Garbage dried up meat. Dried up bacon. No toppings. At $8+ a burger I should of went to the dollar menu at mcdonals. I ordered them ATW!

Was craving 5 guys. This past weekend before the snow storm I went to go pick up burgers for my family. I ordered 3 little bacon cheeseburgers all the way and one of them with jalapenos. The cashier on duty confirmer my order, "all the way"! My order came out unreasonably fast and I just thought great service. When I got home I saw that my Burger had no toppings and I was a little bit disappointed. Then I started to eat my meal I realized it was such a dry old tasting burger. the bread was stale and the meat Patty tasted like it was pre cooked a day ago. This Burger was the worst Burger experience I have ever had and I am not joking or over exaggerating at all I would have been better off going to McDonald's dollar menu. The worst five guys experience ever. The worst burger experience ever. I'm sure they are experiencing a decline in business due to chickfila across the street but this was unacceptable considering I spent over $30 on 3 burgers and a fry. With this experience. I will not be returning and will have to second guess my go to burger joint

Today was a good day ! Great service and clean cooking . The cooks station was nice and tidy and the floors swept clean despite the many people snacking on peanuts. I've been to other Five Guys where the employees stood around and shells were everywhere. The cooks were very friendly and made our food promptly . My cousin and I both ordered cheeseburgers with sauteed onion, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mayo. We decided on a medium fry to share (enough for two) and they did come out way to salty and the guys made me a salt-less batch right away. They have great fries ,but the fresh cut type fries can take on alot of salt to them, so be careful when ordering you may need to ask for unsalted if you have high B.P as I do. The burger was fantastic !!! Thick meat patty just like I make at home and fresh toppings made it stellar . The cheese was my problem and I hope they fix it one day. It's more like the cheese you peel from the wrapper. It didn't melt on my burger as it should of or they would of gotten my other .

My friend Dana and I came in after working an event at Foxwoods. The whole crew, including the manager, were hard at work. The manager (with the accent) was so great! They all created a fun energy and next time we're in the area we will be coming in for a visit! Great food too!

lil bacon burger, happily not as smashed as usual!

Oh no, Five Guys! What have you done?! Sadness here for the second time in a row. Unfortunately, it's come time to revise my review. I was hoping the last time was just a blip. Everything but the actual food quality went wrong. The place was strewn with peanut shells & residue upon arrival. The staff was frustrated with the changeover to a new computer system and struggled through. They are always friendly, but we were informed that some of the staff had been clocking in fraudulently, so that's the reason for a new system?! We also noticed last time a sign for new hires. Hmmm... If that wasn't enough to put us off, BOTH of our orders were wrong! Mushrooms on my lettuce wrap? I h8 mushrooms! I ended u having to pick them all off. My son doesn't do cheeseburgers. Of course, there's that weird orangey cheese. We scraped it off, but...yuck! Please Five Guys do whatever it takes to make yourselves "great again", or we won't be back.

Every table covered in crumb. Super dirty

Came here for the first time for lunch. First off, for a place that calls themselves 5 guys, I expect to see 5 guys. Instead, I saw 3 guys and a girl. That's not why they got a 1 star review, but it seems a little fishy that, maybe this was a 4 guys...not a 5 guys. Anyways, the restaurant was empty, the employees were hanging out waiting for customers which I thought was odd since the entire restaurant was a disaster. Every table and chair was covered with crumbs. The floors were disgusting and eating in such a filthy place with the view of an abandoned broken down gas station was almost impossible. 1 star, because if this place is a dirty in back of house as it is in front, I can promise you I will never be eating here again. Hard pass.

In comparison to the other five guys I've been to, this one is by for the most organized out of them all. As a matter of fact, Ive never seen or heard any restaurant/food establishment work this well together. This location should win an award for their team work and family-like atmosphere. Around of applause for this staff!! Orders are announced loudly, conversations are related to helping customers, and they have a well established system going. The loud announcement of orders is what makes me happy!

Raw Bacon for your BLT, go to 5 Guys!
    April M.

Tired of getting disgusting raw food! Long wait times, bad service, raw fries, raw bacon and you pay $$$$ 35-45 for your meal?!? Tired of complaining to them, they do NT care, my own fault for trying again

I like my shake blended. If you don't have time to do it right, don't bother doing it.
    Aaron S.

