustard and relish on the side. Overall, it was a delicious burger. The wheat bun was pretty with the oats (?) on top and had the earthy flavor I expect from a wheat bun. It held up fine bite after bite - never soggy. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onion were crisp and cold. I added my own mustard and ketchup to round it out. I tried the relish and didn't like it. It was a bread and butter pickles relish, and I prefer dill pickles on my burgers. I am glad that I ordered it on the side. For my side, I opted for the side salad instead of french fries. I was impressed with the taste of this salad. Who knew that spring mix topped with sliced tomatoes and some Ken's blue cheese dressing could taste so good? I removed the shredded cheddar cheese because cheddar cheese with blue cheese dressing is a combination that I don't like. As a family, we spent some time voting for the next music channel to play in the restaurant. It's not the same as choosing the next song from an actual jukebox, but it was something fun to keep us busy in between ordering and the arrival of our onion rings appetizer.

After watching 3 tables that ordered after us receive their food, I asked where ours was at and was told it was next. About 4-5 minutes later our food came out. Cold. Like it's been sitting for 20 minutes cold :/ if they left it on accident, they could've taken 5 minutes to remake and BLT and some French toast. Go a few feet further to Split Rail Eats, you won't regret it! Although the food came out cold, I will say the potatoes, BLT, potato salad and tavern toast were good. But they were all cold. I don't enjoy cold eggs or bacon so they were just a waste of money :/ Paying $50 for a BLT, Tavern Toast adding Eggs, getting our own drinks AND tipping 15% for them to take 35 minutes to deliver our food to us cold IMHO, isn't the characteristics of restaurant I'd promote to others. Had they stated they left it in the window too long and needed to make it fresh and we'd have to wait another 5-10, I'd be leaving a different review. We don't complain, that's why we didn't say anything at the time. We get things get busy and forgotten. Our food was definitely served cold so it was either intentionally left or forgotten. Either way, I don't ask for refunds for this reason. I share my experiences and let others decide how to vote with their wallets and choices. I'm not rude and demand to be refunded. I just don't function like that. Also no one ever asked if our food was good or we would've said something God Bless.

I ordered the traditional schnitzel (pork cutlet that was pounded thin). It was not breaded, but it was coated with egg and flour and prepared well. I had the German potato salad and red cabbage side orders. Both were served warm as is custom. I was a bit upset that the waiter gave me the bill when the meal was finished. I told him it was my birthday and that I had wanted coffee and cake. He took the bill and crumpled it in his hand. The portion of cake that he presented could have easily served three! I left the top frosting. The chocolate cake was moist and the frosting between the layers was German chocolate. Available seating offerings were a booth, table, or a table al fresco. It had the beer garden appeal. I opted to sit inside. The restaurant is also very family oriented (as are most things in Pigeon Forge). Prices were reasonable, food was served at the correct temperature, portions were prodigious. The venue was also immaculate. I would recommend this tavern to anyone who appreciates German fare.
