Stopped in for a burger for my hubby. It was a first time at a five guys and we didn't know that all their burgers have 2 meat patties. The menu does not state this. I Can't understand why that's not made clear. You have to order a "little" burger to get a single patty. They let you customize all the toppings, but it's kind of annoying that you have to tell them every single topping. It's like the subway of burgers. They only have 3 non-beef options, but none I liked. A BLT and 2 veggie sandwiches. I'm not a fan of mushrooms or green bell peppers so I didn't try them. The burger was decent but my hubby thinks In&Out or Farmer Boys is still better. It was $15 for one burger and one soda. I know other reviews complain about the cost but it is 2 patties. My husband and I gave it a try when they first opened in Eastvale, Ca. It was many years ago. My husband died in 2017, so long before that. It was probably one of the worst meals we ever had. We didn't eat most of it and threw it away. We told the people at the counter that it was disgusting, and they didn't care. I do remember it was ridiculously expensive. I've been here many times, just have never had the opportunity to leave a review. This location is awesome, the cashiers and cooks are always friendly and look well groomed (hard to say that for a lot of food places these days). I have never had any issues with my order being incorrect, hair on the food, none of that. No funny business, you get exactly what you expect. They also need a set music play list. 80% of the time they have gangster rap playing with explicit lyrics. They will change it when asked, but they should know better. Idk what's with all the bad reviews but I've been there 3 times in the last month and always have a good experience. The cashiers are friendly, always greet me when I walk in and quick to fix a mistake if there is one. First time they forgot my side of hot sauce but it was an easy fix and they gave me 2 sides instead of one which was appreciated. The counters are sticky and the spills on the counters are just spills on the counters not being cleaned up. We sat outside and the outdoor tables were dirty as well. This really hit the spot. We where in the area shopping and we where starving so we decided to eat here. The regular size fries are huge and more then enough for two people. My father is in need of our service dog and last night was one of the instances that we happened to go out to eat. We came to this Five Guys we went inside and the manager of that night shift Ricardo told us that we can't have our dog inside the establishment. We proceeded to inform him that Kayla is my father's service dog. He proceeded to be rude and kick us out without even letting us walk up to show him our papers that states she is a service dog. To start of... Expect a 10$ burger to be the most bland burger of your life. The fries are also 10$ and they are MID. Actually not even MID they are not good whatsoever. I heard a lot of good things about this place but, it is not good at all. The only good thing about the damn place is that they have free peanut stations where you can snack on.