I have to lower my rating to two stars. The burger still good but the dirty floors, the undercooked, over-salted fries, and the incompletely blended shake all fell short of expectations. That alone would have only lowered it to three stars but the manager yelling at the staff while I am trying to enjoy my meal list them another one. In fact, it may have lost them my patronage in the future.

What can I say? I like Five Guys it's a great quick bite. The burgers can be topped with a multitude of fresh toppings for no extra charge. The potatoes come in fresh and are cut and prepped and fried in peanut oil on location. No frozen french fries here. Idaho potatoes only! Come hungry and leave satisfied. And they offer free peanuts for you peanut lovers out there. Small menu but they do it right. And they have the free style coca cola machine. Go with Mr. Pib! It's the bomb!

I love the really huge booth! I like the vegan options too! To start it out, I'm having a Saratoga sparkling water. I've never seen the smaller, plastic bottle versions. I like this stuff! They serve seasoned popcorn as a complementary item. That's different. It's quite fresh and very good! For my first drink, I'm having a Cosmopolitan. This is made with Tito's Vodka, cranberry juice, orange liqueur and a little lemon juice. I like the floating dried lime wheel garnish. Nice glass. This tastes perfect! For my first item, I'm having the Caesar Salad. This is made with little gems lettuce, shaved Parmesan (light), brioche croutons and Caesar dressing (light). Well, it's not tossed so I think I scared the cook when I wanted light dressing. Croutons are nice and soft. I like the dressing. This is good! For my next item, I'm having the Beyond Chicken Nuggets. These are eight nuggets. I've never had these before! I'm having the Mango Szechuan sauce and the Szechuan dry rub. Let's see what this tastes like! These are good! I taste sweetness but not very spicy. For my entree (burger), I'm having the The Great Beyond Combo. This is a burger made with Beyond Italian Sausage, pickled jalapeño, raw red onion (raw? Who the heck actually cooks it?) and Dijon aioli on a sesame seminal hero. I want it as spicy as possible. The Combo includes an order of cole slaw. It is all served on a warm, green metal plate. The cole slaw is served in a cold little bowl. I like it! I can taste the heat of the sandwich. Well, a little of it. It tastes great though! Yummy! For my last drink, I'm having a Chai Old Fashioned made with Evan Williams bourbon, chai, sugar (do they actually muddle a sugar cube? Nah!) and Angostura bitters. This is different! Chai and bourbon! It is served in a big, huge glass with a single, large, square ice cube to slow the dilution process. Great garnish! A star anise! If you eat it, there is a licorice taste. That's very original! Good job! What a great meal here!

