Stopped in for a burger for my hubby. It was a first time at a five guys and we didn't know that all their burgers have 2 meat patties. The menu does not state this. I Can't understand why that's not made clear. You have to order a "little" burger to get a single patty. They let you customize all the toppings, but it's kind of annoying that you have to tell them every single topping. It's like the subway of burgers. They only have 3 non-beef options, but none I liked. A BLT and 2 veggie sandwiches. I'm not a fan of mushrooms or green bell peppers so I didn't try them. The burger was decent but my hubby thinks In&Out or Farmer Boys is still better. It was $15 for one burger and one soda. I know other reviews complain about the cost but it is 2 patties. Still, it's not a huge burger so we'd only stop again if a better option wasn't available. read more

The team at this location is spot on. They all balance each other and the restaurant is immaculate. I ordered a BBQ bacon cheeseburger with a side of peanut butter. It was screaming good. My husband and I gave it a try when they first opened in Eastvale, Ca. It was many years ago. My husband died in 2017, so long before that. It was probably one of the worst meals we ever had. We didn't eat most of it and threw it away. We told the people at the counter that it was disgusting, and they didn't care. I do remember it was ridiculously expensive. All those years ago, I seem to remember it was about $30. We never ever went back. It was horrible. I'm shocked they are still in business, or perhaps they improved. It certainly couldn't have been any worse. read more

I've been here many times, just have never had the opportunity to leave a review. This location is awesome, the cashiers and cooks are always friendly and look well groomed (hard to say that for a lot of food places these days). I have never had any issues with my order being incorrect, hair on the food, none of that. No funny business, you get exactly what you expect. A great tasting cheeseburger, one of the best in the game. I prefer it over shake shack as it is less salty... overall great job. Also can't believe the habit thinks they have a better burger (lol). read more

This was my first time ordering there. I did a GrubHub order for fries, a strawberry shake a their basic cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms. The shake was so good! Bruner was good as well. Nothing special but it was nice to have the ads on's. I really liked the fries as well but they were crazy salty. I tend to like saltier food but these were almost inedible. The food is what you would expect from 5 Guys. The service was reasonable considering they were busy. The biggest issue was the music. The place is way too noisy. It's near impossible to talk over the volume level of the music despite liking the 70 and 80s music. Word of advice, turn down the music. read more

My boyfriend and I come to this 5 Guys often. The service and food are always pretty good. However today our service was exceptional. The two young men working just had such a friendly and professional presence with great customer service. I wish I had gotten their names. Idk what's with all the bad reviews but I've been there 3 times in the last month and always have a good experience. The cashiers are friendly, always greet me when I walk in and quick to fix a mistake if there is one. First time they forgot my side of hot sauce but it was an easy fix and they gave me 2 sides instead of one which was appreciated. Five guys has the besssst burgers, I don't know what it is but they're my favorite burgers of all time. I always get a bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries and people complaining about prices, give me a break! Meals everywhere cost about the same now!!! read more

I am giving this restaurant 5 stars because the burger was great. Although, the food took a while to come out to us, it was delicious. This was the first time I came to 5 guys. It is much more expensive than the other regular burger places, but I think it is worth it. And the fries were good too. read more

The food is good, but this place is filthy dirty. The floors are always dirty, trash cans are overflowing, bathrooms are dirty , and the tables are always dirty. They also need a set music play list. 80% of the time they have gangster rap playing with explicit lyrics. They will change it when asked, but they should know better. The food is amazing ( it tastes so good, but once in a while being once in a blue moon) ......but three burgers and two fries.......and then having to tip on that food ( which I was surprised they added tip without my request on the payment), making it $50 ( three burgers and two fries for $50, that's ridiculous lol). Damn, not worth buying food here. I rather go to in-n-out. But for the first time, it was yummy food and you won't get that from McDonald's or Carl's jr. But I would go to in n out or Famers Boys for the taste and price. this place is like a fine-dining burger and fries (because of the price you have to pay). Considering we're not dining in as much throughout the pandemic- the floors in the dinning area are very greasy. The counters are sticky and the spills on the counters are just spills on the counters not being cleaned up. We sat outside and the outdoor tables were dirty as well. We had to ask for a rag to wipe up the table. When we visited on Mother's Day, it wasn't busy. Our food was okay, not the taste I remember from the last time I ate at Five Guys. Pretty disappointing for cleanliness for the restaurant and the bathrooms. Why was everything greasy? There's plenty of degreasers out there. read more

Wow what a waste of money the food was horrible I believe the meat was soaked in water before cooking to make it appear more tender and juicy but once the dried old bread bun soaked the wetness the meat looked gray and dried out and extremely thin and small, Im not kidding stay away and just go to In and Out!!!!! read more

This really hit the spot. We where in the area shopping and we where starving so we decided to eat here. The regular size fries are huge and more then enough for two people. The meat for the burgers is very good with lots of flavor and moist. The service is very good as well. I just wish they had there own special sauce or something for dipping fries other then ketchup. But other all I do recommend coming here it is a very good fast burgers place read more