We are trying the Nacho Platter made with tortilla chips, melted cheese, pinto beans, tomatoes, black olives, scallions, sour cream and fresh salsa. This is a big plate! These are really good! I am having the Thai Lettuce Wraps with chicken). You can also have panko fried avocado. It is also made with carrots, charred chickpea quinoa salad (red bee honey from Weston, CT), sesame noodles, cucumbers, bibb lettuce and crushed peanuts. They use a house made Thai peanut Asian ginger and orange ginger sauces. This is real good! It's light and easy to eat. First off, the ambience of the place is fairly nice though you would not know it from how many of the other patrons choose to attire themselves. If you're looking for a upscale, dining experience, other patrons would suggest this is not the place for you. They started off by attending to put us at the wrong table per our reservation. The table was apparently filled, and they moved us to a different table, which was perfectly fine as it was a nice booth with a window right next to the table. They then gave us several menus from which to choose, which was confusing as there were so many different menus with similar food options, including brunch, menu, a burger, menu, a dinner menu, a Mother's Day, special menu, and the regular menu. There were also two separate drink menus. We started by ordering some drinks and an appetizer of the meat and cheeseboard for the table. We put in our full order at just before 12:59 PM and the meat and cheeseboard came out fairly quick. Overall, it was the best part of our time at the restaurant. With regards to our main meal, we had ordered an eggs, Benedict, a children's pancake and bacon, special, and a steak and eggs meal. That was apparently a mistake as it took them over one hour six minutes before the food hit the table and when it did, it was a mess. The medium rare steak was cooked to a well done with the eggs being extremely messy and not very runny for over easy. The potatoes were dark and charred in places, but we're not crispy by any stretch of the imagination. The Canadian bacon had not been rendered well on the eggs Benedict and one of the two poached eggs clearly had not been poached appropriately. Also, my daughter indicated that the syrup was way too sweet, which was especially surprising as she is someone with a sweet tooth. The pancakes themselves were extremely dense and unfair and served on a plastic tray missing one of the size that was supposed to come with the order. It is clear that the kitchen does not know what they are doing as I was the second person in a row to have issues with the cook temperature on my steak, a problem that appears to carry over to other aspects of the meal as well. At the one hour mark, I've been so frustrated. I had requested to speak with a manager and he was actually the one who brought out the food to our table. There was a good four minute gap between two of the meals being brought out and the third meal, which is what my wife had ordered for her Mother's Day brunch. By the time the eggs Benedict came out, I showed the manager my stake and eggs, and he agreed that it was cooked to a well done rather than the medium rare I had ordered. I had overheard the exact same issue on the next table over where the older woman had not gotten her meal until nearly all seven others at the table had completed their food. At that point, I sent back my steak and indicated I did not want it to be remade as I was done with the place. Shirley, thereafter, I was clear the rest of the family was of the same mind as the meals were a mess and cooked improperly. The manager eventually came over and indicated that he is going to take care of the entire CHUCK which makes sense sense more than 75% of the food ordered had been uneaten or inedible. The service was no better as waiters and waitresses would walk by and failed to refill empty water glasses, even though they would look right at the empty water glass and would have pictures of water in their hand at times. One waitress went to five separate tables around us, including table she was not serving and failed to fill our water, but filled water at other tables. Our waiter was also missing an action for a good portion of the meal. Despite having the meal taken care of, I did leave a small tip for the waiter, though nowhere near what I would have had the service been even somewhat competent. This is a major disappointment as the last experience I had at this restaurant for dinner had been so positive it convinced me to book the place for Mother's Day brunch. I'm not sure if this was a one off situation but I would never recommend a return to this place based on the experience I had this day. What's worse, our reservation appeared to fall between two rushes as we were the second table in the rush that showed up about 10 to 15 minutes after our arrival at the place. As such, our food should've been fairly quick and coming out but others who ordered their food more than 20 minutes after our table received it with no problem. I have to say that the Taco Bell we had as result of this poor food service was Myles and Myles better than the food experience at the restaurant itself.

I live the nice music in here. It's very livel! It's Happy Hour from 3-7 on weekdays (food) and all day for drinks on Monday! The appetizers, pasta, entrees and desserts combine old-world traditional Italian flavor with a modern flair for presentation, and the freshest ingredients around. Menu staples like calamari, chicken milanese, fettucine carbonara and ravioli are paired with unique recipes like pappardelle with sausage and tenderloin steaks. They have staffed their kitchen with a dream team of local chefs that ensure our quality does not waiver and our kitchen is always OPEN! Not every place can say that! For my first drink, I'm having the Manhattan's Creek made with Knob Creek bourbon, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth and Angostura bitters. Wait a minute! These are the same ingredients as a Perfect Manhattan! This is chilled, well balanced and nicely garnished. I like it! For my first food item, I'm having a House Salad (small, off-menu version). This is made with a spring mix including basil, tomatoes, julienned carrots, cucumbers and a red wine vinaigrette dressing. This is nice and fresh! I love the dressing! I like the nice cloth napkin as well as a disposable one. The bartender is the nicest one I've ever met. For my next item, I'm having the Rigatoni Marinara. The is made with rigatoni and house marinara sauce. It's low cholesterol and guilt-free (for me). This is steaming hot and delicious! Nice portion size too! For my next item, I'm having a cup of soup. This is broccoli cheddar with potato. Oh yeah! I love those oyster crackers! This is yummy! For my next drink, I'm having the Pratt n Whiskey made with Woodford Reserve bourbon, sweet vermouth, red wine and sour mix. I love it! It's shaken well and tastes great! For my next food item, I'm having the Carmine's Secret Tenderloins. These are actually pan seared caramelized CHICKEN tenderloins made with wine, olive oil, cracked black pepper, kosher salt, shredded Parmesan and a VERY special secret sauce. I can eat this with little regret. This should be interesting! This is quite good! I do like that creamy sauce! For my dessert, I'm having the Toasted Almond. This is soaked in Amaretto layered with light custard and topped with crushed almond. Oh yeah! Look at the presentation! This is fantastic! What a great meal here!