My father is in need of our service dog and last night was one of the instances that we happened to go out to eat. We came to this Five Guys we went inside and the manager of that night shift Ricardo told us that we can't have our dog inside the establishment. We proceeded to inform him that Kayla is my father's service dog. He proceeded to be rude and kick us out without even letting us walk up to show him our papers that states she is a service dog. Just to have they have a sign on the door that says Service Animal Friendly. read more

tired of waiting for fries! just have them made! it really doesn't make a difference if they were made 10 min ago or right now. By the time you get my fries done, my burger is cold! Please stop doing this, it's bad enough you waste tons of fries, but making a batch fresh like this creates a waste of time for everyone! also, can ya'll please get some plastic bags? tired of having things ruined by grease bc it goes right thru the paper bags. can't recycled them with grease, so it's not like you're saving the planet.. if anything you're adding waste :/ read more

To start of... Expect a 10$ burger to be the most bland burger of your life. The fries are also 10$ and they are MID. Actually not even MID they are not good whatsoever. I heard a lot of good things about this place but, it is not good at all. The only good thing about the damn place is that they have free peanut stations where you can snack on. Anyways - my family of 4 had a terrible time there. We spent 85$ in total for 3 drinks 4 burgers and 2 large fries (five guys style, and the cajun style). Let that sink in... 85$ for bland food? Never going there again. Five guys ain't enough y'all need 20 to make it taste good. read more

So annoyed with this location. Been here a handful of times and there's nothing spectacular about it. The workers are not the best with customer service but nothing that bothersome otherwise. But this visit, I ordered a pretty simple burger. Mini cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, A1 and grilled mushrooms. The cashier repeated and asked "grilled mushrooms?" I said yes. I get home the fries are cold. I notice there weren't any mushrooms and looked at the ticket order and it didn't say any mushrooms. Okay whatever. I start to eat it and notice there's mustard... I absolutely DETEST mustard and wanted to throw up. I look at the ticket and nowhere does it say mustard. And they did not put A1. Overall, I couldn't eat my burger so that was a waste. read more

My experience at Farmer Boys on Sunday, 03/22/26 was completely unacceptable. Our group spent well…read moreover $300, yet we were denied access to the restroom as paying customers. What was even more concerning was that one of the restrooms was clearly unoccupied, with a green indicator showing it was vacant. When we questioned this, staff immediately became defensive and continued to refuse access without providing any reasonable explanation. There was also no signage indicating the restroom was out of service. As a result, members of our party became increasingly concerned and ultimately very frustrated, as a basic and reasonable need of all human beings was being denied despite us actively dining in. When we voiced these concerns, the situation was escalated unnecessarily by staff. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, employees chose to contact law enforcement. This response was completely disproportionate to the situation. There was no disturbance, no threat, and no unlawful behavior, only paying customers seeking access to an available restroom. When officers arrived, the circumstances were explained, further highlighting how unnecessarily this situation had been escalated by this public establishment. The female employees working between approximately 7:50 PM and 9:00 PM that evening were unprofessional and appeared to arbitrarily decide who was "allowed" to use the restroom. This type of selective and inconsistent treatment reflects extremely poor judgment and a clear lack of basic customer service standards. Denying restroom access to paying customers, especially a large party of approximately 15, including children is unacceptable. The defensiveness, inconsistency, and escalation only made the situation worse. This reflects poorly on management and raises serious concerns about how customers are treated at this location. I expect this matter to be addressed. No customer spending that amount of money should be treated in this manner.

I feel like seafood should be ordered fresh by the sea but that's just my opinion and everyone has their own. I've eaten off and on at Jose's since I was a child. The new sesame roll is fresh and delicious, it adds so much more flavour to the sandwich. My only complaint is they changed their battered onion rings . They did this a couple of months ago and got a lot of complaints that they changed back. Well currently the changed again . This is one item that I would go out of my way just to get them , nobody had onion rings as good of as theirs. I was so disappointed that they changed again. They are close but not the good battered coating they used to have. It is a combination of a batter with corn meal added. Eric you need to bring them back. Their new hoagie is a sharp Italian , it is to die for . Loaded with meat compared to non others. If you go there you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend it . They have many other choices to choose from including a new meatball hoagie . Witch I will try next time I go their. Cudos to you Phillips.

After many disappointments at the Riverside Wendy's on Central Ave, I only bought Frosty's, thinking the day they screwed those up I'd never ever return. So there I was, heading home from a long day and realizing that at 10pm my options for dinner were dwindling. I missed the exit off the 60 fwy for the 24hr Arby's, so that's when I remembered the 24hr locations for Wendy's and Farmer Boys on Etiwanda. Farmer Boys of course is decent but considerably more expensive, so Wendy's.... why not? For one thing, they're always busy and that's often good when it comes to restaurants, they don't slack off. A quick order through the kiosk and I was quite surprised when the guy announced my Frosty was ready. I mean, I had barely grabbed napkins and ketchup from the dispenser. Then I grabbed a table and wasn't able to sit because my food was ready. Wow! Where else can you say that happens? Definitely not McDonald's, and Burger King? Anyhow, the fries were so good I ate them first. I couldn't believe they have good texture and taste after the experiences in Riverside. Even the k8d behind the counter agreed after I complimented them. The burger, a double, was the best I can remember since childhood. Seriously. All-in-all, a truck stop can offer many surprises.
